New York gets a mural by artist duo Os Gêmeos, commissioned by Deitch Projects.
Two Brazilian brothers have set up residence at a climbing wall next to an art gallery in Rio in an effort to take art to the streets.
The Campana Brothers curated a new exhibit for São Paulo's Museum Of Modern Art by hand picking their favorite pieces from the museum's vast archive. The exhibit opens today and goes until September 13. Do not miss it if you are in São Paulo.

On more about Jesus Luz, I posted a link yesterday about the fact that he had been turned down for a role in a Brazilian mini-series this season. Since the news were making the rounds all over the web in Brazil, I spoke to the PR department at Ford, and found out that Jesus never even auditioned for the series. The actual story is that a producer at Globo networks called Ford to offer Jesus a part in a new mini-series, and that Ford Brazil had to turn it down because Jesus could not commit to it at the moment. He is busy hanging out with Madonna on tour in Europe, and enjoying his first Dolce & Gabbana ad campaign. I would not trade that for any mini-series either.

Am I the only one not loving the cover of the latest issue of L'Officiel Brazil? I don't mind the make up or the fact that Alessandra's cheekbones were photoshopped to look as sharp as a knife, but I just can't get past that concoction made of plexiglass circles she is wearing over a metallic bra.
