Now Yi Teechnologies are back with another drone to shock the world , They are back with a drone namely Yi Erida which is to be launched in September . Yi claims that the drone is made such that it can catch a speed of 75Mph and is made of Carbon fibre .

Yi also claims that it can fill flights upto 40 Minutes on a single charge which is I think double than that of the usual 350-sized tricopters . The CEO of YI Technology announced that “Our drone is the culmination of decades of expertise and experience in imaging and aeronautics with a focus on producing a drone tat addresses the shortcomings of current market leaders , to exceed the industry standard.

The World first tri copter with 75Mph speed captures with a 4K Camera and will come with a 2-axis gimble . It is expected to come with a laser sensor that will have a duty of maintaining altitudes .

Erida also lets you enter the distance and height from you so that it follows you and keeps on capturing the footage , much like the other follow-me drones . Erida allows you to select the objects and set the shooting parameters so that it can automatically shoot a great video . More details to be revealed in the InterDrone conference this month . The reason being inclusion of various new features like Multi-Window , notification shade design , VULKAN API Support , Daydream for virtual reality , A dedicated JIT Compiler for faster booting times and much more packed in it . So now let’s look at the six features of Android 7.0 Nougat which will come bundled with it .

1. Facial Recognition Returns .

Security enhances as the facial recognition returns in the new upcoming version of Android . Face recognition wasn’t included in Lollipop and Marshmallow , But it is back in Nougat . The device will scan your face and if it’s really you , Then you’re in . There’s one difference, though, the process of unlocking is a lot cleaner than before as the phone automatically begins scanning and doesn’t display your face every time you press the power button.

2. Interactive Grouped Notification .

Notifications on Android Nougat finally group together based on a specific application. Additionally, you can swipe down using two fingers on a particular alert and interact with every one of them individually. For instance, if you get two emails, you’ll be able to archive or reply to both of them separately after reading the subject. Also, they’ve added “Quick Reply” which works exactly the way it sounds.

3. Customizable DPI .

Dpi Stands for “ dots per inch “ , many of the readers might not be aware of it . But DPI Represents how huge or tiny your Phone’s content look . However till now in the previous versions of Android customizing DPI was limited to rooted devices only . Google is working real hard for it’s customer’s comfort . With Android 7.0, Google has brought the ability to every user meaning you can adjust how many WhatsApp messages appear on a single page.

4. File Based Encryption .

When it comes to security , You will have to trust Google’s Android . Google has also addressed security with Android 7.0 with individual file based encryption . Unfortunately, you’ll need to manually enable this setting as it will wipe your phone entirely in order to encode every file from scratch. It will definitely assist in isolating user data better, although, not a whole lot of smartphones are going to receive this update anytime soon .

5. Clear all Apps Button .

Most common features of Android , we all are aware about . Boosts Phone’s RAM and fastens it like anything .

6. A Redesigned and Enhanced Settings Menu .

Android Nougat has also overhauled the settings menu with a new navigation drawer on the left for switching between different screens and it shows little information like the battery status on the main screen. Furthermore, graphs for battery and data have been redesigned and now look a lot more modern.

I’m too a Hardcore Gamer and when it comes to gaming it cuts across almost all age groups from children to Grand Pa’s and Grand Ma’s ;) , and when that happens a rising demand occupies a space in the market . Gaming on laptops is one of the most convenient ways for time pass :P or if you are a multi tasking machine and want to take a break then you can switch off yourself and switch on to your gaming machines . Asus just launched an affordable Gaming laptop in the market namely ASUS R510JX . Before landing into the market , It was predicted by some tech freaks that it is gonna provide a healthy competition to Dell’s Alienware . When it’s about gaming , The manufacturers have to meet the rising demands of their customers . So does the newly lauched Asus R510JX meet those ? Keep Reading .

You just brought this new gaming machine which is well packed , and by feeling it’s heavy weight on your laps , you predicted that it weighs 2.5 Kilograms , Well your prediction was accurate , It is a heavy unit weighing close to 2.5 Kilograms . You open the box and the first thing that you observe is the red lines which ASUS calls the “Mayan” design , you also observe the very shiny , glossy and slippery top .

