Do you want to know something? do you want to find out about reality and how things really work? Maybe this post will serve ya, but don't lose motivation, because if this post was made for a reason, the reason is provide to my readers good energy about motivation and persistance.

Most beginners don't make money online because they try to make money blogging about making money or website building, or any other type of internet business opportunity. Hey don't worry it happened to me, when I got started with blogging I tried to make money blogging about blogging, and truth is that most of the time the making money online niche doesn't work. My real break came from other niches and totally different topics to the make money online subject.

When I first got started I got sucked in money making scams that didn't work, I tried to make money taking surveys, I tried to make money completing offers, and all the other things that are heavily promoted that you can do to make money for free, like completing offers and stuff like that.

Obviously when I got interested in making money on the web my real purpose was to make real money, big amounts of cash, not some extra pocket money, my goal was to make a full time income or even better.

I quickly learned that some things were not as easy as they seemed, and that most promises to make money fast were fake. I don't live in the states that's why I hated for a while websites like cashcrate and treasure trooper, project payday I was never able to try out because I lived beyond the borders of north america. But about a year ago I had the opportunity to visite the states, and I gave this GPT websites another try, you know the most known get paid to websites of them all, project payday, cashcrate and treasure trooper.

I have to be honest about this, they made me money, unfortunately there aren't as many opportunities for foreign countries as there are for north america, I mean project payday won't even accept you if you don't live in the states, but I did make some decent money with cashcrate and treasuretrooper, in fact the trooper's have kept on making me money. Now everyone wants to make money blogging, everyone believes to have the ability to make it online, the truth is that they are right. Most people could easily make some extra money creating blogs, some people could even create a full time income or even become rich by just doing things the right way.

Beginners make a big mistake when they are starting out, most of them believe that only quality content will get them to the top, they think that creating backlinks is not as important, and since most so called guru's keep saying that only quality and unique content will get you to the top most beginners waste countless hours trying to come with that type of information. Then they finally create a worthy article and nothing happens, no traffic, no money.

Some people say that you should not create backlinks, some people say that backlinks should be created naturally thanks to the high quality content of your site, but if you don't create backlinks for yourself that content will never be found by other people so they will never link back to you, because that content will never rank, so it will not be seen.

To make money online with a blog you don't need to create thousands of articles that are high quality and unique, what you have to do is find keywords that you can easily rank for, then you have to create enough relevant content, and then you have to build as much backlinks as you can pointing towards your content. High quality backlinks usually work better than high quality content.

How to Make a Blog for Free to Make Money Online

If you want to make money with a blog without spending a dime, you have to go to blogspot and create an account, it will only take a few seconds and then you will be able to create as many blogs as you want.

Then you just have to click on the icon that says create a blog, then you will have to give your blog a title and a URL. The URL will look something like this "http://sitename.blogspot.com/". To make money online with the free blog that you are about to make you have to do some keyword research.

Keyword research is probably the most important part of SEO, if you have seen or read the SEO free classes that I have posted in this blog then you already have an idea of what you have to do with those keywords. But before you place keywords in the URL, title and content, you first have to find which keywords are you going to target.

If you want to make money online for free with a blog then you have to learn how to SEO because if you don't you won't rank, and the other alternatives to get traffic to your blogs cost money. SEO on the other hand is free and it can be done, it might take a while but it is worth it. If the keyword does not have a lot of competition then you can get a top ranking real fast, which means that you will be making money fast.

To find keywords that have a lot of traffic and low competition you should use the "adwords keyword tool" search in google and you will find it, the adwords tool is a free tool provided by google as well, with this tool you will find how many searches are made each month globally and locally on a keyword, and you will also find out the average CPC (cost per click) of each keyword. With that information you can estimate how much money can you make per adsense click with each keyword that you decide to target, or if you plan to make an investment on an adwords campaign you can estimate how much that campaign is going to cost you. I will show you how to estimate how much money you can make on adsense each month by applying a little formula that uses the data I just told you about. Right now lets just focus on search volume.

So, to make money online with a blog you have to create little niche blogspot blogs that dominate the search engines, then you get traffic, and then you make money, as simple as that. You have to find keywords that have a lot of traffic and little to non competition if you want to make money fast, I will show you how to find out if a keyword has competition or not, for now just try out things to see what works, if you start getting traffic fast you might have a winner. After you find those keywords, you go and create blogs, it's better if only the keyword is in the URL, so if your URL look like "yourkeyword.blogspot.com" or "your-keyword.blogspot.com" perfect, if you cant get that URL then make it look like this "yourkeywordsomewordthatmakessense.blogspot.com" or "somewordthatmakessenseyourkeyword.blogspot.com", if you cant find one like that either then just place a keyword that does not make sense and your keyword. Place your keyword in the title as well, sprinkle the keyword and related keywords along the content as well. I'm not going to describe on page and off page SEO again because there are lot of articles describing this process on this blog, just check out the Free SEO lessons and you will know what to do once you find the keywords that you want to rank for.

That's all you have to do to make a blog for free to make money online, create as many keyword niche blogs as you can, create a lot of back links pointing towards the content in your niche blogs, get traffic, and make money through pay per clicks by placing adsense ads, or banners, ads or textual links promoting affiliate products and services from any of the great affiliate programs out there, programs that have products or services that relate to your niche or topic, i.e. your keyword. If you do this right I guarantee you that you will make money real fast, and you won't waste a lot of time trying to do things the wrong way.

I've seen people get to the front page of many many different keywords using only this software, for keywords as competed as "Make Money" and "Make Money Online".

Now I don't want to brag about ranking for this keywords as if it was the shizznit, but they do bring me free organic traffic and this blog is less than 2 months old. If I had my adsense ads up I would be making a few dollars by now with this blog.

Fast results are better, because you don't lose your motivation, this is what happens most of the with beginners, they start their first blog or website, they don't get results and they quit. Search Engine Optimization - Free SEO Lesson 4

I don't know about you, but I get extremely excited when I see my new websites at the top of Google for the very first time. Making big changes in ranking is primarily done by what is called offpage optimization.

Earlier I mentioned there were two types of search engine optimization.

Onpage Optimization

We've gone over the onpage optimization, so let's move on to the offpage optimization which is what really makes a difference in your site's ranking.

Which websites link to you
The number of websites linking to you

The number of outbound links on the website that is linking to you
The total number of links on the website that is linking to you
Whether or not the websites linking to you are deemed by Google as an authority website.
Plus some other things that we'll get to later...
In order to optimize our original website for the keyword "weight loss stories", we need to analyze the linking strategy of the top 10 ranked websites for our keyword.

Copy The Top Ranked Websites To Get A #1 Position

The goal here will be to copy exactly what they're doing, and then do things slightly better. We want to give Google exactly what they want, by making our linking strategy as close to the top ranked websites as possible, but as I said, slightly better to edge them out. The keyword we'll use in this example will be a highly popular term. We'll use "diet pills" so I can show you just how powerful offpage optimization is, and what kind of rankings it can get you, if you do it correctly.

