Ideal Dates.

What is your ideal date?

BEFORE starting this topic about ideal dates, i should state what i feel that isn't acceptable for a date in my opinion...As for significant day or first date is something that goes along the lines of shopping, visiting the cinema and have a meal together. As i feel these things isn't anything exciting nor interesting to do with your other half as this can be done on a normal day and with friends.

Ideal dates for me is something that is spontaneous, romantic or active. As these dates will enable you to understand the other person/partner better and create memorable memories together. As for me i have been taken away as my other half has surprised me with

his date and i have surprised myself for planning a date...it has been the first for us both and it has been rather one of a kind experience. I like to share my experience with you girls and boys! ..

12.12.12 His Plan.

This date was planned by him, it was romantic evening spent together and spending quality time together and getting to know each other. We went on a boat tour on one of the traditional Chinese junk, sailing through the harbour viewing the famous sites of Hong Kong, watching sunset together and watching the city light shine. It was interesting and cosy experience, it was really relaxing to sail through the harbour cuddling each other. This was a special experience and occasion for both of us as we never have tried this as we thought it was such a touristy thing to do however too our surprise it was interesting experience and we spent great time together. After he took me to this restaurant, although it was rather expensive and the food wasn't great however the ambience i guess made up for it... however genuinely this date was a success as he swept me of my feet for me to say yes to being his girlfriend.... 12.01.13 My Plan.

This is date which was planned by me, as i never planned dates before it was an interesting experience as i was clueless on what to do at first but after i generated a lot of idea's. The idea that i have chose at the end was visiting a farm, this was an active date with different activity. It was fun as there were various of activities which included feeding animals, catching fish, riding horse and going strawberry picking.It was a rather active date we was very tired after as we did a lot of walking and it was great to get back with our inner child being a big child again...after that we went for a nice meal at a restaurant i booked, with a nice scene and the service was great...

This was my planned date and i feel it ended very well although we was very tired, it gave us time to talk to each other and experience the same things. It was a great getaway from the busy lives of Hong Kong, it was relaxing and refreshing to experience this.....

Wall of date idea's.

Generally i feel that dates are suppose to be fun and spontaneous or entertaining and nothing boring or the usual. As you can save going to cinema etc on your casual days. As special dates should be something fun for both you and your partner or gf/bf to be. As for me and my other half we have generated a wall full of dating ideas, we are aiming to complete at least one each week or when we have time and when we finish we will take a instax picture showing evidence we complete it like a challenge/task for both of us... Hong Kong, I have spent over 6 months with you.

I feel that my relationship with Hong Kong is really growing on me and i'm loving each moment of it, even though i have my down times but each time i am i know that i have chosen this path.. i knew it wasn't going to be easy but hey i'm up for challenges. Christmas is only around the corner and i can't wait to spend my first Christmas in Hong Kong, something i am longing to do.

Hey boys and girls !

How long has it been since I have visited here....

Well I come back with good news, I have passed my probation and I am a full time worker now in Hong Kong teaching students. I am actually very happy and lucky for my job I have right now and enjoy it very much even though it does get a little repetitive and tiring, as a lot of energy is used...

However the children really keep me motivated there smile is just a touch to the heart, they inspire you a lot and it makes me miss my child hood memories. It is true when you are older you wish to be young,, and when you young you wish to be older. Life curiosity makes everything more exiting.

Recently what I have been doing beside working, I have been too many events and social activities meeting new friends and expanding social networks. I realised that here social networks is quite important well i guess any place is.

Simplicity... doesn't everyone want it...

Arriving in Hong Kong has actually changed my views on many things. My life has become more simple and I enjoy everyday and most important i actually enjoy my job working with children. Although it rather annoying having nursery songs stuck in your head 24 hours a day, but each day is enjoyable and places a smile on my face. I consider myself quite lucky to find a job in a short period of time and keeping myself busy. Working with children makes me miss my childhood times, the carefree just smiling over little things and getting praised for doing the most silliness thing...

I know i have been updating less and less, super busy with working, waking up early and sleeping early..which is more ideal too me i haven't done that for at least 6 years now...

There are restriction to my job but i guess it benefits me...

As i enjoy the people i am with... and also too me this means
No gossiping, No bitchiness, No Fighting, No more drinking till dawn...

Readers..!

I have finally have time too update,I am currently located at Hong Kong. I have decided to move to Hong Kong and try and survive here. Well since I'm updating here I have survived so far.... hehe*

Moving from UK to Hong Kong in such a short period of time it got my nerves going in a twist,

would I be able to survive in HK since i only come here only to play and shop. However luckily for me, my friends has pushed me and motivated to find jobs as soon as possible as I felt left out of the circle. Luckily one company have offered me a job and I looking forward to it, as currently I feel like a useless person just staying at home catching up on drama and going out ==!