Opening the top you will observe fully matte finished surfaces , one that will hold a 15.6” display and the other that will hold the keyboard with a huge real estate for your palms to rest as you work on the keyboard and touch pad . Asus R510JX Boasts of having a full HD Display packing in 1920*1080 pixels overall and comes with anti-glare technology , which ensures your eye’s safety and which is a must needed feature if you are gamer who spend elongated periods in gaming . So now let’s talk something negative , as ASUS hasn’t made a contract with me to write only positive thing about their new laptop :P

The viewing angles are terrible and the R510JX demands you to be parallel on the screen which is very difficult for gamers , as while playing games , no one sits in a mannered posture ;) – All thanks to the lack of IPS Technology on the display . This is the major drawback , as it is gaming laptop , so ASUS Must have taken care for it’s customers after all they will be playing games on their machines . This lack of IPS technology can also be disadvantageous when your friends are sitting by your side or people have huddled around your laptop . The keyboard is made of one piece and has the text coloured in red which I feel is somehow attractive . There is also a major drawback – the keys are not backlit . Having red keys and not backlit , using it in the slightest of dim light can be very painful for people whose fingers aren’t programmed really good . This also means that game addicts will have a nightmare when they want to continue gaming all tucked up in the bed and want to doze off as they finish up the gaming in wee hours – this is most likely to occur especially if you’re into multi player on-line gaming. Enough ! we’ve talked negative enough . One good thing about ASUS R510JX is that it is supported by IceCool technology which ensures your palms doesn’t face the heat during elongated periods .

Asus R510JX comes with an INTEL CORE i7 4720HQ clocked at 2.6 GHz . It is also accompanied by 8GB DDR3L of RAM and a GPU comprising of NVIDIA GeForce 950M with 2GB RAM , And a good 1TB of HDD storage ensuring you have massive amounts of data and install heavy games on the machines . Windows 10 is the operating system . The following games listed below have been tested in the medium to high graphic settings and elongated periods of gaming .

The sound output on the speakers is not the best we have seen and the poor choice of positioning it below the keyboard doesn’t help either and may be this is why in spite of SonicMaster technology, the sound output leaves you with a little more desire . However when a headphone is plugged in , the output is phenomenal . While gaming on this laptop , you will never find this laptop being alive for more that 2.45 hours , and after this period of time you will be running for the charger . There is another drawback that it’s a bulky and heavy machine which is cumbersome to use if you keep if on your laps .

With handy options like DVD-RW, two USB 3.0 ports, HDMI ports, decent performance for mid-high end gaming, latest version of Windows on-board, good ability to control heating and very good combination of a processor, GPU and Graphics unit, makes the ASUS R510JX a good buy at around Rs 65,000 for someone who has just started their venture into the gaming world and also for some who are not grown into amateurs yet .

By reading the full post , now you are fully aware of it’s drawbacks , but at a price of Rs. 65,000 , it’s a good choice . But if you were to shell out more cash , you can perhaps have a look at Dell Alienware which is a good long term investment . But for starters , Asus R510JX is a good choice . Not for only Gaming , It can be used for usual day to day purposes also .

Windows Phone - 18 Tips n Tricks

1. Project your screen to your PC or TV

Projecting your phone to your PC or TV screen is surprisingly simple. Select Settings > System > Project My Screen. Your phone will automatically start searching for any devices near you that can take advantage of wireless screen projection. However, if your TV or PC monitor does not support this, it’s still possible to project your screen via USB on a Windows PC. First, download the Project My Screen app from Microsoft’s official Windows Phone website, install it on your system, restart, open the app, plug your phone into your PC and navigate to Project My Screen as before. This is great for showing off your videos and photos on a much larger screen.

2. Glance settings

Glance settings allow you to adjust your time and lock screen content when your phone is on standby. Select Settings > Glance Screen to see the full range of options, which are pleasingly extensive. Particularly useful options include glance screen timeout settings. Consider keeping it at “peek” or turned off completely if you’re worried about battery life. An interesting function called Night Mode allows you to set a timeframe – such as 10pm to 6am – during which your phone’s lock screen will change colour to a dark red, green or blue, in order to save your eyes from any intrusive glare that the standard white may cause. The blue is particularly effective.

