Want to Reduce Debt?

Many and I mean Many, people today, find themselves in need of extra income, but don't have a lot of free time available to take on a second - or even third - job. When this happens, it's time to get creative and find job opportunities that work for you. Consider the following options to help you earn extra income while working from home in your spare time:

Become a Child Care Provider

There are many families out there who need quality child care at odd hours. So even if you work full-time during the week, you could still pick up a few extra dollars by caring for other children on the weekends, or even during occasional overnight hours.

Freelance

There are a lot of freelance jobs that can be done from the comfort of your own home and will allow you to work around your existing schedule. Consider a part-time job writing, typing, or proofreading.
There are many type of freelance jobs. You can work in graphic design, in video production, as a consultant or as a writer. Look at the skills that you currently have and then consider how you can offer those skills as a service to small businesses or families. Then begin marketing yourself and making contacts. Overtime you may be able to build enough contacts to make this a full time option for you.

Become a Virtual Assistant

What skills do you possess that make it easy for you to do something that might take others three or four times as long? Put those skills to use as a virtual assistant. For example, a small business owner might contract with you to regularly develop and send their monthly newsletter, or update their database.

Use Your Creativity to Earn Money

Consider how you might transform the unique skills you possess into an opportunity to earn extra income. For example, if you love scrapbooking, try offering to complete other parents' unfinished scrapbook pages. Consider your gifts and what you love to do, and the possibilities are endless.

Telecommute

One option to consider is finding a job that will allow you to telecommute from home. This may be a part-time job that you do in the evenings or a new job that will replace your old one. Additionally telecommuting can save you money, and you may find additional money in your budget by telecommuting two or three days a week at your current job. It can also add more flexibility to your day.

Getting out of debt is one of the most important steps to financial freedom. Debt payments take up a good portion of most incomes. If you do not owe the money to others, you can do so much more with your money and time. Once you are debt free, you have freedom to save and have fun.

Are you next?
Before you can start up a business - any business - customers need to be able to find you. On the Internet, your address is your domain name; the part of an Internet address that comes after the www. With the unparalleled growth of the Internet, dot com domain names continue to sell like hotcakes. Currently, there are more than 20 million dot com domains, and over 34 million total domains registered worldwide. Industry experts forecast that more than 500 million domains will be registered in the next ten years. In fact, reliable sources from companies like Intel are predicting that every personal computer in the future will have its own domain name.
You will receive all the advantages of being in a program worth considerably more, and with our low entry fee, members worldwide will be able to participate. The low entry fee will also cause the matrix to move at a very fast pace.
To Fast Track your earnings, you can join UnoStart or Club4Elite.
To Super Accelerate your earnings join all three… Join4aDollar, UnoStart and Club4Elite!

This program is suitable to be used as a fundraiser for your church, club, school... any organisation that you might like to help raise funds for a worthy cause. Your imagination is the only limit!

It’s really as easy as 1,2,3… if you only introduce 3 members who join for a onetime payment of $1, who in turn do the same, then you are done, since it only takes 12 members to complete each phase, which I will explain in the diagrams below. I’m also not saying you should only introduce 3, since the more members you introduce the larger will your Sponsor Bonus, Achievement Bonus and Company Bonus be. All we ask is for you to do the best you can, and hopefully with our assistance we can help you to achieve more towards your Wealth Creation Portfolio.

What makes it even easier is that you’re not alone as you have the help of your up line members and the FREE Memberships. This is our unique system, from which you can see below your chances of success are much greater than ever before.

Looks like spring is coming to our part of the world, what with the Winter Olympics around the corner, could be a problem!! Anyway onto business.

I have a joined a surf progam called HotRodAdTraffic, it is a little different than the other programs out there, here is a blurb from their site:

So, how does it work you ask?

It's really quite simple and does not require that you go out and recruit 1,000 members under you.

• It doesn't even require 500
• It doesn't even require 100
• It doesn't even require 50
• It doesn't even require 25
• It doesn't even require 15
• It doesn't even require 10
• It doesn't even require 5

Nope, all you have to do is have two members join under you and guess what? You don't even have to refer them your self, you can let everyone else do all the work for you. Of course if you do refer two members, you will cycle out all that much quicker and get the referral commissions.