However i will continue to Blog or Youtube when i have time, i think i will start with doing monthly Favourites on what products I like, any suggestions from you guys?...

Is this a good or a bad thing?

It great for those that have low self esteem to have some ego, but it annoying for those that think to highly of themselves. Well im sure you know that already.....

Do you think that it is possible that if someone says they don't like you, but secretly do because of there ego is too high that they can't just go down to a standard to say they do.... The past few weeks i have constant thoughts in my mind that if someone still likes another but can't let go of themselves or people around them and their thoughts doesn't this in fact hurt them selves, the thought of not allowing them to give themselves a chance.

Sometime in life you should swallow your pride to allow yourself a chance. A chance maybe to be happier and shouldn't really care of the existing thoughts from other people. As long as your happy with your decision and let that part of yourself go i am sure you find happiness.

HAPPY 2012 , EVERYONE.

So I apologise for neglecting blogging, i haven't really had the time to update or rather in the mood to update. The past month i was in Malaysia. Which was one of an experience as this was my second visit of last year. This time was to see someone special, eat the food and celebrate the new year there.

What Happened during end of 2011.

During the Christmas seasons i spent my time in Malaysia, beside seeing my special person i had to eat the cuisine there. As i mention in my previous blog the food is super nice and quite addictive, maybe consist too much MSG but beside the point it nice and made me gain weight=0=' . Whilst staying in the capital of malaysia KL, i visited Penang which was a good experience as it was my first time on Jet Ski's. The fun of that was breath taking it was just FUN.

I celebrated my first christmas in a foreign country, which wasn't Malaysia but taken a trip to Thailand -Hai Yai. My experiences there wasn't much of a different from Malaysia but i did enjoy my first Thai Massage and food massage. Also got hooked on drinking to Coconut juice as it is their produce, Which was fricking delicious only to know that it is fattening =0=!. Also spending the countdown in a tuk-tuk *(transport like a van in thailand) with blasting music.

New year was rather amazing, to spend that time with my special boy. Standing side by side watching fireworks and seeing people set of lanterns. It was a nice view and different from celebrating from inside clubs. Anyway enough typing i think some pictures are indeed needed (:

OH and it actually been one year since i have opened this blog, honestly the new year resolution that i have made last year i have kept some. Which amazes me but the rest i am still working on, sometime i do feel pointless of making them but one of them is smile more be happy about life.

Malaysia is a place to find one of the finest cuisines as i mention previously, it honestly like heaven for those food lovers as food is ridiculously cheap and tasty. Although i may add majority of the food here does have the added MSG. even so i love it, although it not doing so good for my weight as my boyfie mum has mentioned i have gained weight =0=! admire the honesty though..

Since i've been here i have been taken to various of places to eat different types of food. honestly it shocks me i have been to the awkward location to eat food. The food here is honestly awkward in a sense as the food may not be presented to your expectation nor the place you would find yourself eating the type of food. honestly amazes each time when you find tasty food in the most random places.

Although since been here i couldn't resist to make the traditional bangers and mash for my boyfie and i, even he had no clue what it was when he heard what i said... which is quite true it sounds quite wrong (: but the simplicity sometime is the best. Anyway (: enough typing and here are the pictures of food that i have eaten, not all but majority.// hehe!

Sorry for lack of updates or replies to comments, I will keep on top of my posts soon.

Oh i thought to RANT about this. I don't know if it only just me but i find it awkward that it is Christmas season now, and i am in a HOT country and seeing Christmas decoration saying 'let it snow' which it won't snow in malaysia anyway? Which makes me miss the snow in England, and my knits as i mention again (=0=) and snuggling in duvet. hmmmm. That it (:

Since being on this trip i've thought to start a favourites each month. As i have used these products nearly every day and i been loving these products. suitable for hot weathers and just does wonder for my skin.

Hada Labo Shiroyun Arbutin Milk

Loving this product, it makes my skin feel so smooth and reduces freckles and dark spots. Which is excellent as daaammn mosquito's bit my face ;(. The marks that it left has faded away when using this product

It contains vitamin C which is excellent for weather in Malaysia, as it will repair my dry and dull skin caused by sun exposure, containing hyaluronic acid which hydrates my skin very well.

Biore cleansing oil

since i left my Shu Uemura cleansing oil in Hong Kong. I was going to purchase another one but i thought to try out new products. so i decided too pick this up at local Watson in Malaysia.