3. Battery Saver

Battery Saver, found by heading to Settings > Battery Saver, will give you extensive control over your battery usage. The opening screen will give you a good indication of which apps are using the most power, which at a glance allows you to locate which apps you might want to shut down or uninstall. Swipe right and you’ll get more detailed information, such as exactly how long your battery will last and whether you would like to enable Windows Phone’s Battery Saver, which can conserve energy when your battery is low.

4. Data Sense

Data Sense (Settings > Data Sense) finds more efficient ways to use mobile data and displays your usage. With this powerful feature, it’s possible to set very specific data limits – for example, if you’re on a monthly plan with 1GB of data, you can set the date your data resets, assign the monthly data limit and Windows Mobile will only allow you to use the specified amount unless the settings are overridden. You can also restrict background data usage while roaming and instruct your phone to compress images and adverts in Internet Explorer automatically if you’re reaching the end of your data limit.

5. WiFi Sense

In a nutshell, WiFi Sense takes the hassle out of connecting to public WiFi hotspots and allows you to securely share your WiFi details with friends on Outlook, Facebook and Skype. Head to Settings > WiFi > WiFi Sense and you can tell your phone to automatically accept terms for use when required. Additionally, under Edit Info, you can tell your Windows Phone to automatically provide a fake name, email address and phone number if you’re concerned about privacy while using a public network.

6. Word Flow

Word Flow is built into Windows Phone 8.1, allowing for fast and accurate shape typing. Instead of typing each letter individually, you can glide your finger across the letters instead. No need to hit space after each word, just lift your finger and begin gliding again and Word Flow will enter the spaces for you. To quickly add a full stop and a space, tap space twice. What’s more, Word Flow is quite clever - for instance, it will automatically add accents to words that commonly use them, or capitalise proper nouns, such as “England” or “Tom Selleck”’. The more you use it, the smarter Word Flow will become.

7. Set up a mobile VPN

A Virtual Private Network allows for remote secure connections to private networks using a public internet connection. This is now an in-built feature for all Windows 8.1 phones and is especially useful if you work on the go and need access to your company’s network when you’re catching up on emails at the airport or a coffee shop. Go to Settings > VPN and tap the plus symbol at the bottom to set up the VPN. You may need to ask your IT department for your specific VPN settings, which they should be able to supply easily.

8. Set Quiet Hours

In Settings > Quiet Hours you can outsource your calls and texts to Cortana, Microsoft’s intelligent personal assistant, leaving you completely undisturbed for as long as you wish. Quiet hours can be turned on for specific hours (say 10pm to 6am) and/or when you have a calendar event marked busy. You can also set “breakthrough rules” for your “inner circle”. This means specific individuals will still be able to contact you, even during your quiet hours if you so wish.

9. Automatically backup photos and set default camera app

In Settings > Applications > Photos+Camera you can change your default camera app. This is particularly useful if you enjoy using the hugely popular Instagram a lot or if you’re keen on using more sophisticated camera applications that provide a greater range of options and features. From here you can also ensure that your phone automatically saves your images and videos to the cloud, or turn this feature off/limit it to WiFi only if you’re worried about data usage.

10. Action Centre/customise quick access options

The new Action Centre introduced with Windows Phone 8.1 – accessed by swiping down from the top of your screen – is highly customisable. If you’re not happy with the default quick actions provided, head to Settings > Notifications+Actions and you can change the four shortcuts to whatever you desire. 11. Personalise your start screen

You can personalise your Start Screen by going to Settings > Start+Theme. Options include changing your phone’s background as well as the “accent colour”. Unfortunately this will give you US-style dates and currency, but it’s a small price to pay for a great feature and it will undoubtedly be incorporated in the UK in the near future.

14. Never lose your phone

Find My Phone allows you to ring, lock, erase, locate or send apps to your phone remotely from WindowsPhone.com. You can set your device to always use push notifications to send commands and apps to your phone as well as commanding your phone to save its location moments before the battery runs out, so as to more easily locate it when lost. Go to Settings > Find My Phone to edit these options.

