[FIXED] data-vocabulary.org schema deprecated | Solve Breadcrumb in Blogger

In this post I am going to tell you how you can solve data-vocabulary.org schema deprecated in Blogger. This problem has been started arising since Jan 2020. This is because Google is no longer supporting data-vocabulary.org schema, instead it had moved to schema.org . This caused to create a breadcrumb issue in your website whether on Blogger or WordPress.
You need not worry about this as there is very simple solution for this problem.

I am telling you two solution for this problem. Both solution are similar as in both you need to edit html. But only one will work for anyone as there are different codes to replace in different html. Don't get confused read the solutions below.

SOLUTION 1

This solution is for those who are having "includable id='breadcrumb" in their theme html.

For this solution follow steps below:

1. Open edit theme html in blogger.

2. Press Ctrl+F to search for .breadcrumbs a:hover in the theme.

3. Then press enter at the end of line containing this code and paste the code below

Update Intel Microcode Properly | Intel Microcode Problem Ubuntu [SOLVED]

Hey friends I've recently heard that many of Ubuntu users are facing problems while they're trying to Intel Microcode and they get a output as following:

dmesg | head -n1

But don't worry here is the simple solution for the said problem simply follow the steps below:

Verify you have updated properly or not:

Before proceeding further first you need to verify that you have updated the said properly or not as sometimes our problem had been already solved but we still search for solution. So, it is better to first verify your Update status. For this follow these steps:

make sure you have the package iucode-tool:
```
sudo apt-get install iucode-tool
```
Create temp folder:
```
mkdir /tmp/micro
```
"Unpack" this microcode.dat file to a temporary location:
```
iucode_tool -K/tmp/micro microcode.dat
```

You can now check if there's a more recent microcode file using:

modprobe cpuid && iucode_tool -tb -lS /tmp/micro

(or wherever you unpacked the microcodes to).

On my old Core 2 Duo the output is like this:

iucode_tool: system has processor(s) with signature 0x0001067a
selected microcodes:
001: sig 0x0001067a, pf mask 0xa0, 2010-09-28, rev 0x0a0b, size 8192
002: sig 0x0001067a, pf mask 0x11, 2010-09-28, rev 0x0a0b, size 8192

Compare this to the output of:

dmesg | grep "updated"

Sample output:

[    1.112010] microcode: CPU1 updated to revision 0xa0b, date = 2010-09-28

This shows that my system already uses the most recent microcode.

If said is not updated properly then don't worry here is the solution.

Solution:

For permanent solution use respiratory method:

Install the following packages:

sudo apt-get install microcode.ctl intel-microcode

Reboot your computer.
Now check whether the microcode has been loaded properly, with the following terminal command:
```
dmesg | grep microcode
```
If all is well you should see several reports about the applied microcode.

So, we generally install GUI while installing such features. To disable GUI from Ubuntu:

Open terminal by Ctrl.+Alt+T

Then enter following command

sudo systemctl set-default multi-user.target

To enable GUI again in Ubuntu:

sudo systemctl set-default graphical.target

Finally enter user password

To start new GUI session use following command

sudo systemctl start gdm3.service

How to prepare for JEE Mains April 2020 | JEE Preparation

In this post I am going to tell you about how to prepare for JEE mains. I am covering this topic in two parts : Part 1 for those who are 12th appearing and Part 2 for those who are 12th passed. I will also tell you which books you should purchase for preparation after the two parts. So lets begin:

PART-1 How 12th appearing Prepare for JEE?

If you are a 12th appearing, then you will have your board examination in March and you probably think how to manage the two? You need to worry much about this. You can handle this easily if you keep in your mind following things:

Don't move away from NCERT syllabus specially in Physics and Mathematics.
Don't try to study more than your limit as it will put you in more tensile state.
Don't compare yourself with others and don't get much serious and have tensions if you are not able to do much better in mock test of JEE or in JEE Jan attempt.
Don't take any chapter or unit as useless or any other unit as important. Study throughout the syllabus.
Keep in mind that you are going to give your best in JEE.
The most important : Don't think about what will be the final result as it is sure that from about 10 lac students only 20,000 students will make. So, don't feel unsafe if you won't make it. You will get more chances in future.