This is a cheap effective way to remove all traces of my makeup including waterproof mascara. It also hydrates and soothes my skin containing various botanical extracts. It isn't as good as Shu Uemura as the smell is quite disturbing. Although since im in Malaysia i may try other products as well.

Mopiko

This is a life saviour; im sure many people that go to asia country may know this product as it is the instant cure from itching from the nasty blood sucking flies.

New best friend that i have to apply on my spots each nights which reduces itchiness which does wonder i guess.

Don't we all wish mosquito sucks fat instead of blood, ahh it be good!

Nail products

Mavala scientifique nail harder

a great products to mend splitting nails, flaking or soft nails become healthy and strong. Which i love and apply on before applying nail varnish and top coat.

Loving the matte finish these days, it transform my nails matte almost instantly

Laura Mercier Translucent powder

Love this product a lot, sets my make-up and does wonder and wouldn't budge. A little of this product goes quite along way.

It is a nice matte finish as sometime in the hot weather it makes your face dewy with the sweat anyway. (==)!

Oatmeal cleanser

This is actually so good, me and my boyfriend started using this. I heard good reviews about this as it is cheap and effective leaves my skin very soft. However the only down side for this it is messy which i really don't mind as i find it fun to use (:

The last product that i use is the shu-uemura facial mist product which i love as an instant pick me up. now i am on the search for more products that i may enjoy and love.

Daiso Charcoal mask & OFOTD #1

Product Information.

Daiso Charcoal mask, it contains three main ingredients init. Obviously charcoal, water and fragrance. The charcoal in this is Activated charcoal which has high adsorptive powers which enable to draw out the impurities from the skin.

How to use

- Cleanse Face as usual and pat dry

- Apply layer of the product on to face

- Ensure that it doesn't get near your eyebrows/lips/eyes

- Wait for mask to dry (it should feel tight and no stickness)

- Peel off and you see the results

- Cleanse face with cold water to close pores

- Apply Moisturiser as usual

- Use once a week for best results.

My Impression

It my turn to apply this masks, that looks like i just came out from a explosion.. haha! 'sexy and i know it'

Honestly this was easier to apply on compared to the Activa mask. It easy to place onto to the skin, However removing this mask i was screaming like a B'tch. ! i either left it on too long or it just hurt whilst peeling this off. Compared to what Alvin said to me previously when appealing of the Activa Mask it didn't hurt at all. it stripped off my fines hair and left my face super super soft,so no pain no gain =,=".

Pros

- Super Cheap 5RM,

- Fun to play around

- Leaving skin super smooth

- Like seeing the gunk that comes out of face XD

Cons

- Hurts =0= whilst peeling

- Doesn't remove blackheads that well.

Don't think i've done this before, so thought to show you guys what i wear in hot weather. To me it seems limited of clothes that you can't really go without which are shorts =0=!.I really should be using my camera to take pictures but forget half of the time...so hot weather this is what i wear something simple. ! (: although i miss layering wearing my knits! T-T!

The Reunion

Jet lagged; 24 Hours of travelling finally reaching my destination LCCT. Oh i was happy to get off that 14 hour plane and get my arms around my boyfie. I was super excited and couldn't wait and my boyfie so sweet greeted me with one of my all time fav drinks - starbucks green tea ice latte. Honestly when arriving in Malaysia from UK, my mind wasn't set that i am here. Reality didn't kick in till few days after.

Malaysia is known for their cuisine a food galore, me and my bofie decided to make a food list and one of them being madam chiam's chilli pan me with egg, which is super scrumptious orgasmic yummy and i wish to eat it every day. I forgotten to take my camera out with me ==' so using my phone to take pictures was pretty a bum. ●︿●

Right Image; The pork was scrumptious however everything else in that picture was a bit below , as im used to gravy that is thickened, i thought that was watered down and it was tasteless.

Boyfie Time.

I actually should introduce him his name is Alvin, Anyway since Hong Kong Alvin wanted to purchase this hairspray he been after for a while and so we was set out to find a sasa and apparently there was one located in KLCC however to our disappointment there wasn't =0=. So instead we ended up in watsons, and he was asking me what Masks suites his skin type. Oh i felt like a beauty therapist or some sort that day.

Before introducing this mask that we bought, my boyfriend skin type is combination and oily skin. So in the end we ended up purchasing this product which i have no clue about but he willing to be my guinea pig hehe..!Quite funny enough my Alvin was asking me is there any product that is used like a 'pore strip' that can be applied to the face. I didn't get his idea then i realised he was on about peeling masks.

