We all know what brunch means to a working family in weekends. So I am here with a new recipe with no hassle, better to taste and easier to cook. The serving is much healthier, because it has Oats, which is again fibrous and diet conscious people would love it as it turns into a 'no boring patient food'.

Being tangy and healthy, anyone can enjoy this recipe as breakfast-cum-lunch.

Cooking time required: 5-8 mins.

Serves: 2.
Hello readers, as our India is a country of festivals more than the days in year, Sweet is must for each of them as it not only adds sweetness in our taste, but also in our relations. That's why, I again bought a simple but tasty recipe of an all time favorite sweet dish.

Ingredients: -

Mawa- 100 gm
Coconut powder- 200 gm
Sugar- 200 gm
Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
Dryfruits- Pista and Badam. (You can add more for decorating)
Edible Saffron color

Method: -

Take mawa in cooking pan, and cook it for 7-8 mins in medium flame.

Allow the mawa to set in cold.

Now mix/saute coconut powder with mawa very well(mix it using your hands)

Take 100 ml of water in a pan, and heat it.

When it starts to boil, add sugar in it and half of cardamom powder.

Boil the sugar syrup till it becomes thick(ek taar ki chaashni)

Now turn off the flames, add edible saffron color(food coloring) in syrup and stir well.

Then put the mixture of coconut and mawa in it.

Take it out in a greasy plate.

And again use your hands to set the paste which we took out.

Now sprinkle cardamom powder and decorate with dryfruits, and keep it in refrigerator to set for 1/2 hour.

After 2-3 hrs, cut the cubes according to you.

And serve it with love to your family :)
