Lovers of food are now thanks to Madrid Fusion 09, to be held today from January 19 to January 22, 2009. The Spanish capital will host this year with some 130 exhibitors and 7200 accredited persons, of which 400 are domestic and 160 foreign journalists. They see the latest trends and innovations in haute cuisine. Innovation, experimentation and the art on the tables do not miss the event.

But the news is that this year will participate for the first time the kitchen of the Costa Blanca, from the hand of the Tourist Board and with its own stand. Alicante represent their appellations of origin of their best wines. I find this hotel very nice and comfortable.

We were a few years ago and we loved it. The only thing we liked was that the dining room was very tiny and had claustrophobia. That yes, then the buffet was very good. I suppose it will continue like that.
The entrance is very nice and very big reception. It has a bar with a large glass from where they can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.

The rooms are very large type suite with a bedroom and lounge with a sofa bed. The habiaciones have a large glass with a view to the beach. The bathroom is very big and has a hair dryer. In the lounge we have a minibar.
The top floor suites have a small private pool.

The care is very good and the rooms are very clean.