Now, I am going to explain you how to study the syllabus:

Now you should focus on your 12th syllabus as in March you are having board examinations. During your preparation, try solving NCERT problems in Physics and Chemistry as it will help you in boards as well as in JEE. What I myself learnt from JEE Jan that in JEE Mains, the questions are not of much higher levels. Instead of that, the questions are based on basics and simple application of topics which are given in NCERT. For JEE (specially Physics and Chemistry) keep in mind following things:

Don't move away from NCERT for Physics and Chemistry as almost 80% to 90% questions in JEE from past many years are directly from NCERT with minute changes. I myself done previous year question of JEE form 2010 to 2019 and got same results.
Don't leave easy and the chapters you think are not important and not having much concepts as there will be direct question and easy question from those chapters. I give you an example like in JEE 2020 question from EM waves was: The equation of magnetic field is given and we need to find equation of eleatric field in which all options have different amplitude of Electric field so you could easily find that by E=B/c. Like this there were many question about 5-7 questions in each subject. So, by doing so you can roughly get between 60-80 marks easily.
Now you need to do previous year question of almost last 10 years, which you can easily get in market and don't worry you won't get a huge number of question. They would be roughly about 300 in each subject from 2009 to 2018. Now you can also do question of JEE 2019 and 2020 (JEE Mains only). By doing so you will get idea about level of JEE and get confidence. Also you will find that many questions got repeated (Believe me, It's True!!! You can check yourself).
Don't waste time on single unit thinking it as important. For example, till last year Optics in Physics thought to have 4-5 questions in JEE, but this year this unit hardly contribute single question in JEE.

What for Mathematics?

Many students often say that Mathematics in JEE is tough, but it is not actually that much tough. The problem is that students often do only NCERT problems and they don't think beyond that and also don't think for application of problems. So what to do? Keep in mind following things:

Firstly understand basics and all formulas of each chapter with doing all NCERT problems.
After this, don't move to higher level books such as Ceangage as they are actually made for JEE Adv and if you try solving their problems it will consume a lot of time and mind. Also, you will not see much problems from them.
Instead of that what you need to first do is. Simply watch some online lectures of each chapter not more than 2 hours. I recommend you Vedantu as it is free and you will find 1-2 hour lecture of each chapter on YouTube. In those lectures some previous year questions will also be discussed. So, you should try them. I myself done Geometry from Vedantu and it helped me doing questions of Geometry in JEE easily.
Now you should be able to do previous year questions of each chapter.
If you still don't feel comfortable with Mathematics, then you can purchase any JEE level book such as RD Sharma, where you can find easily a number of problems to solve.

How to prepare 11th?

If you are worrying much about 11th, the please leave such thinking as now its time to prepare 12th first and also, about 60% of JEE Mains is from 12th class. Meanwhile preparing for 12th you can do some simple chapters of 11th from which min 1 question is fixed such as:

In Mathematics: Mathematical reasoning, Statistics, Quadratic, Permutation and Combination (don't try questions other than previous year type), Probability etc.
In Chemistry: Structure of atom, Basic concepts of chemistry, ideal gas equation, Periodic table, Hydrogen, S-block, Environmental Chemistry (Must Do) etc.
In Physics: Units and measurement, Motion in straight line, Gas Laws, Oscillation and wave (Previous year type only), Thermal properties of matter (only basics), Mechanical Properties of solid, liquid and gas (Only Basics and formulas) etc.

Now, you can do as many as chapter from above ones till your exams if you got time. Till 20-25 March your board examination will be done and after that you should revise all the chapters you studied first and then if you have time you can try doing other chapter.

PART-2 How 12th Passed Prepare for JEE?

12th passed students must keep in mind following things before moving ahead:

You are having more time than 12th appearing as you are not having tension for boards. So, give your most of time for JEE.
Don't move away from NCERT syllabus specially in Physics and Mathematics.
Don't try to study more than your limit as it will put you in more tensile state.
Don't compare yourself with others and don't get much serious and have tensions if you are not able to do much better in mock test of JEE or in JEE Jan attempt.
Don't take any chapter or unit as useless or any other unit as important. Study throughout the syllabus.

