I don't know if the intent was to recycle or obtain the cash that "so easily" is obtained by rounding up these empty bottles!<br /><br />I must say it is actually kind of fun and therapeutic ( I need a life!) to one-by-one put the bottles in the automatic chute! Then after you are done, one push of a button instantly provides you with a tally of your efforts and a dollar total that you can instantly claim at Ralphs!<br /><br />The computer at work again ... Today's Way!! Technology has made it easy to help our planet by recycling and to receive some extra cash! I just love it! It's makes my cup of coffee so much more enjoyable to know it is already paid for. It makes it easy to go into Starbuck's!! Plus ... if you register your card .. Starbuck's sends you all sorts of freebies. Most recently it was $5.00 to use any way you wanted at any Starbucks. Yes ...
