”Just returned from the Cristal Park after spending Christmas there with family, our 2nd time spending xmas and it was even better than last year. The staff were excellent, the food great and plenty of choice, the weather was fab, we look forward to returning next year, cant wait. We met some fabulous people who return year after year, so keep up the good work Cristal, glad the free bus was back on again which helped us to visit the other hotels, but the Cristal is simply the BEST . ”We went to Benidorm for the new year and we stayed at the Magic Cristal park, a hotel we have stopped on 6 different occasions. We found all the staff very polite and helpful. Our room was clean with the maid coming in every day to clean it. The food was brilliant well cooked with plenty of choice we had a gala meal new years eve only complaint was that there was to much food in the british bar the magic cafe downstairs the barstaff was brilliant extremely pleasant and friendly. The entertainment consisted of shows and the regular in house entertainers him and her who were very versatile doing quizes and karaoke many a good night had by all everyone worked hard to make it an enjoyable stay. We are looking forward to stopping again next new year”

”Another great New Year helped by the hard working staff at the Hotel, expecialy Andy and Anne Marie in the Magic Cafe, no need to go out of the hotel at night, when it is there in house, the Meat Loaf tribute is great, they made you feel very welcome, great entertainers. The food was good and hot, plenty of choice, friendly English speaking staff in lower restaurant. Bit of an uphill walk from shops and beach but in a good central position. looking forward to next New Year, from one of the wig wam bamers

”Firstly we would like to thank Anne Marie from the Magic Rock and Thomas Cook for their help in re-locating our booking to the Magic Cristal Park. We should have been staying at the Magic Aqua Rock throughout the Christmas and New Year holidays, but due to a temporary hotel closure we were allocated rooms at the Magic Cristal Park.
Our rooms were lovely, clean and spacious, facing towards the inside atrium of the hotel. Rooms were cleaned each day and fresh bathroom towels provided, if required.
The food at the Cristal park is excellent with plenty of choice. If staying A/Inc meals can also be taken at the other hotels within the group. This is a friendly, older style hotel in the Old Town, so if you like more modern surroundings, it may not suit you.
The Magic Cafe is located on the lower ground floor at the back of the hotel facing the park. It’s a great place to meet up with old friends and provides enjoyable entertainment in the evenings. Morgan Taylor, Him and Her, Magic tricks with Lionel, the Spanish Dancing, the two Latin American dancers and all the other acts were really good. Heard a few complaints about the Music being just a bit too loud, some of the time.
Thanks also to the bar staff at the Magic Cafe, Anita, Trevor and Paco for for making our stay enjoyable.
A Special Thankyou to the Manager and to all his staff for all their hard work. Well Done.

‘’I recently stayed at the Cristal hotel in Benidorm from March, 1^st till March 10, I’ve been staying with an Inserso trip. The Hotel is fantastic, especially the human quality of the staff walking around and in the dining room and in terms of meals, there is much variety and abundance.’’

The following opinion was written by a mother and her daughter, who wanted to spend New Year holiday away from home, in a different way. They did it and share their experience on tripadvisor.

‘’I decided to take my 13 years old daughter away for New Year, for a change. We originally booked at the Magic Monika but it was closed for renovations on arrival so we were upgraded to a suite with living room (very comfortable) and were also given “Gold” cards to use for imported drinks as much as we wanted. The hotel is ideally located near lots of great shops and only 5 minutes’ walk from the beach. The food was excellent with a great variety for everyone. The staff was very friendly and helpful; they had a lot to put up with, what with the annual invasion of Spanish pensioners of the Government on paid left. Some of the pensioners are irritable and downright rude. We spent our nights at the Magic Café, with its excellent service for entertainment and a warm welcome. It warm outside, but not really for sunbathing, but there was much to do and to see. Magic chain set a bus that could be used for free so people could visit any of the other magic hotels and to use their facilities and restaurants. The New Year party was brilliant. The food was excellent and we had separated from the Spanish pensioners, making it much more relaxing not having to fight through them to find a table. The champagne flowed and we celebrate midnight twice, once with the Spanish and then again an hour later the GB! In general this was an excellent holiday and while ignoring the behavior of the pensioners, you will love it!’’

Sara Pamplona visited us with his group of friends, and it seems that she had a lot of fun. On April 15 she left a comment on a web view which I will share with you today.

‘’Its location is very close to the beach and the city center of Benidorm, the Ruzafa street is centered on a street full of trade. The hotel is really cheap for the money you pay and full of life, there is always people walking around in the reception or in the dining room.’’