My impressions

I applied this mask on for my boyfriend using my fingers, it looked like tar and was really gluppy applying all areas especially the tzone. The product dried up fairly quickly when applying and ensure that a right amount was applied on to the face. When applying this to face i actually couldn't wait till you peel it off.

After waiting 20 minute the product was fairly dry and when peeling off you can see afterwards there is impurities that have came out whilst peeling. which was pretty disgusting but interesting how much gunk he got in his face.

Brightening Mask

My impression

It reminds me of a my beauty mask, and there was a lot of formula in one packet. There was even a part for your eye which I kind of like as sometime brightening mask that doesn't brighten your eye area that will be left dark. Imagine how silly that would look.

After applying this mask for 20 minute, i helped him pat and massage the remaining formula in. Afterwards you can see a nice glow to his skin and appeared more soft.

Price ; less than 10rm.

Overall combining the two products together is a nice combination, it quite convenient as you won't need to be going to the sink back and forth to wash your hands. However i must say the black peel mask is quite hard to apply and be must be careful if it gets any where =0=. Overall my boyfriend seemed impressed with the products. I wouldn't know if it has targeted his oily skin but over the few days i see a change to his skin which is always a good thing (:

Flying the distance.

For Love,

Love is a very powerful concept of life, Today i am flying to see my other half i am super excited. This maybe one of the most rash thing yet happiest things i have done in my life. Flying over 6000 miles to see him, well distance isn't the problem as this doesn't cancel the love i have for him. Long Distance relationship no doubt a hard relationship to keep solid and stable.

However the love in this is more than words can describe. Just in a few hours time i be boarding on that flight, in 14 hours time i will be seeing my mans face and in his arms. The thought excites me alone, as this is like a new chapter of my life.

Winter has arrived and your face may become dry and stripped from moisture. The kiehl's products that i have tried is very suitable for this weather condition. As these products moisture and hydrate the skin very well in this Kiehl's Range.

''oh BTW all the products that i am reviewing are suitable for all skin types. Even for those that have sensitive skin and dry skin like myself -0-!''

The steps of how i use these products;

1. Ultra Facial Cleanser

Product Information;

- Mild Formula to throughly cleanse skin and remove makeup, without over dying or stripping skin of its natural oils.

- Dissolves exccess oil, dirt and debris.

- PH-Balanced to maintain skin natural balance

My Impression;

This product a little goes along way, it foams up very nicely and cleanses my excess makeup that maybe left on my skin from removing. This product does as it says doesn't dry my skin at all. Rinses off easily and doesn't leave any nasty residue. How use these product is use a the pink scrub and massage it in my face. The reason why i use this as it can clean my pores and get into the areas where make up made me left. Using that around my face i will then remove the product by using a cloth. I highly recommend this product for all skin types. As this product can last you literally near to a year.

2.Ultra Facial Toner

My impression;

This product to me seems similar to the japanese ones that i use, it helps to clean off any more excess residue that may be left behind on my skin. Using this is just applying it to cotton pad and use on face. It is a gentle and doesn't tighten my skin after using this product which is always a plus. Leaving skin feeling really refreshed, however i don't think i will repurchase this again.

3.Ultra Facial Micro Serum

My impression;

It applies to my face very smoothly, it says to massage into my face however my opinion how i use this is to pat into my skin. As i feel it lock in more moisture, this product is very soothing as it is enriched with i Imperata Cylindrica Plant Extract which the roots does contain high concentration of potassium which provides immediate and lasting hydrating. leaving my skin very supple.

My Impression;

This i feel is an excellent product for winter, it moisture my skin very well. I apply it to my face and neck and it absorbs in very quickly. It is an excellent in hydrating my skin, it suitable for my dry and sensitive skin. The texture of this product is light and applies on smoothly which means it won't clump and feel you have layer of products on your skin. Another great thing about this product a little goes along way, as a tub can last nearly up to a year -0-'

My impression

This is unique product, it leaves my skin incredibly soft in the morning after applying the previous night. This product is like a scrub however it is less harsh and suitable for sensitive skin. It actually feel in some sort way it renews & rejuvenate your skin leaving it supple and soft. Another plus is if you have any scars from spots etc, it seems to get rid of it or cools the area down very well.

Verdict:

Kiehl's products are quite expensive in my opinion, however you may ask 'is it worth it' honestly i feel it totally worth it. As each product in this line a little really goes a long way. You would only need a pea size amount and it will cover your full face & neck. The only product that wouldn't be purchased again is the toner as i feel it doesn't really do much. However everything else i really do enjoy using it and hydrates my skin very well for these winter condition.

After doing this review, i think i should of just done a Video -0-' it would be must easier how i use these product but never mind, ^^ when i pluck up the courage to do so... i will haha..