Like this there were many question about 5-7 questions in each subject. So, by doing so you can roughly get between 60-80 marks easily.
Now you need to do previous year question of almost last 10 years, which you can easily get in market and don't worry you won't get a huge number of question. They would be roughly about 300 in each subject from 2009 to 2018. Now you can also do question of JEE 2019 and 2020 (JEE Mains only). By doing so you will get idea about level of JEE and get confidence. Also you will find that many questions got repeated (Believe me, It's True!!! You can check yourself).
Don't waste time on single unit thinking it as important. For example, till last year Optics in Physics thought to have 4-5 questions in JEE, but this year this unit hardly contribute single question in JEE.

How to prepare for Mathematics?

As most students fell Mathematics as tough subject, while doing preparation for Mathematics keep in mind following things:

Firstly understand basics and all formulas of each chapter with doing all NCERT problems.
After this, don't move to higher level books such as Ceangage as they are actually made for JEE Adv and if you try solving their problems it will consume a lot of time and mind. Also, you will not see much problems from them.
Instead of that what you need to first do is. Simply watch some online lectures of each chapter not more than 2 hours. I recommend you Vedantu as it is free and you will find 1-2 hour lecture of each chapter on YouTube. In those lectures some previous year questions will also be discussed. So, you should try them. I myself done Geometry from Vedantu and it helped me doing questions of Geometry in JEE easily.
Now you should be able to do previous year questions of each chapter.
If you still don't feel comfortable with Mathematics, then you can purchase any JEE level book such as RD Sharma, where you can find easily a number of problems to solve.

Now while preparing first complete these easy chapters first of 11th and 12th:

In Mathematics: Class 11- Mathematical reasoning, Statistics, Quadratic, Permutation and Combination (don't try questions other than previous year type), Probability & Class 12- Vector, 3-D, application of derivatives (area based and tangent normal problems must do), differential equations (don't go beyond NCERT) etc.
In Chemistry: Class 11- Structure of atom, Basic concepts of chemistry, ideal gas equation, Periodic table, Hydrogen, S-block, Environmental Chemistry (Must Do) & Class 12- Solutions, electrochemistry, Chemical kinetics, Chemistry in everyday life, Bio-molecules, Polymer (Only NCERT) etc.
In Physics: Class 11- Units and measurement, Motion in straight line, Gas Laws, Oscillation and wave (Previous year type only), Thermal properties of matter (only basics), Mechanical Properties of solid, liquid and gas (Only Basics and formulas) & Class 12- Charge, Current electricity, Magnetism, Current Induction and AC, EM waves, Semi-conductors, Atom and Nuclei, Dual nature of atom etc.

Which books you should buy?

Firstly you must have previous year question paper books which you can purchase from market or from e-commerce website such as amazon from here:

I will not suggest you buying more books than this as it will only cost you, but not necessarily required for JEE Main. You must have NCERT of class 11 and 12.

[SOLVED] Failed to start Snappy Daemon Ubuntu | Latest Ubuntu Tricks

What is Snappy Daemon?

Snappy is a software deployment and package management system developed by Canonical for the Linux operating system. The packages, called snaps, and the tool for using them, snapd, work across a range of Linux distributions allowing distribution-agnostic upstream software packaging.

What is Problem?

The problem is when you try restarting your device it shows:

[FAILED] Failed to start Snappy daemon,
See 'systemct1 status snapd.service' for details,

Why Snappy Daemon not working?

There is not any official clarification regarding this type of issue. But after the research I made, I came to the conclusion that this type of problem is not faced by all users, instead of that such problems are being faced only due to broken packages or by some corrupted packages that user might have installed without even knowing about their consequences on the device.

So what to do now? Don't worry here is the simple solution for your problem...

Solution

Before proceeding further all users can try these easy steps:

Try upgrading Ubuntu to latest version as if some broken packages caused this, then it will be recovered automatically
Try repairing with Ubuntu live CD or OS booted USB
Try system troubleshooting if your device supports it.

