It’s an especially busy year for me, so posts here might be on the infrequent side, but I guess I might as well throw up a couple doodles for friends I drew over the holidays in the meantime. :]

I wish I could’ve spent more time on this – I really wanted to add more of my favorite characters (like Wrex), but I just ran out of time with all that was going on these couple of weeks. Braea doesn’t look quite right, but she’s close enough for jazz. Don’t look too hard, though. There are a ton of mistakes that I wish I’d had time to fix, too. ;P Sorry, dudes. Next time.

I’ve been playing through Mass Effect (the first one) recently in preparation for Mass Effect 3. To give you an idea of how much I love this game, well, I already finished Mass Effect 2 on the Xbox, but I decided to replay everything on the PC so that I can take videos and screenshots and stuff. I’m chipping at it a couple hours at a time after work and life/social/other obligations, here and there. It probably will take me until ME3 comes out, but hey – I preordered, and I’ll be ready.

A lot of the testing is probably going to happen at my blog, which is actually the source of all these updates that appear on my main website. I’m going to do my template testing at the blog, so it shouldn’t impact the front page too much for now, and then change out the main website to WordPress because I’m rather tired of dealing with translating RSS to HTML. It’s a pain, seriously.

If you want to see what I’m up to, though, feel free to check by the blog from time to time. Getting this done may be slow going, since I’ve actually got my plate full of life right now, but hey, any progress is progress, eh?

I’m in the cognitive process of deciding how I want to redo my website in order to take better advantage of the wonderful thing that is WordPress. I use it for blogging these updates right now, but I’m thinking of just switching over completely. :] More on that later when I actually make some progress on a custom template of some sort. Don’t be surprised if the site gets a little wonky over the next months, though. I might be experimenting.

I have no idea what they’re singing, but it’s sort of awesome.
