The hotel is part of the Amigos all inclusive group in Benidorm and represents good value for money, especially if you have children with you. The rooms sleep up to four which again is very good for families. Being on an this all inclusive package doesnt restrict you to eating at this hotel, you can use any of the hotels in the chain for a meal,drink and use their facilities. The gym and pool at the Crystal Park wasnt as good as the other hotels in the chain and the rooms were quite noisy but overall it is very good value”

“Good food and plenty of it. The staff were all helpful and the young trainees really tried their best to sort out any problems. Rooms a bit dated though the cleaners did the best they could with what they had. “Just returned from the Cristal Park after a 4 days break with friends. It is in a great position for the Old Town of Benidorm and the beach. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful - we had a mixup with our rooms (not the hotels fault) and they sorted it out for us with no fuss at all. Hotel has 2 restaurants, one caters for mainly Spanish guests the other English. Plenty of varied food all very hot and well cooked. Bars were good especially the Magic Cafe. Entertainers Anne Marie and Andy (Him ‘n’ Her) were great, they made each night good fun with music, quizes and lots of laughs. The bar staff Trevor, Fakir & Steve were all fab. Will definately be returning to this hotel.”

I’d decided to take my 13yr old daughter away for New Year for a change. We’d originally been booked into the Magic Monika but this was closed for refurbishment so on arrival we found we’d been upgraded to a suite with seperate living room (all very comfortable) and also were given “Gold” cards enabling us to have imported drinks too if we wanted.
The hotel is ideally situated close to loads of gorgeous shops and only 5mins walk from the beach.
The food was excellent with a huge choice and something for everybody. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they had a lot to put up with, what with the annual invasion of Spanish pensioners on their Government paid holidays. Some of those pensioners were downright rude and cantankerous.
We spent our evenings in the Magic Cafe, thanks “Him & Her” for excellent entertainment and a warm welcome.
The weather was warm but not really sunbathing weather but there is plenty to do and see. The Magic chain lays on a bus that you can use for free and visit any of the hotels in the chain to use their facilities and eateries.
New Year was brilliant. The meal was excellent and they’d seperated us from the Spanish pensioners which made it much more relaxing not having to fight through them to find a table. The champagne flowed and we got to celebrate midnight twice, once for Spanish time and then again an hour later for GB!
Overall this was an excellent holiday and as long as you ignore the behaviour of the pensioners, you’ll love it!!
