They have to make sure the websites that display these ads are up to standard or they could run the risk of losing advertisers. Imagine if you were paying Google to display your ad and you found it showing up on a poorly developed, junky website with lots of popops.

1) Is your site an "About Me" website?

These ads must carefully inserted in the layout of your website so visitor cannot identify which are google ads and which are your site link to improve the click through rate. You can always change the format, size, fonts, colours and style of your ads in your google adsense account under Manage Ads tab.

Adsense Code

If you want to display ads on your website then all you need is adsense code. For this you need to sign in in your Google adsense account. Log in to your account now http://adsense.google.com as shown below.

After Sign in you will see page like this. Click on Adsense Setup tab to further proceed.

Now Click on Adsense for content link as shown below.

Now select Ad unit link and click Continue button as shown below.

Now before you Click Continue button you can change the format, colours, fonts and corner styles of your ads with the layout of your webdesign.

If you want you can add channel to your ads but this step is not neccessasry so you can skip this step and click Continue button.

Now rename your ad to own desire and then click on Submit and get Code button as shown below.

That's it now copy the script code and paste it into your website. After 10 minutes your ads will appear on your website.