First, we need to open up a spreadsheet using Microsoft Excel. You should create the following columns

Linking Website
Anchor Text used
Page Rank
Link Popularity
Page Title
Number of Outbound Links

Next, we need to visit Google and enter the keyword "diet pills". We'll then visit the top 10 websites for this keyword and collect the information above. You should create 1 spreadsheet for each of the top 10 websites.

Linking Website is the specific website linking to www.weight-loss-institute.com/diet_pills.htm, which is the #1 ranked website in Google for the term "diet pills". In order to find all of the websites that link to www.weight-loss-institute.com/diet_pills.htm you can do a couple of things. The most common way is to go to Google and enter this search command: link:www.weight-loss-institute.com/diet_pills.htm.

Once you do this Google will return a large list of websites that link to www.weight-loss-institute.com/diet_pills.htm.

Over the past several months, Google has cut down on the number of backlinks that it will show you, so you may be better off going to Yahoo and entering link:http://www.weight-loss-institute.com/diet_pills.htm to get a larger list of websites that link to them. Note that for Yahoo you must include "http://".

Anchor Text is the actual text used within the link linking to the specified website. For example, the anchor text in the following link would be "diet pills".

Page Rank is the actual Google Page Rank of the webpage linking to www.weight-loss-institute.com/diet_pills.htm. In order to see the Google Page Rank, you'll need to download and install the Google Toolbar for free from:
http://toolbar.google.com

Link Popularity is just the number of links that are pointing to each of the webpages pointing to practicalweightloss.com. You can find their Google link popularity by entering this search command into Google: link:www.thewebsite.com then counting the total number of results that are shown OR you could go to a website like www.linkpopularity.com to find each link partners link popularity much quicker.

Page Title is the title of the page that is linking to www.weight-loss-institute.com/diet_pills.htm. Does it contain the keyword "weight loss stories", "weight loss" or "weight"? If so, you should note which links pages those are. You'll want to approach those websites and try to get them to link to your website.

Getting links from webpages that contain your main keyword in the page title is extremely powerful and is something many people often overlook.

Number of Outbound Links is the number of links located on the webpage linking to www.weight-loss-institute.com/diet_pills.htm. The less links located on the page, the more a link from them would increase your ranking.

Once we've collected all of the information, we now can see www.weight-loss-institute.com/diet_pills.htm's linking strategy.

We'll need to calculate the percentage of websites that contain the keywords "diet pills", "diet", or "pills" in the page title.

We'll need to calculate the percentage of websites that contain the keywords "diet pills", "diet", or "pills" in the actual anchor text linking to www.weight-loss-institute.com/diet_pills.htm.

We'll then need to mirror these numbers, as close as we can, for our linking strategy. This may take awhile to do, but once you've done this...

You'll Have The Exact Blueprint You Can Give Google
For A #1 Ranking!

Once the blueprint for our linking strategy is complete, we need to contact each of these websites individually and ask them if they will add our link to their website in exchange for us adding their link to ours.

The more personalized you can make the email, the better. It is always best to include a blurb stating that you liked "X" about their website and was very impressed with "Z" etc...

Now, if all of that seemed like it would take many days to do, you're right... it would. It works, but it does take A LOT of time.

Next lesson will be about how you can do all of these things very easily, very fast. The Secret To Getting Listed In Google In Under 48 Hours!

You may or may not have heard people claim they can get listed in Google in only 1-2 days. It seems that nearly 100% of the people you run across in forums and blogs act like in order to get indexed by Google within 48 hours is some miracle feat that can only be accomplished by doing some "top secret" marketing tactic or advanced optimization strategy.

Well, the truth of the matter is...

Getting listed in Google in under 2 days is quite simple!

First let's talk about what NOT to do. This drives me absolutely nuts when I see people doing this, and is actually what I did at one time as well. After you read this lesson, DO NOT waste your time doing this. I repeat... DO NOT waste your time doing what I'm about to tell you.

This is Google's actual website submission form. They state that you can use this form to submit your website to their index of websites and it can take up to 6 weeks for your website to be placed into their index.

I don't know about you, but 6 weeks is a very long time to just wait to be placed in their index rotation, let alone get a top ranking!

Never Use The Google Submission Form!

You should never use this form, or any other of the top search engine's submission forms. These search engines include Yahoo, MSN, Altavista, Alltheweb.

How do you get your website indexed within 48 hours?

There are many methods, but for someone that has a new website and doesn't have tens of older websites already indexed by Google, there are 2 main ways I would suggest to get indexed into Google quickly. Note, when I say "Google", I'm basically referring to Google, Yahoo, and MSN.

Method #1

First thing's first, before I can teach you how to get indexed quickly, you need to know how search engines find websites. It's very simple.

The way that search engines find new websites is they will visit 1 website that is already in their index, then from that site, they'll follow all of the links on that website, to visit the next site. Then they'll visit that website and visit all of the links on that page and so on... This is called "crawling". Search engines will "Crawl" your website to find new information and place it into their index of search results.

In the example below, if Google were to visit this webpage, it would then "crawl" all links on this site, to find other websites like:

http://www.weightlossarticles.com
http://www.dietlinks.com
http://www.weight-by-date.com

Ok, so let's think about this for a minute... Let's say that you have a new website (www.MyCoolWebsite.com) and you just created it. It's not indexed by any of the search engines. Meaning, the search engines don't know this website exists yet.

So, how would the search engines find out about this site? Easy... They need to find your site by following links on websites that are already in their index. Make sense?

Alright... now, once we know this, all we need to do is find websites that are already indexed by the search engines and get them to link to us. That's all fine and dandy, but it can be a little tricky getting others to link to your site, if they have no incentive to do so...

No problem, that's why we'll use this method I'm about to teach you, to get TONS of websites to link to your site quickly.

All you'll need to do is write 1 article based on the topic of your website. Because our website is called www.MyCoolWebsite.com, we'll write an article called, "10 steps to becoming the coolest guy on the block". At the bottom of our article, we'll include a link to our website (http://www.MyCoolWebsite.com)

Once we've done this, we'll visit many of the popular article directories on the web, and we'll simply submit our article to those directories. Once they've added our article AND link to their site, the search engines will visit their website, and then follow all the links on their site. 1 of those links will be a link to our site, and BAM! We're indexed by the search engines.

The more article directories that we submit to, the more links we'll get back to our website, and the more times that search engines will visit our site. The more links you get, the quicker you'll get indexed.

Sounds simple, right? Well, it is!

That's really all there is to getting indexed by Google within 48 hours. Ok, now let's move on to another method of getting indexed by Google quickly.

Method #2

Let's go back to our weight loss website from the previous lesson for now. First...

