Colombian singer Shakira flaunts her post baby body in her latest Self magazine photoshoot for September 2013 issue. Shakira graces the cover pages of Self magazine and proudly reveals her toned abs just seven months after giving birth to her first child and her secret to getting back in shape.

In an interview with Self Magazine, the 36-year-old Sakira said: "her initial motivation to get back in shape quickly was to be camera-ready to be a coach on NBC's The Voice just two months after having baby Milan. Shakira spent a month in Barcelona with beau Gerard Piqué working on her post baby body."

"I did Zumba throughout my pregnancy. That helped me not gain too much weight," Shakira told SELF, adding that after giving birth she continued to Zumba four to five mornings a week and even had a week of private training session with its creator and CEO, Beto Perez.

As the covers continued to emerge, opinions started to veer more toward the positive. "The second and third covers are a HUGE improvement on the first cover. She suits being a blonde," rougevalentino commented.
