The combination of ingredients sounded pretty good, but when the time came to actually make a batch I started leaving things out because of my body's dislike of too much onion or garlic, and my eyes' dislike of eggplant. I even bought an eggplant to try to incorporate it into the recipe, but the smell and texture just wasn't doing it for me.         <summary>After 4 months of getting some family stuff taken care of - I'm back! The fall semester turned out to be a very hectic one but I am organized and ready to go again!         <summary>Wrap Ingredients: Ham Cracked Pepper Turkey (New from Hormel Naturals) Prosciutto Lettuce or Spinach Red Pepper (I used leftover grilled red peppers) Parm. Cheese Italian Dressing Flatout Bread Arrange all ingredients except dressing and lettuce. Place "open" wrap in oven for about 5 minutes or in microwave for about 30-60 seconds if you are in a hurry. Once the ingredients are warmed remove from oven and add lettuce and a drizzle of Italian Dressing.         <summary>This is based loosely on a recipe from the Atkins website. Ingredients * 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries - Thawed * 1/2 Cup Water * 1/4 C. Sugar Free Raspberry Syrup * Juice of 1/2 of a Lime * Pinch of Lime Zest Directions Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. (Leaving a few chunks of fruit can be a good thing though.) Pour into popsicle molds and freeze. Makes 4 popsicles. Each popsicle has 4-5g net carbs.</summary>