Go to Google and enter the broadest keyword you can think of that's related to your website. In our example, it will be "weight loss". Once you've done this, you'll see a list of Google results.

Browse through each website and pay particluar attention to the Google Page Rank of the website.

As I said in lesson 1, Google Page Rank is measured by the number of websites and the "importance" of those websites that link to your website. In general, the more websites that link to your website, the higher your Page Rank will be.

As you're looking at these top ranked websites for the search term "weight loss", you should try to find websites with a Page Rank of 6 or higher.

Once you've found several websites like this, you should search their website for their contact information.

Once you find their contact information you should send them an email asking if they will link to your website in return for you linking back to their website. If you do this correctly and professionally, they will respond and will place a link on their website to yours.

Obviously, in order to persuade someone to add your link to their website, you must give them a good reason to do this. So, always contact sites that are highly related to yours AND always think of a way that you can offer them something their visitors would benefit from if they add your link.

If you can manage to get 1 PR6 website to link to your website, you should be indexed by Google in under 3 days. If you can get 1 PR7 website to link to you, then, in most cases, you will be in Google's index in under 24 hours!

I had to modify a few things on the Free SEO mini course, I hope Google and my readers won't mind, I know that google does not like when you delete posts, but I had my reasons, the truth is that I made some mistakes and I accidentally published the first lesson with the wrong URL, so I deleted the first lesson and re-posted it with some changes and updates. The lessons are still here, they are complete and they are a great source of information for people that want to learn how to rank in Google for free. The only thing is that the order is a little bit messed up, the second lesson for search engine domination appears posted first.

Tomorrow I will post the third lesson for search engine domination, this is the most complete free SEO course that you will ever find on the web. If you really want to learn how to make money online then you want to read everything I post on this blog, especially the search engine optimization lessons, because through SEO you will rank, you will get free organic traffic and you will be able to properly monetize your blog, and believe me there is nothing as cool as making good money from your own blog.

I wanted to say a couple of things, in the last blog post I made about dominating the serps with blogspot and SEO, I mentioned that blogspot blogs are great to rank, for many reasons. Reasons such as a huge amount of backlinks pointing to the homepage blogger.com, and I also mentioned that blogspot blogs have thousands of backlinks as well from the most important directories which are Dmoz directory and Yahoo directory. If you start a new blog at blogger.com it does not mean that your blog is going to be listed at these sites, but the homepage does receive a huge amount of link juice from them, so, your blog as an inner page from the blogger.com site will receive some of that link love as well, and that is why it is so easy to get great rankings for very competitive keywords with free blogger blogs.

I hope that by now you already understand why blogspot has the biggest amount of blogs dominating the serps for the most competitive keywords in the planet. Many people say they don't, many people want to have flashy web sites or blogs hosted by themselves. Most A list bloggers will also tell you that these blogs won't work well if you want to make money. If these so called gurus and A list bloggers have success spreading that message and convincing people about this, especially if they prevent beginners from using blogspot blogs, then I will be glad because they will be helping me and the other blogspot users have more opportunities to make more blogs in more niches, blogs that will allow us dominate more keywords, and the best part is that we won't have to invest a dime. We will just make more free money, lots of it.

Free Lessons For Search Engine Domination - SEO Lesson 1

Today we begin a complete SEO mini course, instead of explaining what search engine optimization is I prefer to show you how it's done using free lessons provided by SEO Elite, It will be a lot easier for you to understand if we use clear live examples of what we need to do to get to the top position of Google, Yahoo, and Msn. Before we go on I want you to keep in mind that everything that I will show you in this mini SEO course you can do it for free, although it can be done for free I prefer to use advanced software’s that allow me to work faster and better. I have spent thousands of dollars trying out software’s, most of the time they are crap, but every now and then I get lucky. In the world of internet marketing and SEO there are software’s that will only save you time, they are not get rich quick schemes, they are just great tools that you can buy to work faster, the work that would usually take me days, weeks or even months, can be done in a few hours. As I’ve said before these programs are not get rich quick schemes, they are tools that can help you get rich quick if you learn how to use them well. I'm still not rich yet, but I may be on my way.

There are other software’s and tools which you can get for free to help you save some time and make your work more productive, I will show you the free software’s I use as well, there is one problem though, most of the time the free version is a limited version that the owner or maker of the software gives out to get you in their mailing list, so that they can convince you to upgrade to the full version, which obviously has a price. Don't worry you won't have to upgrade if you don't want to, the free version will get the job done as well, it might take a bit longer though.

Ok, now on to lesson 1...

If you're anything like I was when I first began trying to make money online, you have probably created a brand new website or a brand new blog, probably it is a free blog at blogger.com. You may have submitted that new site to a few search engines and hoped that people would mysteriously show up at your site and buy whatever it is you were selling.

Weeks go by and only a few stray people show up at your website, if you're one of the "curious" few that have done some research, you might have even tried to "optimize" your website around your main keyword in hopes that you just might rank well in one of the millions of search engines. Another couple of weeks go by and still no luck. No visitors... and no money. What a complete waste of your valuable time!

At this point you probably give up and decide to either build another website around a different market or just lose all hope and quit. Well, news flash, as you've probably figured out by now, this is NOT the way to go about doing things in this business. These days you can't just create a bunch of websites and expect people to just show up at your website and buy your "stuff".

This was possible back in the late 90s and even early 2000s, but not anymore, as you've probably have found out by now.

Let's go through a VERY specific example of what your very first steps MUST be when creating any website or blog... no matter what the subject matter.

In this course, you'll find that I don't teach theories. I prefer to give specific, real life examples using both descriptions AND screenshots (pictures). I'm a visual person, so I learn best with picture examples.

So, if you are also a visual person, you're going to learn quite a bit in these lessons, so concentrate, focus, and pay close attention.

Let's Get Started

In the example that I’m going to use, we are going to create a weight loss related website. Before we get started creating and collecting content for the website, we need to do a little keyword research. This is VERY important and should not be skipped. To do our keyword research we need to, first, visit a few websites.

The first of which should be Good Keywords, it is a very good keyword tool and it is free, although you could upgrade to the full version which will allow you to get more results, therefore making your work even faster and more productive.

Once we've downloaded this software, we can enter the most generic keyword for our website into the software. In our example, our keyword would be "weight loss".

You'll notice that in the screenshot below, Good Keywords will return a list of related terms. The "words" column will show us the top 100 keywords that have been searched that contain the words "weight loss". The "count" column will show us how many times the specific keyword has been searched for in the previous month within the Google.com search engine, now we use the Google Adwords Keyword tool located at https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal, in the past we would have used data from Overture.com search engine, but that was before the Adwords keyword tool showed us the exact number of searches that a keyword had. Now, you don't have to multiply that number by 8, in order to estimate the number of times that keyword has been searched within Google for the previous month, because now Google will tell you the exact number. We will use information from overture.com in this example though, because SEO ELite's free lessons were made when good keywords still used overture. This is a very important step because we want to know if our topic has a market, and if that market has potential to make money.