Hair Mask.

Healthy hair i feel is quite important and essential. As everything can age but hair wouldn't in such if you keep it healthy. Keeping hair from brittle and soft is always been important to me as previous year i have dyed my hair quite a lot and it has done damage to my hair. To fix this i have tried a range of hair products. The most beneficial i feel to keep my hair soft and manageable is using these hair masks.

How I Use?

Using this product 2/3 times a week

pending on my hair and if im lazy -0-

- Use after shampoo

- Apply to 15cm towards end of my hair

- wait for 5 minutes or longer if like

- rinse with warm water

- rinse with cold water

Alternative

- Apply to ends of your hair

- Wrap your hair in cling film

- wait for 1/2 hair

- rinse well

My Impression

After using this product my hair is soft and has a nice glossy shine and silky hair. Using this product the is very easy a small amount goes a long way. I love this product and i suggest anyone that has dry hair it will do wonders to your hair. This product can be purchased at sasa/bonjour/yesstyle

This nourish my hair and does wonder, it is comparable with the pink tub.My hair also becomes soft and silky after the first use and i totally in love with this hair mask. The butter formula is soft and covers my hair very well. This product can purchase on sasa/yesstyle/bonjour

Aussie - Limited Edition - Deep Treatment

This is a 3 minute miracle, this contain australian natives used jojoba seed-oil to heal skin.

My Impression

This is an alternative to using Essential butter Shea mask, as it is inconvenient sometime to purchase essential products on the internet. This product is comparable to essential Shea mask. Although the formula isn't the same it does leave you hair an luscious feeling. Also leaving you hair smelling gorgeous. This product can be purchased at boots/superdrug or any supermarkets.

Umberto Giannini - Indulgent beauty moisture mask

Product Information

A deep treatment conditioner for dry damaged hair that indulges the senses. suitability for dry damaged and processed hair. It claims to leave your hair replenished and staying away form dry damaged hair whilst the luxurious feel and soothing scent pamper the sense.

My impression

I got this in boots and i did like it when using it although i noticed after using this i felt my hair wasn't as soft as i wanted it. I didn't really like the formula, and didn't does as it claims. it some sort made my hair fall out, and not so keen on the smell. This product can be purchased at superdrug/boots

Generally i am impressed with the products that i purchased, however i found that majority hair mask is dipping your hands into to select the amount you need for your hair. I normally dislike putting my fingers into jars, however for these i feel the packaging for any of the product is ideal. Furthermore i feel that since it winter these hair masks are great to keep your hair replenished and silky. As the weather condition can dry your hair and damage it.

A Get Away.

MALAYSIA

Belated Post

This was my first Asia Country that i have visit other than Hong Kong, As flying from Hong Kong i keep hearing people say it is cheap to fly to other asia country such as Taiwan, Thailand etc, So this summer i decided to have a get away from Hong Kong to Malaysia this summer.The place that i went to was Kuala Lumpur the Capital of Malaysia.

My expectation of Malaysia was quite different to what i expected. There culture there was quite different to what i may be used to, on top of that the activities that i have each day was very different.This visit i stayed at my friend place, she was my host and this gave me a really good insight of how Malaysian Chinese live.

This visit has really opened my eyes, as they have different lifestyle from being vibrant going out each night or going to having drinks with friends and a nice catch up every other night at coffee shops. The life style was quite relaxing compared to Hong Kong, as it was a slower pace which i enjoyed after being in a month in Hong Kong.

The shopping over there is great, the beauty products over there i found it cheaper than Hong Kong. Also i found that everyone there is quite on trend with style. There club life style is fun and it is enjoyable only acception of this is smoking in clubs which i didn't like. As i was scared of getting burnt when dancing. The plus of this trip i got to scuba diving and swim with fishes it was amazing experience and i enjoyed it all.

The places that i have visit in Malaysia include;

The best thing i enjoyed about this trip was the food. There is so much different cuisine and types of food it amazes me. Honestly i was eating like a maniac, ''gaining weight'' urghhh but honestly it was totally worth it. I'm a food lover and i love trying different types of food. It kind of shocked me how much rice i have eaten, as mem i prefer noodles over rice. I must of eaten more bowls of rice on this trip than i do in a year. It like i became some sort of ''rice bucket''.

Malaysia is a great place to visit very ideal for food lovers or maybe for those that like to visit a developing country. If people decide to visit here i would suggest you to eat your heart out and join a gym when you get back. This was only a limited places that i have visit on this trip, i would love to visit other places in this country. Overall i really enjoyed my experience in Malaysia, this is a place i will definite re-visit soon.
