&lt;li&gt;Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum dan kering.Angkat dan dinginkan.Bagi menjadi dua bagian.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Campur satu bagian bumbu dengan daun singkong.Masukkan dalam rongga 
badan ayam, semat lubangnya dengan tusuk gigi. Lumuri sisa bumbu pada 
permukaan ayam dan di bawah kulit.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bungkus dengan beberapa lapis daun pisang, ikat erat dengan tali. 
Panggang dalam oven dengan panas 180°C, selama 2-3 jam sampai matang.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Angkat, potong-potong dan hidangkan.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Kocok margarine forvita dan roombutter hingga lembut.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Masukkan kuning telur satu persatu sambil dikocok hingga rata.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tambahkan terigu sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk dengan sendok kayu hingga rata.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Masukkan keju tua (edam), aduk kembali hingga rata.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Masukkan adonan dalam plastic segitiga, potong ujungnya dengan diameter 1 cm.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Semprotkan adonan memanjang, potong adonan dengan panjang 3 cm,

80 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;
50 gr tepung terigu&lt;br /&gt;
200 cc santan untuk adonan&lt;br /&gt;
2 butir telur&lt;br /&gt;
Minyak untuk olesan&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
CARA MEMBUAT :&lt;br /&gt;
1. Campur santan dan tepung terigu, kemudian masak hingga mengental, aduk rata, angkat.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Campur tepung terigu yang telah dimasak dengan kelapa parut, tepung 
beras, gula pasir, dan garam, aduk rata. Tuangkan air sedikit demi 
sedikit sambil diaduk.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Panaskan cetakan kue carabikang, olesi dengan minyak.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Masukkan adonan ke dalam cetakan hingga penuh, lalu tutup. Panggang 
dengan api kecil hingga setengah matang, tata atasnya dengan sepotong 
pisang, masak sebentar, angkat.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Sajikan panas dengan ditaburi gula pasir.

Panaskan minyak goreng. Tumis bawang Bombay dan juga bawang putih 
cincang hingga wangi dan agak kekuningan. Tambahkan udang, olive oil, 
jamur kuping, bakso, wortel, kol dan hati rempela ayam. Beri air kaldu, 
tutup sebentar sehingga sayuran sedikit layu. Setelah sayuran sedikit 
layu tambahkan sawi manis hijau dan juga kuntum bunga kol. Tambahkan 
kecap asin, lada bubuk dan gula. Rasakan bumbunya, tambahkan garam 
secukupnya jika rasa asinnya masih kurang. Penambahan garam dilakukan 
pada akhir sehingga tidak terlalu asin, karena menggunakan kecap asin. 
Terakhir masukkan larutan maizena sambil diaduk rata hingga kuah menjadi
 mengental. Angkat dan sajikan.

Campur tepung terigu dan ragi instan, ayak. Tambahkan kuning telur dan 
juga margarine pada tepung terigu dan ragi instasn. Uleni adonan hingga 
rata. Tuangkan susu cair hangat perlahan, sambil terus diaduk hingga 
kalis. Bulatkan adonan, atau gunakan cetakan donat. Diamkan lebih kurang
 45 menit agar adonan donat menjadi kembang dua kali dari ukuran semula.
 Setelah itu Anda bisa lobangi bagian tengah donat dengan jari, diamkan 
kembali selama lebih kurang 5 menit. Panaskan minyak banyak dengan api 
kecil (hal ini bertujuan agar donat tidak cepat gosong dan masaknya 
sempurna dengan warna yang tidak terlalu cokelat). Goreng adonan hingga 
berwarna kecokelatan, angkat dan tiriskan. Dinginkan donat yang sudah 
digoreng ini, setelah dingin mulailah untuk menghias kue donat dengan 
taburan keju.&lt;br /&gt;

Caranya: masukkan permukaan donat ke dalam cokelat tim, angkat dan 
balikkan, goyang-goyang di telapak tangan, agar cokelat tidak 
berserakan. Berikan parutan keju di atas donat yang sudah bersemir 
cokelat. Donat keju siap untuk disantap.

Giling bawang putih bersama dengan jahe dan garam. Lumuri bumbu yang 
sudah dihaluskan bersama dengan ayam, beri perasan air jeruk nipis. 
Diamkan sebentar lebih kurang 15 menit agar bumbu meresap. Aduk susu 
cair dan juga telur. Sembari menunggu bumbu ayam meresap, siapkan tepung
 untuk membaluri ayam. Campurkan tepung terigu, tepung beras, maizena, 
paprika bubuk, lada bubuk, baking powder, garam dan juga gula. Aduk rata
 semua bahan ini. Lakukan satu persatu langkah dimulai dengan 
mencelupkan ayam ke dalam campuran susu dan juga telur, lalu celupkan ke
 dalam campuran tepung (bahan 3), lalu celupkan lagi ke dalam campuran 
susu cair dan telur dan selimuti kembali dengan campuran tepung. Lakukan
 hingga semua potongan ayam selesai diselimuti. Agar tepung menempel 
pada ayam, Anda bisa diamkan terlebih dahulu ayam yang sudah berselimut 
tepung di dalam lemari pendingin lebih kurang 30 menit. Kemudian goreng 
dalam minyak panas.

&lt;li&gt;Taruh diatas wadah atau Loyang yang datar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Panggang ke dalam oven dengan panas sebesar 180 derajat celcius hingga matang&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bolak-balik ayam tersebut dan lumuri bumbu agar terasa lebih enak&lt;/li&gt;

100 ml kaldu&lt;br /&gt;
1 sdm saus tomat&lt;br /&gt;
1 sdm gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 sdt merica bubuk&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;
minyak untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;

1 buah wortel, potong 1x1x5 cm&lt;br /&gt;
10 buah buncis, potong 5 cm&lt;br /&gt;
150 g kembal kol, potong per kuntum&lt;br /&gt;
1 liter air&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 sdt gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1. Bahan pelengkap: Didihkan air. Masukkan gula pasir, garam, wortel, 
buncis, dan kembal kol. Rebus hingga matang. Angkat, siram dengan air 
dingin, tiriskan, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Campur potongan ayam, saus teriyaki, minyak wijen, dan tepung 
maizena. Aduk rata. Simpan dalam lemari es selama 20 menit hingga bumbu 
meresap.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Panaskan minyak, tumis ayam hingga berubah warna.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Tuang kaldu, beri saus tomat, gula pasir, merica bubuk, dan garam.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Masak hingga ayam matang.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Angkat, sajikan bersama bahan pelengkap&lt;br /&gt;