You'll notice that the keyword weight loss was searched 817,038 times during the previous month.

DO NOT start off by optimizing for the keyword "weight loss"

Why, you ask? If a keyword is searched that many times in Overture, then 100 times out of 100, the competition you will have to outrank in Google and the other search engines combined will be extremely fierce. Not only is the competition fierce, but think about it... How targeted is the keyword "weight loss"? Not very targeted at all. Someone searching for the keyword "weight loss" could very well be looking for free information on losing weight. They could be searching for the definition of weight loss. It is possible that they're not looking for anything specific about losing weight.

The keyword "weight loss" is not something you should try to rank for yet.

For a brand new website, or one you're just beginning to optimize, it's better to select more specific "long tail" keyword phrases. I'll talk about this a bit later.

Let's take a quick look at Google so I can show you exactly how many websites are competing for this keyword.

If you were to optimize your website for this keyword, you'd be competing against over 66 million other websites! I don't know about you, but that's an awful lofty goal to start with.

By the end of this course, you will be able to eventually target super high traffic, targeted, keywords, such as "weight loss" or even "credit cards" but it's always best to start off on the keywords with less competition. Get some traffic with those keywords, and THEN as your website gets older and you build some authority in the search engines you can focus on optimizing for the larger keywords.

Ok, so back to finding which keywords we want to rank for.

If we scroll down, we can find some more specific keyword phrases like "weight loss story", "weight loss picture", "free weight loss plan", and "safe weight loss".

These are potential keywords we should target to begin with.

Once we have our list of 3 to 4 keywords, we need to go back to Google and check out the competition to see exactly how hard it will be to optimize for the specified keyword.

We'll begin with the keyword "weight loss story"

Go to Google and type in the keyword "weight loss story", you'll notice that the #1 ranked website for "weight loss story" is: (Side note: rankings can change in the search engines, so if this site is no longer ranked #1 when you view this yourself, chances are their competition has optimized their site better, and passed them up.)
http://www.runwalkjog.com/weight_loss_success_story.htm which is not a top level webpage, meaning it's not simply http://www.runwalkjog.com/. It is a sub page off of their main homepage.

This is good news for us because, typically, if a website's subpage is ranking well in Google, we have an immediate advantage if we choose to target the same keyword with our homepage (i.e. www.domain.com). For now, just take my word on this, as I will go into more detail why it's usually easier to rank well for your homepage than any other webpage on your website or blog.

You'll also notice that the website has a Google Page Rank of 5.

Note: Here's a quick definition of Google Page Rank. Page Rank is Google's way of giving a specific value to how popular a website is. It is based on the number of "votes" other websites cast for other websites or blogs. A "vote" is simply when another website places a link on their website that is pointing to your website. Generally, the more "votes" or links you have pointing to your website, the higher your Page Rank (PR) will be. Page Rank is one of the many factors that Google takes into account when ranking websites.

In order to see your own Google Page Rank, as well as others, you must have the Google Toolbar installed on your PC. You can get that for free here: Google Toolbar

Moving on...

Seeing that the #1 ranked website for this keyword only has a Page Rank of 5 is pretty good news for us, because a Page Rank of 5 should be reasonable to obtain.

After you install the Google toolbar you should browse through other websites, you'll notice that most websites have between a 2 and 5 Page Rank. The extremely popular, high traffic websites tend to have Page Rank's of 6 and 7. Only a few will have Page Ranks of 8 and 9... and only a couple of them on the entire web will have a Page Rank of 10. Those websites would be sites like google.com. If a website has a Page Rank of 7 or higher, it would be best to not try to outrank them.

Remember, the ONLY way to increase our website's Page Rank is by getting other websites to link to us. Later, I'll teach you the right way to get hundreds of links pointing to your website in a matter of several days... and I'll go into more detail about Page Rank.

Now we need to view the source code of this website by clicking "view", then "source" within our web browser as shown below:

Note: Source code is simply the code that was used to create the web page. You don't need to know html, which is the programming language used to create most websites, so don't worry. You just need to know a few things to look for when viewing the source code.

This will open up a text file for us to have a look at and see if this website is actually optimizing their "Onpage Optimization factors" for their website.

There are 2 types of optimization which most highly ranked web pages contain, on page and offpage optimization. We'll cover off page optimization in future lessons, but for now, we're going to focus on onpage optimization.

Now we have to look for some things within the source code.

Note: An easy way to check whether or not the website is using any of the tags mentioned below is to simply click the "edit" button within notepad, and then select the "find" option.

Then just enter the specific tag you're looking for. For example) In the first bullet point below, we're looking for the h1 header tag. The specific code for this is < h1 > so just enter < h1 > into the "find textbox" and click search. If the tag is in the source code, notepad will find it and highlight it. If it's not, it will tell you it's not found. Easy!

As we go through the source file from this website, we need to find a few things, which include:

Whether or not they are using < h1 > header tags and are placing the keyword "weight loss story" within those tags. In this case, when we do a search for this tag/text, we find that they are not... AND not only are they not using our main keyword inside of their h1 tags, they aren't even using < h1 > header tags at all. Another great thing for us.

Whether or not they are using their main keyword in the < title > tags of the website. In this case, they are, which is one of the main reasons they're currently ranked highly for "weight loss stories". There title is "Weight Loss story stories" and the html code they used is:

The < title > tag is simply the text that appears at the top of the browser window as shown below:

Whether or not they've bolded, underlined, or italicized the words "weight loss story" anywhere in the body of the webpage. In this case, yes... they have. They've actually bolded the keyword "weight loss stories" 4 different times throughout the webpage.

Bolding is something we can do right away, so now we know that we should also bold some of the keywords throughout our copy. Notice I said they've bolded "weight loss stories" 4 times, rather than "weight loss story" (singular). You should always look for both the plural and singular form of the keyword, as the search engines view them as "almost" the same word.

The html tag for bold is < b >. For italics it is < i >. For underlined it is < u >. Below you'll see that I did a quick search for the < b > tag and found that they're using bold tags that include their keyword, "weight loss stories". It actually says "weight loss success stories", but does include all of the words (weight, loss, and stories) within the bold tags.

Whether or not they are using < alt > image tags and placing the keyword "weight loss stories" within that tag. In this case, that answer is easy because they're not even using any images at all! This is definitely something we can do when optimizing our site. Another thing that we can do to "one-up" this #1 ranked website. It is best to add images that are actually named after our main keyword. For example, we could insert an image and call it weight-loss-stories-graphic1 .jpg and so on.

The final thing we want to note is whether or not they've placed the keyword once towards the very beginning of the web page, and once at the very end of the web page. In this case they have placed it near the beginning and also at the end. Not to worry, we can do this as well.

