You can find more of his work at his personal website or at his deviant profile. I suggest loading his personal website in flash as it is incredible and allows you to view his art in stunningly high definition. I just noticed this while I was posting and was blown away. There are quite a few more gems tucked away in the flash version so check it out. Really felt the magic. And thanks for all of the comments. Love you all. Peace!

Simon Kopp

2013-01-16T17:49:00.000-05:00

The artwork displayed below was created by Simon Kopp, an artist from Nuremburg, Germany who has had his art featured in several browser games. If you like his work, check out his website. The first piece below is actually fan art of some of Daniel Lieske's work, an artist previously featured in this blog. Though these pieces lack the micro details of some of the other works I have posted, I think it makes up for it in the "life" and "movement" you can see in his figures.

Quick note: I may not be posting as much now that I've gone back to school and subsequently back to work in my lab. Hope you enjoyed!

My Quest for Magic

2012-12-25T00:48:00.004-05:00

This blog will be dedicated to my personal quest for magic. Not the kind that emits from wands nor the kind that sparkles out of palms but the kind that overpowers you with a mysterious feeling of awe and wonder, that sends tingles from your sagittal crest to your phalanges. We've all experienced it. Be it from an unforgettable view from the summit of Mount Olympus or the depths of Hell depicted with chalk on a sidewalk, we've been touched by this enigma. This blog will chronicle my search for this magic (and any attempts to harness it) and will serve as a deposit site for these precious artifacts. I hope you enjoy!
