1.	The building of a Magento Installation to include the MagentoConnect Modules we specify and provide ongoing maintenance for the Installation. We also require the creation of a custom Magento payment processing module.

2.	To setup and maintain robust backup/restore procedures for our Magento Installation.

3.	To supply a Magento ready Website Design to our specification. 

4.	Creation of 'Middleware' type software service that will connect our Magento Installation with our Warehouse software to perform simple two way updates to orders and products.

5.	Hosting for this Magento Installation on a shared, UK based Rackspace server.

31st July	Last date for Woods to receive signed NDA's and completed questionnaires.
3rd August  	Woods to deliver detailed specifications to potential suppliers.
10th August	Last date for Woods to receive detailed quotes
14th August 	Woods to inform the chosen suppliers and initiate contracts.

This person will be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, with our production team to migrate data and associated media of our 500+ video products, from our Filemaker database to the e-Commerce website.

Candidate will be required to develop an understanding of the organization and interrelationships of our video products, including relationships between video series and titles, subjects, grade level, and media formats.

Shopping cart will need to be skinned to match our product page mock-up.  Final website will allow customers to browse and search our catalog, as well as preview sample video clips.  Data and media files are ready for integration. 

Successful applicant should also be experienced in e-commerce security issues associated with getting project from an internal development server stage to a live site.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of programming languages including HTML, PHP, CSS. and Java
Knowledge of Filemaker and MySQL databases
Experience using Magento 
Basic knowledge and familiarity with Flash

You will be working within a PHP development team on a variety of eCommerce and dynamic CMS projects (reporting to the Development Manager) creating highly interactive web pages and components.
