Nexus One For Verizon Wireless Launching

Over the last several weeks it was announced that we will see the launch of the Nexus One Google Phone For Verizon Wireless. Nothing was official, but a date was circulating around the internet which came and went. The rumors have been ridiculous really. People are throwing out dates on forums and blogs. This obviously helps the hype machine rolling.
Recently more rumors have arisen and have been reported on by some reptuitible websites like engadget.

We all know that the Nexus One will be on Verizon Wireless soon. Its been on Google's Phone Page for a couple weeks saying "Coming Spring 2010".
These little bits of information are fun to see but getting a little annoying.
The Android 2.1 Update for other Droids has been delayed. Along with delays with Xperia X10 from Sony Ericsson we can safely assume the glitch's in 2.1 are the cause of the delays across the board.
Some may say the delays with the Verizon Nexus One are just planned hype. The theory does have merit in some sense. Verizon had one of the most successful launch marketing efforts in years for the Droid Phone . Could they be trying to duplicate that with N1 Google Phone. We don't think so, but you never know.
We are confident that the Android 2.1 Update and The Verizon Nexus Launch will be very soon.