An alt image tag is because text that is inserted into the html code of an image on the website. It allows blind people to know what images are on the page, because there are programs out there that will read, out loud each alt image tag on a web page.

We should now know how to out optimize the "on page ranking factors" for this #1 ranked website

... that Google deems as important. The reason why we know we can out optimize them is because of the following things we've found out by analyzing their website:

The website is not using the keyword "weight loss stories" in an < h1 > header tag.
The website did not use < alt > image tags containing the keyword "weight loss stories".

The website has a Page Rank of 5, which can be beaten. With a little work, we can achieve a Page Rank of 5 or better. I'll show you the exact steps for this in the coming lessons.

The website is ranked with their subpage (weight_loss_success_story.htm). By optimizing our index page for this keyword, we should be able to naturally get more websites to link to our website, thus getting more quality backlinks than this website..

The main idea behind ranking well on Google is to analyze the top ranked websites and then do those things that they're doing, BUT just a little better to one up them, which should lead to a better ranking.

This is only a small PART of the equation for ranking in high in the search engines. There are still many other things that Google deems as critically important when ranking websites. Those things are mostly the Off Page Ranking factors, which we will talk about later.

We'll continue to go through the same process for the other 2 keywords we've found. It is best to analyze the top 5 ranking websites for each keyword. If the top 5 websites for a specific keyword have a Google Page Rank of 6 or higher, it's probably best to not shoot for that keyword until we build some momentum, and authority, like I mentioned before, by ranking well for the longer keyword phrases that have less competition.

Earlier I mentioned that keyword research was very important in building traffic. There are other very good resources for building keywords or niche keyword phrases that do the job much better than GoodKeywords.com does, one of them is:

http://www.keywordelite.com (This is the keyword analysis tool I use daily, but it does cost some money), keyword elite is like goodkeywords.com on steroids.

Another free tool that has massive power is the Adwords keyword Tool, just type in the google.com search box "Adwords Keyword Tool" and the first result will be what you are looking for. It's free too.

Finally don't forget about Goodkeywords.com which is a good compliment for the adwords keyword tool, and it's free as well.

Dominating the SERPS with Blogspot and SEO Part 2

Before we continue the free SEO mini course that I have set up for my readers, I want to continue explaining you guys why blogger.com is the best blogging platform to dominate the SERPS. I've been reading a lot of crap from some guys that like to talk trash about blogspot blogs, I'm not going to say who they are because I don't want to get enemies on the blogosphere. One of these guys had interesting stuff on his site, he actually had some information that was kind of valuable, and that type of information is really hard to find nowadays, since almost every wanna be blogger is just creating dozens of sites full of worthless crap.

He actually talked about domain age, link age, and stuff like that, I enjoyed his article, but, I did not agree with him in one thing. He said that blogspot blogs must grow old for them to rank and he also said that the incoming links to your blogspot blog had to grow old as well. He tried to be very technical about explaining these things and that's when I thought that he might be full of crap as well.

Check this out guys, this blog was created in December 2009, it's not a month old yet, I think, and i'm already outranking this guy for terms like "Dominating the SERPS" and many other related keywords. They are not the most competitive keywords in the world I can tell you that, but I am already receiving a decent amount of search traffic thanks to my newly gained rankings. I have not tried to build backlinks for this blog, I want this blog to build links naturally, i'm not marketing this blog at all, the only type of marketing i'm using for this blog is search engine marketing, the only traffic i'm getting to this blog is search engine organic traffic. Only 5 sites or blogs are linking to me, and with only 5 links and a PR0 blog I'm already ranking and outranking blogs that have high PR and that have old domain names.

These are some of the reasons why I'm always telling beginners to create blogs at blogger.com if they want to make money online. There are many other reasons that I can talk to you about, which I will, right now!

Do you want to know why blogspot blogs are the best to dominate the SERPS? Because they have their onsite SEO on lock, you don't want to mess around with your perfectly optimized template if you want to rank. Many people that start their first blogspot blog think that they can tweak it even more than it already is, and that's when they start screwing up their chances. You don't have to tweak these babies, all you have to do is write and publish.

Well not just write and publish, you have to know SEO to take advantage of the power that that blogger blogs have. Good SEO consists of knowing how to research and choose keywords, knowing how to smartly sprinkle those keywords in the content that you create for your site, bolding, underlining or italicizing your keywords in the content, placing h1 and h2 tags, building backlinks, etc. All of these things you can learn them in the free SEO mini course that I have created for my readers.

If you choose your keywords right and you optimize your blog for keywords that don't have a lot of competition or keywords that have an average level of competition, you can easily rank for them with one of these free blogger blogs. It will be faster and easier than even doing it with wordpress. Then the normal cycle for a successful blog or website will begin, you will start to rank for those low competition keywords in your niche, then you will get traffic, then your page rank will increase and you will gain authority in the search engines, then you can try to rank for keywords that have even more traffic and more competition, then you finally get to rank for the main keyword in your niche, and Bingo! You hit the Jackpot!

After you download your free tools and you install them you will be able to view a lot different and interesting information and data.

If you analyze the data provided by the SEO toolbar you will understand why blogger.com blogs are the best for dominating the SERPS, especially for beginners, the main reason : 210 Million Backlinks for the homepage. 5 million MJSEO links. 20.000 backlinks from Dmoz directory. 3000 thousand backlinks from Yahoo directory. Not to mention domain age, which is 10 years old, you can find out the domain age of a site by using SEO Elite, this is probably the only non free tool that I can recommend for now. If you have SEO Elite and you have a blogspot blog enter the URL and analyze your own site, you will find out that the domain age is ten years old as I told you.

So, let's recap, 210 million backlinks, these blogs are listed on Yahoo and Dmoz, and they have millions of majestic SEO links, plus an aged domain. If you create a blogspot blog you will receive the full benefit of all those links, even if your blog is one of the inner pages of blogspot and even if your blog has no page rank, it doesn't matter you still pack the power of the whole site.

Making a blog at blogger is free, so, if you want to rank well and even get indexed with these blogs you have to convince google that you are not using your free blog for spam or link building, that is why if you want to rank well with your blog you have to treat it as If you paid for it. This is the main reason why many so called SEO experts talk trash about ranking well with free blogger blogs, because they don't treat them as seriously as they should.

So, what do you have to do to dominate the serps with a blog from blogspot and SEO?

Choose a niche or a subject.

Research and Select good keywords in your niche.

and Voila!

I mentioned that there is another tool that you could use to improve you search engine optimization and SERP domination campaign, that tool is SEO Elite, but it does cost some money, it is worth every penny since you will be able to find out the linking strategy of your competition so that you can improve it by copying them and making it a little bit better, then you will be able to one up your competition by having better onpage SEO and offpage SEO, and by doing this you will outrank them.