If these primary solutions don't work for you, then you can try this solution which must work for you:

Permanent Solution:

If above solutions don't work for you, then you have to reinstall Ubuntu on your device as there are not many solutions discovered for this problem. I am sorry to say this, but I myself once faced similar problem and after trying a lot of methods and wasting time, what I finally find that nothing worked. I was only left with single solution i.e. reinstalling UBUNTU for solving Snappy Daemon problem.

But before doing so make sure that you have backed up all your important data present in the device as after doing so you will get nothing in your device except OS and its files installed.

I don't want to misguide you from any useless method to follow as there is not any particular solution for this problem, but still I am working to find its solution and when I found it i will let you know.

Install Ubuntu with Windows | Where to install bootloader

In this post I am going to tell you how you can use ubuntu along with windows. As if you have installed Ubuntu in your device then it is not easy to use windows with it because ubuntu mounts on your device in different manner than windows. So, whenever we try to install Windows over Ubuntu we need to use some commands to erase hard drives and then we can proceed further.
So what we can???

Don't worry!!!!
We can install Ubuntu as secondary OS in our device. But while doing so you might face issue for where to install Ubuntu Bootloader as:

If you are trying to install Ubuntu as secondary OS on your device.
Now, you know how to run Ubuntu from USB drive, you created addition partition and formatted it to EXT4.
So you think you are ready to install.
But, 'Device for boot loader installation:' displays:
/dev/sta ATA HITACHI (750 GB)
/dev/sta1 Windows 8 (loader)
/dev/sta2
/dev/sta5
/dev/sta6 Ubuntu 12.04 (12.04)
/dev/stb
You tries choosing Ubuntu partition but it doesn't even let you to pick which OS to install and goes straight to Windows 8.

PROCESS FOR INSTALLATION

So I am going to explain you the whole process from how to install Ubuntu along with windows and where to install it step by step:

First you need to download Ubuntu .iso image file from official website of Ubuntu which is totally free.
Make your USB device bootable and write image file on it.
Make space on your device & create a new partition and format it as EXT4.
Then restart your device and load bootloader
Select the partition which you made earlier (if you don't see your partition, then scroll down this post to see the solution).
Now install Ubuntu on your device (Don't use Live Ubuntu as it will run only temporary)
After sometime your device will be ready to run Ubuntu with Windows.

PROBLEMS FACED

While installing Ubuntu, You may not see the partition for installation. But don'r worry. Simply follow these steps.

Under Device Bootloader (as shown in image above) :

You can choose dev/sda if you want to use GRUB bootloader i.e. bootloader of Ubuntu.
You can choose dev/sda1, Ubuntu need to be manually added to drive's boot loader after installation. (for example, you previously have Windows installed on another partition of this drive, you'll need manually add Ubuntu into mbr)

Warning:

While installing Ubuntu with windows please make backup of all of you important files, as if anything gone wrong all of your files will be lost and you won't be able to do anything.

How to create router on vmware ubuntu | Latest Ubuntu Tricks

Hey friends its not that much difficult. You can easily set up router on vmware ubuntu if you follow the steps below.

In order to use your own DHCP server in vmware, you should use the Host-Only Networking feature because you need a totally private virtual network i.e. Bridged Networking and it will put you on the production network.
Network Address Translation networking would give you a private network, but it’s impossible to turn off the dhcp server built into VMware.
This guide is the setup of a virtual ubuntu linux machine that will have two virtual network interfaces and be configured as a NAT router. The first network interface will be configured in VMware to NAT and the second network interface will be configure in VMware to Host-Only, acting as your private network’s gateway.
So, without writing much stuff i am coming to the poit.
Before this you need not to have internet connection in this process.

Important Settings

Firstly I am explaining here some of the important settings that you need to do before proceeding further

1. Network Adapter Setting

There should already be a network interface adapter connected to the virtual machine. Make sure it’s of type NAT.