Sorry, it will not make you a millionaire like all the rest of the bogus programs that are promoted and fail to deliver. But, with our simple 1x matrix system you will earn repeatedly over and over again. How can you lose? You can't and that's why everyone is joining Hot Rod Ad Traffic to be their number one advertising site and the best place to earn from your advertising dollars.

Click here to for further information on this unusual surf program.

Till next time,

Dear Members,

This is a general update regarding the current situation of Global Pension Plan program and it's near future. First of all, Happy New Year 2010 to you all! As most of you have noticed, we have had problems with our website recently. It's been offline for a moment. We did send out a message about the problem, but a big number of the messages have not reached the recipients for a reason or another. However, the problem has been solved by now. We had to transfer the website under a new domain, as the old one was suffering from sabotage. The new web presence is remarkably more stable and should resist the attacks better. If you click www.global-final-step.net ,you will find exactly the same site and member area as you were used to find from the previous domain. We still have around 20.000 unclaimed Additional Policies available. After the last update regarding the remaining Additional Policies, the demand jumped for a little moment, but settled down soon again. It's highly necessary to understand, that the Trust Partner will wait until all these have been snapped up. You might wonder why is it so important to have them all sold. The reason is, that once sold, the Trust Partner is able to negotiate a better deal with the insurance company for the further deals. This is plain economics and wise long-term planning.

We can't stress enough, that there is a contractual dead-line for the Additional Policies, though. The current contract between the Trust partner and other parties have, runs till the 28th of February 2010. If the entire batch of Additional Policies hasn't been sold out until that date, it means the parties have to renegotiate the contract. It is by no mean a catastrophe, but only delays us a month or two, depending on the progression of the renewal process. That is, however, something we definitely don't want. There were some CG payment problems during the early stage of the very recent website problems. These we have tried to iron out by now.If you still think, that your problem has not been solved, please contact us via the email address you got from the payment processor while complaining about the hick up.
More updates later!