Dominating the SERPS with free blogger blogs is the easiest and cheapest way to make money online. Next time someone tells you that you can't get traffic from one of these blogs, just laugh, because by then you will know that it ain't true.

Today You are going to learn how Changing One Single Onpage Optimization Factor Can Boost Your Rankings By Over 350 Positions.

So now we've chosen our main 3 keywords:

weight loss story

safe weight loss

Notice that all of the keywords contain the word "weight loss". This will make things easier for us when we begin to optimize our off page ranking factors which you'll learn about later.

Let's Optimize Our Webpage ...

The first thing we need to do is select a page Title for our website.

Add a Title

The page title should:

Include ONLY our main keywords. The least amount of words you can place in the title, the more weight Google will give to each of the keywords and the higher you will rank.

Note: When I say "Google", I'm really referring to all the major engines (Google, Yahoo, and MSN). But I am saying Google because this is the search engine you should really focus on optimizing for because Google gets roughly 50% of all the searches on the web. Yahoo receives about 30% and MSN about 20%.

When creating your page title, it should not look like this:

Welcome to our website!

It should not even look like this, which does contain our main keywords, but contains an unnecessary number of words:

weight loss story and weight loss picture and safe weight loss

Although that title isn't that bad and it does have all of your main keywords, you should do a couple of things to cut down on words used.

This would be a perfect title for your webpage:

Notice that I've:

Taken out all of the "ands"
Replaced one of the "ands" with a "" character (Note: You can add this character by holding the shift key on your keyboard and pressing the backslash key above the enter key.)

Combined the keywords "Safe Weight Loss" with "Weight Loss Picture"
Always Combine Your Keyword When Possible to cut down on the total number
of words that are in your title!

Always Combine Your Keywords In The Page Title!

When Google looks at our title, it will see all 3 of our keywords only. Combining keywords to cut down on the total number of keywords displayed in the title is a great way to boost the strength of each individual keyword, which will have an immediate impact on your ranking.

Add < h1 > header tags

Next we'll need to add one < h1 > header tag and place our most important keyword there.

The < h1 > header tag should be as far towards the top of the page as possible. When Google reads a webpage, it views the text from the top left hand side of the page to the bottom right hand side of the page.

It's better to place your < h1 > header tag on the top left hand or top/middle portion of your page. You can think of an < h1 > header tag as a title for whatever content you have on your page.

For example, the < h1 > header tag of this lesson would be:

Of course, I would have changed my lesson title to contain my main keyword if I was actually trying to optimize this page for Google. Also, if possible, it's better if you can include ONLY your main keyword within the h1 header tags. < h1 > Weight Loss Story < / h1 > would be perfect.

Add < h2 > header tags

Next, we'll need to create an < h2 > header tag. This can be thought of as a sub heading for our webpage. You should place your second most important keyword in the
< h2 > header tag. The < h2 > tag should be placed somewhere towards the top half of your webpage.

A good < h2 > header tag for our example would be:

< h2 > safe weight loss < h2 > (Usually it's best to place your primary keyword in your < h1 > tags and your secondary keyword into the < h2 > tags.

After we've done this, we need to actually create the content for our webpage. When writing the content, try to evenly sprinkle your main keywords throughout the copy. Don't overdo it though.

Try to mention each keyword in a natural way as you are writing, but be sure to include at least one of the keywords per 1-2 paragraphs, depending on how large your page is.

Tip: Make sure to mention your main keyword at the very top left and the very bottom right hand side of the webpage. A trick I like to use is to include this in the copyright information line at the bottom of the website. For our example, this would be a good example:

© 2005 copyright www.domain.com a weight loss story

Notice that it flows and it doesn't really look too weird.

Bolding, italicizing and underlining ...

Once we've finished writing the copy, we should go through and bold, underline, or italicize some of the keywords only one time each, maximum. Only do one per keyword or it will hurt you more than it helps. This isn't crucial to do, but it's good to maybe do this to a couple keywords...

Properly include < alt > image tags ...

Next, click on the very top image of your webpage (This is usually your website's header graphic) and include an < alt > image tag using the text "weight loss story header" if you're adding this alt text to your website header graphic. Click on 2 more graphics throughout your webpage and enter your other two keywords, plus an extra word like "graphic" or "image"... For example, we would use "weight loss picture graphic" and "safe weight loss image". This ensures that Google won't view this as spam.

For example, if we have an image on our webpage called: picture1.jpg
The code that would be used to insert the image would look something like this:

Now, if we were to add an alt image tag called "Weight Loss Story Graphic", we'd simply do this:

Force Google To Read Your Keywords First!

Remember I stated above that Google views your webpage from top left, to bottom right? Well, in general they do. But because most websites contain a left hand column which contains all of their navigation links...

Google WILL View all of the text in the left hand column Before The Body of the webpage

To show you what I mean, look at the image below to see the order of information that Google will view this webpage. because of the way the person has created the tables containing their content. I've added red lines so you can visually see the way the site was designed, has they not made the table borders invisible.

How can you get around this? I've come up with a neat little trick that will ensure that Google reads the actual body of your webpage before the left hand column containing your navigational links.

See how I've changed the website above, so that Google now sees our content BEFORE our navigation menu:

By doing this, Google will read the top left hand row/column first... BUT will see that it is empty or only contains a couple words in this case, so it will then read the body of your webpage and then read the 2nd left hand row/column which contains your navigational links! :-)

That's all there is to it!

In summary, I really want to point out the fact that, although good onpage optimization is something you'll really want to do, it is NOT how you make dramatic changes in your search engine ranking!

Important! Let me repeat that again, onpage optimization... which is what I've taught you thus far, will make small changes in your ranking, but WILL NOT help your site make dramatic jumps in ranking.

This is one of the biggest misconceptions in the search engine world. Many believe that by getting your keyword density just right, or by moving your keywords around on the page in just the right places, you'll really move up in the search engines.

That is not the case at all. It is the offpage optimization factors that will get you high rankings. I will teach you exactly what offpage optimization factors are, AND how to make sure you optimize these factors perfectly for Google!

Yesterday I was telling you how dominating the SERP's was the easiest and fastest way to make money online, also the most cost effective. I also told you a little story on how I got started and how I spent thousands of dollars learning everything I know now, even though my education was very expensive my plan is to teach you everything I know because I want to get back at all the so called guru's and internet marketing teachers that got away with my money. Even though my education was very expensive I want to give it all away for free just to make them mad as I put them out of business.

Basically what i'm trying to do is keep you and other people just like you that are trying to earn money online from being scammed, i'm not saying that I will not try to make money from my visitors, but only if I find something that actually works then I will encourage you to try it and I will make a few bucks if any sale is made. You have to think about me as a filter, a filter of information.

Think of Google.com as the girl that you want to marry, Yahoo.com and Msn (Bing.con) will be your girls on the side. If you want to be happy you must have them, and your goal is to get on top of them, literally. If you manage to get on top of Msn (Bing.com) you will get a few visitors to your page each day, getting on top of bing is somewhat easier than the other two. If you get on top of Yahoo then you can expect dozens of visitors or hundreds each day, getting on top of Yahoo is kind of hard but it is actually possible. Google is a whole different story, this is the hardest one to climb, too many people want to have her, so getting her attention is nearly impossible. If you do get on top of Google then you can expect thousands of hits each day, the amount of traffic will depend on the keywords that you choose, if your keyword is "Make Money" then you most likely will become rich, if you keyword is "credit cards" then you can expect to become very rich, on the other hand if your keyword is "making balloons" then you should try to find a better business opportunity.

I don't remember if I talked about how writing articles for article directories was the best way to get free traffic to your sites. When you write an article you get to leave a link pointing to your site at the bottom of the article therefore you are creating a new back link for your site, so people that read your article will usually click on your link and they will land on your page. Another good reason for writing articles is that if your article is good most of the time other webmasters looking for content will take that article and they will use it on their sites, therefore you'll be getting even more backlinks.

So why the hell am I talking so much about back links? A few years ago people tried to alter their rankings by using techniques that could make you rank for any keyword even if that keyword was not on your site's same topic/niche. You could make a recipe site rank for "making money" if you placed those keywords in the Meta Tags. If you don't know what meta tags are then you can google it. Meta tags lost their value very fast as Google soon recognized how this affected their effectiveness when providing searchers with the real "stuff" that they were looking for. If you wanted to make a site that ranked for the keyword "earn money on the internet" all you had to do was create a site and fill it with a lot of worthless content that talked about earning money and then the search engines would just come crawling your site for it's lousy content, and you would easily rank for your chosen keywords on all three of them.

Before going any further I should tell you that Google handles nearly all the web traffic in the world, about 60% to 80% of the traffic. Yahoo gets about 20% and Msn now known as bing.com gets about 10%, these are rough estimates though, remember that there are other search engines like altavista, they get traffic as well.

Now Meta tags are a thing of the past, since people got to game Google by using meta tags they got rid of them as a ranking factor for good, and they decided that they would value a site and rank it depending on their Page Rank (PR) and back links. So to get page rank you need backlinks, and before getting some PR of your own you have to wait to some time until you get out of the Google Sandbox. The PR algorithm and the Google's ranking system is still a mystery for webmasters, SEO's, engineers, etc. No one knows why do they really rank a website for, because every now and then you can find sites with PR 0 ranking for the most competitive keywords on the internet, and sometimes you can find high PR sites not ranking at all. Google has recently announced that PR will no longer be an important factor when ranking for a keyword, they have even been telling everyone to remove the PR bar from their browsers.

Page Rank

Page Rank is the system that Google invented to determine the importance that each page has. If you get backlinks from sites with high Page Rank then you will probably rank number 1 for your keyword, especially if they are relevant back links. Thousands of backlinks from PR 0 sites could get your pages up to a PR 1 maybe even a PR 2, if you just have a 10 to 20 back links but they all come from pages with PR 5 up to PR 8 then you could probably get a PR 4, 5 or even higher because Google will see your site as a very important site with a lot of important votes. If you manage to get .edu and .gov relevant back links with high PR then your rankings will improve even more because these links have a lot of importance in Google's eyes, and if you ever get to find a PR 8 back link then you have to know that you will probably get to page one in most of the SERP's for your keyword. According to many experts if you get a few hundred back links with on PR 3 sites or higher then you will get page one ranking without any doubt.

Back Links

Finally, Backlinks are the most important factor when it comes to ranking well, if you don't have them you won't rank, as simple as that. You better learn this fast because as a beginner most people choose not to follow this advice, and this is the most important thing to get ranked and to get on top of the three major search engines. But there are things that you have to know so you don't waste a lot of you time pursuing links that will not do any good to your site, although a link is a link there are links that have way more value for your site, depending on the topic of your site and the topic of the site linking to you the link will increase or decrease in value accordingly.

Google sees back links as votes for your site, if you have a lot of backlinks then google will rank you. This used to be the case at the beginning, if you had a site and the subject or keyword was "make money on the internet" and you had thousands of sites linking to your page and your competitors did not have as many backlinks then you would get a page one ranking very fast, and you would easily become the number one ranked site. As soon as this technique became obvious keyword stuffers now known as black hat marketers started to create thousands of crappy sites that had links back (back links) to their main site. Again gaming Google was something that would not last long, as the Google engineers noticed black hat activities they decided to rank sites according to relevant back links, this meant that back links from sites within the same subject or niche would be given more value, thereofore they would provide you with higher rankings.

As usual people just have a way of finding out about things, evilll people! So when the black hat community discovered this new ranking factor, they just went on to create thousands of blogs or mini sites full of worthless information, they would stuff their keyword on these worthless blogs, and they would create relevant back links for their main pages, these back links where coming supposedly from relevant sites. They even used a lot of different softwares designed to spam forums, guest books, and create thousands of blogs by doing one simple click. Now getting thousands of backlinks was easier than ever, relevant quality back links by just making a few clicks. What happened was that webmasters from forums, blogs and websites implemented the word verification system in order to be able to reply or leave a comment at their sites, you know that little box that you have to fill out everywhere before commenting, the one that asks you to write some letters or numbers.

Once more Google decided to alter the ranking algorithm to prevent more evil people from gaming them, so they decided to value back links which are relevant to your subject, back links that come from a lot of different IP addresses, back links with high PR, back links from sites that have great content that have already been highly valued by Google, and you have to wait some time until you get out of the Sandbox. If you get all of these things right then you will rank in the first page for your keyword, and when that happens you will be laughing all the way to the bank.

Back links may be the most important thing when it comes to SEO, but they are just one part of a good SEO campaign, come back as I will be posting more detailed information on search engine optimization techniques, I will be using as a resource google's SEO starter guide, and I will also make my own mini course which will earn you a degree in SEO. .

Dominating the SERPS With Blogspot and SEO

I have been reading a few articles lately and I have found a lot of bad criticism on blogspot blogs. I read things like blogger.com blogs don't rank well, or blogspot blogs don't get traffic, these so called experts tell you to create blogs just for building links to your main sites. In other words they are recommending you to spam the web with free blogs, they are telling you that you should create link farms, they don't really want you to make money.

I don't know if the people writing this stuff really mean it, I don't know where they got their ideas from, maybe they just want to keep high quality content blogspot blogs just for themselves. Maybe they know how easy it is to get on top of Google or any other SERP for any keyword or niche that you choose with one of these free simple blogs. Maybe they haven't really seen what blogspot can do, and since they bought their domains and they are paying for hosting they don't want to find out, because even I know how it feels to invest a lot of money on a project and then one day you have an idea make a free blogger blog, you rank 1, huge amounts of targeted traffic start coming in and you make money.

Traffic generation through blogger is unbelievable let me tell you that, and let me tell you a little story about me. I have invested a lot of money on a lot of crap, trying to make things the way A-list bloggers like John Chow, Shoemoney, and Darren Rowse said you should do them to make a living from blogs. So I created my own self hosted wordpress sites and tried to generate traffic from social media sites like twitter, facebook and myspace. The problem with social media and traffic exchange websites is that they don't make money, people at these sites are trying to do the same thing that you are doing, or tell me if you have ever clicked on an Adsense ad since you know what adsense ads do for webmasters.

About Making Money Online and The Opportunities

Making Money Online is divided basically into two very large groups, the people that have a site (website, blog, webpages) and the people that don't, it's not even about or segmented according to people that have their own products, brand, services and people that don't, because online you don't have to have your own product, you don't need to have a brand, you don't need to provide your own services, although you can easily create each one of those things I just mentioned. The people that do not have a site should try to get one. I believe that owning your own site or your own network of sites is the best way to make money online, it's the best way if you want to make some serious money.

Usually internet users feel like they can earn money online at some point of their online experience, they just type in "Make Money Online" or "Work from home", or something like that and they are bombarded with a lot of information, most of the information that they will get is promotion for scams. When people start out venturing on the internet for money they start searching for the easiest and fastest ways to make money online, they also try to choose opportunities that are not risky, usually free opportunities, you know places or sites where they can make money without investing a single dime. Are you a person considered a Make Money Online Savvy? If not, then you are in the right place, because in this blog I will help you become a savvy internet marketer. I wish I had been savvy in this area a long time ago, way before I got started if it could have been possible, maybe I would have saved thousands of dollars I spent at the beginning of my online business ventures.

Unfortunately I was not Savvy enough, in fact I had no idea how making money online actually worked, I was always looking for some get rich quick scheme that would actually work, that mindset helped me blow most of my monthly pay check on products and services that promised things like getting rich quick or making at least a few extra hundred dollars a month. Most of them did not work, some did help me analyze how successful online businesses actually worked.

But lets make a quick recap of what I tried. As almost anyone that gets started trying to make money online I initially got involved with Online Paid Surveys, I don't know for some people but for me it did not work, since I was such a beginner I was smart enough to try to make money without spending a dime so I did not get involved in opportunities to get money that came from IFW's (Incentive Freebie Websites), managed by companies like projectpayday.com or cashcrate.com. Although it would have been a better idea because both of these websites really work.I actually paid to get involved with some paid survey programs, at the time I did not know that you don't have to pay a dime to make money from taking surveys online, so I ended up with a list of survey managers that was not worth anything, I lost almost $100 dollars that day!

When I heard about blogging and how I could make money writing about the stuff I loved, I thought that it was something that I could actually do. When I started making my first blog here at blogger.com, a free blog, I was very excited, I thought I could make a blog on anything, write a few crappy posts, place some adsense ads, some affiliate links, and then I would become rich. Obviously it did not work like that, blogging takes a lot of hard work and a lot of knowledge, and I did not want to work hard and I did not want to study. Of course I did some research to see how I could improve my first blog and I stumbled with subjects like SEO (search engine optimization), Backlinks, Keywords(strategy, marketing, density), Internet Marketing, Page Rank, Content, etc.

That was not what I was looking for, unfortunately that was the necessary arsenal for the online battle in the blogging or internet marketing wars. So I gave blogging my middle finger and quit. In my research I had learned abouth Adwords, so I decided that I would buy a lot of traffic to get adsense clicks (adsense arbitrage), HUGE MISTAKE! I got smart priced and my adsense clicks only paid a few cents a click, the clicks ranged from $0.01 to $0.03, so I would pay $2000 dollars on adwords a month and I would make $500 U.S by the end of the month, leaving me with -$1500.

I only spent that amount for one month, that was the first and last time that I would experiment with adwords as a beginner. Adwords helps people make money, but people that actually have high quality products or services, or people that actually master the subject and really know how to set up successful campaigns, not people trying to make money from adsense, that is why the adsense arbitrage failed for everyone trying it.

Since my goal was to make easy money online I kept trying new things and I kept spending more money without having success, I tried to learn how to make a website, paid some money, learned some html, but still that was not good enough to make a website that could actually help me make money online. Since this did not work I moved on to a new opportunity to make an extra income, selling Ebooks online, since I was looking for easy ways to make money without any effort, I was not planning to write my own Ebooks, in fact at the time I had nothing to write about, so I joined one of those programs provided by one of the many guru's that promise you to get rich with their unique money making method, I could install a bunch of templates provided by him, and I could sell his own Ebooks as an affiliate marketer. I was getting involved for the first time with affiliate marketing, now I thought that I was going to make money, but as usual I was wrong. No Ebooks were sold, no clicks were made on adsense ads, nothing happened, I just lost more money.

Most people would have quit a long time before spending all the money I spent on many scams created by many different guru's, these so called guru's earned the feelings I have for them nowadays, so now what i'm planning to do is team up with the rest of bloggers and website owners that actually help other people make money on the internet, to help beginners and confused people from falling for their evil scams. If I can make money from my visitors I will, but when I try to make money from my visitors at least it will be from products that actually work or at least have something good to offer. I did not quit because I love a good challenge and dominating the world of internet marketing became my obsession, so I had to go back to the things that truly work and started all over again.

So, what really works is traffic, if you really want to make money online you must have a blog or website and your site must have a lot of traffic, it is the most effective way to go about it, there are other ways to do so but not quite as effective and they need traffic as well, because if you do not have traffic you will not make sales, you will not have CPA offers completed at your sites or you won't receive any clicks on you adsense ads, or clicks in your in text ads from companies such as kontera or infolinks, and you won't even make a cent from programs that have a paid per impression basis.

How do you get traffic? there are many ways to get traffic, some are through traffic exchange services like trafficswarm and other related companies, this type of traffic does not work because everyone veiwing your site is in the system, and everyone in their system has the same intentions that you have, so traffic coming from that source will never convert into clicks, completed offers or sales. The best way to get traffic that pays is through the search engines (organic traffic)and the way to get this traffic is through SEO, another way to get a lot of traffic is through placing your own written articles on article publication sites like goarticles.com or ezinarticles.com which are the most effective article directories in terms of traffic and search engine positioning, meaning that these articles that you stick to these sites will get indexed highly in the search results for the keywords that you choose, because of the high PR that these article directories have. This articles will contain a link back to your site so you will get a backlink, and people coming to your article will probably follow the link to your main site, another cool thing is that the links provided by these sites are dofollow links, so every article will increase the chance of your site getting a higher PR, a high PR (page rank) will dramatically improve your SEO, once you have a high PR site everything starts to get easier and you will be able to really start making money on the internet.