15. Edit Cortana’s brain

Cortana is perhaps one of the most advanced intelligent personal assistants around at the moment, with the exception of Google Now. This nifty AI learns a lot about you thanks to its notebook, stored locally on your phone. Information is gradually collected here over time as users continue to take advantage of Cortana’s features, but it’s possible to add more data manually or to remove data that you’re not comfortable sharing. Tap Cortana on your home screen then tap the three horizontal bars in the top right-hand corner to enter the notebook. From here you can add or remove interests, reminders, places, quiet hours and edit your settings.

16. Customise your lock screen

For some reason “Show artist when playing music” is turned off on the lock screen by default. This a handy feature and there are no doubt many people who are unaware it exists. Go to Settings > Lock Screen to enable it. You can also change your background image or even set it to display the weather or your latest health and fitness statistics. Notifications, screen lock passwords and screen timeout settings can also be modified here.

17. Download maps

This isn’t a new feature, but it’s hidden deep within Settings > Applications > Maps > Download Maps and is occasionally missed – a shame, as this could be very useful if you plan to go somewhere with little to no data coverage or as a backup if you’re not sure. The options provided are pleasingly extensive. You can download maps for offline viewing by continent, country and even region. For instance, you can download all of the UK to your phone for a mere 535 MB (about the same size as four albums at a standard compression rate) or select England, Northern Ireland, Scotland or Wales separately.

18. Disable auto updates

Before Windows Phone 8.1, apps did not update automatically. Instead, a notification would appear on the app store icon, reminding users that various apps needed attention. However, you may have preferred the old system, which is now turned off by default. Perhaps you’re worried about data usage, even over WiFi. Perhaps you fear change. If you’d like to go back to installing your updates manually, tap Store > Settings and uncheck “Update apps automatically”.

Meet DJI Zenmuse Z3, World’s First Drone Camera with Optical Zoom

DJI is a name that needs no introduction, the Phantom Drones have been a benchmark for the industry. However, this time around we are not here to talk about a DJI drone but Zenmuse Z3, the companies first camera with 7x zoom obtained by 3.5x optical zoom and 2x digital zoom.

Most of the camera features have been baked into the DJI GO app and it includes the swipe to zoom functionalities as well. The optical zoom is something that the drone cameras were deprived of till now, and taking a close up of a subject meant that one needed to maneuver the drone closer to the subject. Alternatively, one can also broadcast a live feed from the camera.

The Zenmuse camera also supports 4k at 30fps and the shots from the 12-Megapixel sensors are in Adobe DNG RAW format. Thankfully the Zenmuse camera also comes with a gimbal setup for stabilization function and users will also get a fine-tuning option to control the Yaw of the Z3 in order to balance out the effects of zooming in.

The Zenmuse camera is more of an accessory and it is expected to pair well with the other DJI drones as well. This also eliminates the need to buy a full-fledged medium-format camera rig for drone photography. A standalone camera also means that the range and flight time of your drone will be increased. The maximum aperture is an important feature used to determine the shutter speed and the Zenmuse offers a maximum aperture of F5.2 at 22mm and F2,8 at 77mm. The Zenmuse Z3 is expected to go on sale from July 28 and will cost a cool 60400/-

Get your friend’s phone for few minutes
Connect it with your laptop via USB
Go to folder > whatsapp > databases
You will find two files named: msgstore-yyyy..dd..db.crypt and msgstore.db.crypt
Copy this file and rename it with “msgstore-YYYY-MM-DD.1.db.crypt” to “msgstore.db.crypt”. If the file extension is different like “.crypt5” then rename the prefix but do not change the extension . Paste this file in your WhatsApp Databases . and uninstall WhatsApp from your Mobile Phone .
Install the whatsapp application it will ask for restore. Chose restore from backup. Cheers! You will have all your friends conversation on your phone. .

#3. Share ZIP, PDF, EXE, APK, RAR and Big Files:

Go to Mobile SD Card > Whatsapp > Database: Here you will find msgstore.db.crypt file which contains all messages which you have received and sent in the same day. You can also find another file in same foldermsgstore-yyyy..dd..db.crypt which contains all messages sent and received in last seven days.

Simply open these files with any simple text editors.

You will now be able to read all your WhatsApp messages.