Add a second interface and make sure it’s of type “Host Only”. Fusion, on my mac only allows for one private network, VMWare Workstation allows for up to 7 different private networks. If you’re on VMware Workstation, make a note of witch one you chose because all of the rest of our virtual machine will have to be configured on the same private network in order to communicate with each other.

2. RAM and Processor Setting

There should already be a network interface adapter connected to the virtual machine. Make sure it’s of type NAT.

Because we’re going to be running so many virtual machines on one host, let’s change the memory of the linux router to be only what is needed to perform it’s duty.

Click on the Processors & RAM settings and change it to be 256 MB of RAM.

The Processor should already be configured to be 1 CPU, leave it there.

3. USB setting

You need to disable USB devices. For this simply uncheck "Enable USB 2.0 Support"

That's it.... Now you are all done with all the necessary settings that you need to do. Now, let us move to the next step.

Hostname Changing

Bash Login as the user you created the gold master as and then fire up a root shell. sudo -i Sudo, as you know, allows you to run commands as root, the “dash i” creates a root shell by simulating an initial login. This isn’t typically a good idea, but I’m awesome and I know what I’m doing.

Let’s change the hostname.

vi /etc/hostname

Change it to “router” and save it.

Now edit the hosts file.

vi /etc/hosts

You’ll see two entries for the loopback address (127.0.0.1), change the second one to “router”.

reboot and login, the hostname is now changed.

IP Table Istallation

For installing IP tables just use this command.

apt-get install iptables

Network Interface Configuration

The first network interface should be already working and configured for dhcp so let’s add the configuration for the second interface.

vi /etc/network/interfaces

# This file describes the network interfaces available on your system
# and how to activate them. For more information, see interfaces(5).
# The loopback network interface
auto lo
iface lo inet loopback
# The primary network interface
auto eth0
iface eth0 inet dhcp
pre-up iptables-restore < /etc/iptables.rules

Enable IPv4 Forwarding

This will make ip forwarding permanent

vi /etc/sysctl.conf

Find this line and make it look the same:

# Uncomment the next line to enable packet forwarding for IPv4
net.ipv4.ip_forward=1

Add the IP Table rules

iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -o eth0 -j MASQUERADE
iptables -A FORWARD -i eth0 -o eth1 -m state --state RELATED,ESTABLISHED -j ACCEPT
iptables -A FORWARD -i eth1 -o eth0 -j ACCEPT

iptables-save > /etc/iptables.rules

If you face any problem during this process, you can try flushing by:

iptables -F

On startup

The script /etc/network/if-pre-up.d/iptablesload will contain:

I will cover this topic in two section one if you have an iso image of matlab and two if you don't have. Before that let me give you a brief overview of matlab:

So here are the solutions:

1. Having .iso file

If you are having .iso image file of matlab then follow the instructions below:

Make directory under /media/'username'/iso with sudo. here is example for username da.

sudo mkdir /home/da/iso

Then mount the Matlab installation .iso to that directory.

mount MatlabR201x.iso /home/da/iso -o loop

then execute the installer with sudo permissions.

sudo /medida/da/bin/install

That's it.

2. Not having .iso file

If you are not having .iso file then i am regret to say that you will not able to install MATLAB officially as it is a paid service and you have to pay for it. Still here are some best alternatives for MATLAB which you can consider using:

the following can be found in the software center

1. Octave: Is a near clone of MATLAB using the same syntax for .m files. It does not include a Simulink Clone however.

2. Scilab: Is a similar matrix based mathematical to MATLAB but it does have its own syntax so is not directly compatible. It does however include scicos which though not identical is similar to Simulink: a block diagram modeller / simulator.

3. Spyder: is a powerful interactive development environment for the Python language with advanced editing, interactive testing, debugging and introspection features. This can be used for mathematical modeling.

4. Maxima: Is a computer algebra system similar to Mathcad, Maple and Mathematica.

Other free package which are not in the repositories

sage: is a free open-source mathematics software system licensed under the GPL. It combines the power of many existing open-source packages into a common Python-based interface. Mission: Creating a viable free open source alternative to Magma, Maple, Mathematica and Matlab.

You can install it by:
