In the below video it also looks very similar to iPhone 4 which is ‘not’ really surprising to me.

It has 7″ LED backlit capacitive display with Screen resolution of 800×480 as compared to 1024 x 600 of Samsung Galaxy Tab. You have full access to Android Market and can download any Free or Paid Apps. It features 3 Megapixel rear Camera and a Front-facing Camera for Video Calls and it handles both Voice Calls and Data. Today Google Voice added a new feature that delivers Missed Call notifications right in your Inbox. If you are using Google Voice on your Android Phone then you get the notification on your handset, However for Desktop users this feature is quite handy, as It would let them know via an email as they miss a call.

Report iOS 4.1 Already Jailbroken by Dev-Team member Comex

It is being reported by several Tech Blogs that Dev-Team (Comex) has successfully Jailbroken iOS 4.1 ahead of its rumored release on September 8th.  The report was initially posted by a Tech Blog named ‘ Tracy & Matt ‘ mentioning:

” It is not even out yet, but the good people over at the iPhone Dev Team have managed to Jailbreak iOS 4.1. ”

This Jailbreak is achieved after Comex found two loopholes, who earlier released Jailbreakme.com a Web based user-land untethered Jailbreak for iOS 4.0 and 4.0.1. However we have yet to see the official confirmation either on Dev-Team Blog or the Twitter Accounts run by these Developers where they usually first post such information. We will of course keep you updated as more details become available.

If by chance you have upgraded to iOS 4.0.2 ( which is not recommended for Jailbreaker, Since Apple has patched the exploit used Jailbreakme in this update), Your best bet would be to Jailbreak it with RedsnOw Beta 5. However Only iPhone 3 and iPod Touch 2G are supported by RedsnOw beta 5. If you have iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4 then you are out of luck at the moment.

Microsoft ; Windows 7 and the “so-called” revolution that they promise with it somehow makes me believe that even before the Win 7 phone launches, this so called revolution is nothing but a hoax that is either meant as an advertising strategy or just to get everyone hyped up.

I don’t find it hard to believe that Windows has lost the battle in the smartphone sector. Not only are they being thrown off the market competition, but they can barely compete with new rising companies, such as Acer, Huawei and so on. But for all times sake: this one time I want to see Windows create something that is actually worth it; something that can compete with Apple iOS and Android, if not beat them, at least compete with them!. I want to see those good ol’ Windows apps come straight to Windows phone, and everyone knows it a hell lot easier to code an app for Win-powered devices, than is for Apple or Android, since Windows is pretty much universal and you could port the desktop apps to the mobile, if slightly modified.

A Quick Step by Step Guide to Jailbreak PS 3 – Fat and Slim

The well awaited Jailbreak / Mod for hacking the PS3 has finally been made public, and as reported earlier, you can now backup your PS3 games and then run them from the PS3 HDD (HardDisk), without having to put the BluRay disc into the tray. Of course this means its time to invest in a good HDD or so, because you soon will be at a loss for disk space.

Here is how the thing goes down:

Ingredients:

• A PS3, slim or fat, running any firmware 3.4.1 or above



• PS Jailbreak USB Modchip (Available from ChipSpain or OzModChip)
• A USB pen drive, with FAT32 with its “Backup Manager” file available from: Here
• An original BluRay disc of PS3 game which you would love to backup!

Instructions:

1) Power off your console making sure there is no disc in its disc tray.

Note: PS3 SLIM: Remove the Power Chord before plugging in the USB

PS3 FAT: Turn off power switch found at the back of the console

2) Plug the USB jailbreak device and Power ON the console and just as soon (immediately) press the “Eject” button. If done correctly, the console should show two LEDs turned on

Once after that, the USB LED should turn green (see below pic). This will indicate that you are good to go as the PS Jailbreak has been successfully loaded onto the PS3 console.

Note: If the LED turns Red, it just means when the Power and Eject sequence wasn’t performed properly. Try again

3) Wait for the console to boot, once done plug-in the external USB storage device (pen drive or HDD) which has the “Backup Manager” setup to the console’s USB port. We downloaded the “Backup Manager” in the pre-requisite stage of this How-To Guides

4) Open the “Game Menu” and choose the option that says: “Install Package Files” and then choose “manager.pkg”.

The above step will install the “Backup Manager”, that will be responsible for any other task performed in the future on the hacked PS3.

5) Without hesitation, insert the genuine BluRay PS3 game into the disc tray and let it slide inside. Once done, Press “O” on the joystick and you will be prompted as to where to backup the inserted game. Options will be of internal HDD or external HDD – choose on your preference

Loading From Backup:

Just insert a fake DVD to fake the loading process and dumb the PS3 console. Run the “Backup Manager” in the “Games Menu”. Press “X” to play the selected backup game.

Note: For the mean time, you will have to keep the PS Jailbreak USB attached to the console to run backup games.

YouTube today, yet again, revolutionizes Internet by launching their new and fresh Movie category. To make this new feature a blasting success, YouTube gathered around 400 full-length films and posted it in the category for your pleasures.

This move comes after Google struck deals with major U.S studies such as Lionsgate, MGM and Sony Pictures, to name a few. The genre is varied, including Bollywood flicks, Documentary & Biographies, Action and Adventure, Comedy, Horror, Mystery, Drama and the ever so popular Animations & Cartoons.

The YouTube head of video partnership Donag O’Malley told The Guardian:

“This is one of many efforts to ensure that people can find all the different kinds of video they want to see, from bedroom vlogs and citizen journalism reports to full-length films and TV shows”

In my opinion, this new feature is revolutionary because people will not have to go to random websites, or even have to resort to piracy to watch their favorite movies or so!. With this, YouTube is surely to catch a huge chunk of web traffic. I myself am going to watch some movies on it today, not only because they are free but because they are being offered to me at a site I know is reputed and not only that, but some movies are available in 720p also!!.

After all this time of waiting, Samsung Galaxy Tablet has now official gone live, with an official teaser trailer showing some of its best features.

The video confirms the fact that the Tablet has a 7″-inch screen, SWYPE keyboard, HD movie playback, navigation, e-book reading and also a front facing camera for video calling!. The tablet will also be powered by Android OS version 2.2.

The video has been made with perfection, and somehow attracts me towards it. The video ends with the frame reading:

“September 2nd, 2010 Berlin, Germany”

So we will assume that this is the OFFICIAL launch date of the Samsung Galaxy Tablet!. I for one am really excited for this. What about you?

Well, it seems popularity sure does have its draw backs. After Google made Nexus One it’s developer kit mobile, the handset has got a bit more recognition than normal situations. Also, as memory remembers, Google killed the Nexus One for sale from their online store and later made it available to the developers. Strange story?.

But as weird as it may seem, reports have started coming in that Google has run out of Nexus One!. The phone is just plain-old out of stock, as BGR says. Google wrote in a press statement:

A couple of weeks ago, we arranged that registered developers could buy an unlocked Nexus One via their publisher page in Android Market. We think it’s a good development platform and a nice phone. Apparently, you agree. Somewhat too many of you, in fact; we blew through the (substantial) initial inventory in almost no time, and they’re back-ordered from HTC, who are doing a pretty good job of managing runaway success amid a worldwide AMOLED shortage. Everyone appreciates that it’s important to the platform to get phones in the hands of developers, so we’re working hard on re-stocking the shelves; stand by.

Well, all of you who already own a Nexus One – either do good business with it, or just keep it close to your heart, as you are one of those lucky ones who have it. And for those who don’t, well….I’d say tough luck. You sure have to wait a while till the new shipment comes up.