Sincerely,
Sometimes, we SAY we really, really, really want to create a certain business or achieve something new in our existing business, yet it never seems to happen. When this happens, there is sure to be a block or two lurking within. Once you know how to step back and listen to what you are saying to yourself, you will easily be able to identify these blocks. A conversation with someone I had a few weeks ago is a good example. "Betty" is a small biz owner who created an online business, working diligently to create a website and some products to sell. The business didn't succeed, so Betty, who needed income, decided to create a second business that provides services to other small business owners. She has been pretty successful at business number two, making a living but not a lot of extra money. She tells me that her true dream is to "re-establish her first business and make it successful." I took a quick peek at the website of the defunct business and talked to Betty, and in less than half an hour found that the story she told herself effectively and completely blocked her from what she said she "really really really" wanted to do. Here's the key - Betty's inner talk did not at all match what she was willing to do on the outside. For every way out of the maze of "not doing what she really wants to do" she had at least two reasons why she couldn't do it. Betty holds unrealistic expectations. Her stated goal was to go from zero income to $50K in the "dream" business in one year's time. But, Betty had no written business model for her dream business, despite having worked on it for over a year. She had done no marketing research and insisted that for her market there was no way to do market research. Betty stated that she had time available to work on refreshing her dream business. But, when I set out a plan to create new interest and a new launch by the first of the year she quickly told me that her existing second business kept her too busy and that with the upcoming holidays she couldn't possibly even think of starting until after the first of the year. When there is resistance to action that would make your dream actually come true, you know you've got an inner block. Betty's big, major "you can't get past this problem" excuse is that she has to support herself with the second business she created, so how could she possibly ever have the time and money to work on her "dream" biz? Here's the thing - there is ALWAYS a path forward. If you find yourself, like Betty, dissing every single option then you know you aren't willing to put your money where your mouth is. Betty could have sold her second business, but her answer back was that she could "never sell her clients to someone else as that would not be ethical." Truth is, people sell service businesses and client lists all the time and within her own industry it's done frequently. Betty could have outsourced the work of her second business by creating contract staff to handle that work while she worked on the "dream biz." Her response - no, her profit margin wouldn't be high enough and "other people" might not take care of her clients well enough. Betty could have decided to rachet up her second business, double the income, save most of that for a year or two, then close that business and have a cushion to work on the dream biz. Betty felt like that would take too long. For every potential way around her inner roadblocks she had a reason it would not work. When I challenged Betty to tell me what she could do rather than what she could not do, she finally was stumped. She had to face that she was not really willing to go work on her dream biz because she was unwilling to say yes to any possibility. But to save face, she switched tactics and started talking about how she "really was searching for answers and was afraid that I felt she was argumentative." It doesn't matter what I think, what matters is what she will do. But since I had challenged her own inner blocks she decided to give me one, and then use THAT as an excuse not to move forward - how could she work with someone who felt she was argumentative? (A label she gave herself, by the way.) It's a shame that Betty has convinced herself that there is no way to move forward. Her idea for her "dream biz" has merit, and she has spent time and money to create it. In fact, even what she had done became an excuse for not moving forward. Betty felt that she had already spent so much time and money on her website and a re-do of her site that she just could not justify spending more cash. How Betty keeps her story alive (her story being that she really, really, really wants her dream biz) is to constantly ask for advice but then constantly fail to change a single belief or action. To Betty, she can't move forward because she just can't find the "right match" for someone to work with - conveniently blaming a potential advisor rather than herself. Betty has an answer for everything except the most important question. That question is "how can I have my dream biz?" Until Betty quits blocking every potential possibility, the truth is that she doesn't really want her dream biz, she just wants to hold it and point to it and tell the world how tough and unfair it is that she can't have it. There is ALWAYS a way forward when the mind and heart are open. When they are not, dream businesses don't happen. There was a time when Switzerland was the world leader in offshore banking but today the market has widened and opened up. Some of the islands in the Caribbean’s offer offshore banking opportunities; Panama & Belize in South America are also hot spots for offshore banking. One may wonder why go so far off to do banking? Offshore banking is a small part of the bigger and broader wealth management market. There are certain advantages of offshore banking that makes it a lucrative and economically viable option.

What offshore banking really offers is Security, Privacy and a tax shelter. Banking offshore can be accomplished by individuals as well as corporations. The best way to choose the country for banking is by getting information about its economy and asset protection laws. Most of the offshore banking countries provide a strong asset protection law under which no one can get any information about your assets or investments. There are times when you need to hide your assets and money from lawyers and other people who claim a stake in your assets. In such a scenario they will require proof of your existing wealth, which when kept in an offshore bank will not be on records for people to see.

The assets that you have domestically can be subject to bad to worse political and social factors and these are the ones that you can’t really control. So if your asset is under protection from offshore banks then they will not be affected by these factors.

Some of the other advantages include tax shelter. A country with a good economy will offer you tax shelter if you open an account in their country. There will not be any taxes unless you are running a business there. Some of the facilities provided by these banks are equivalent to actually having an account in your home country. You can have an ATM card to withdraw money. You can wire transfer to and from anywhere in the world and in any currency. As a corporation this is an extremely good feature because if your company is based in the US and you are doing business in Europe then having a Swiss bank account makes a lot of economic sense.

There is a strong code of secrecy followed by these banks to protect your account. In Switzerland for example, the banks don’t employ people who can’t follow their confidentiality code. Moreover, all employees have to sign a document stating this code of confidentiality and it is a mandatory employment requirement. The bottom line is that your money is in safe hands and you can imagine how strict these codes of conduct are. Another major advantage is for increasing savings. Now you may ask that the same is possible in your home country too. But then how many people are actually able to save money in their bank accounts. There is always a reason to withdraw money and there are always unexpected expenses. The good thing about keeping your money in offshore banks is that you wouldn’t want to withdraw them whenever you choose. It is like a fixed deposit and you can let it accumulate interest.

There was a time when offshore banking was the domain of the rich and the famous but today the scenario has changed considerably. People from any background or segment can open an account in an offshore bank. The only drawback as seen by individuals is the amount of money required to open an account, which is mostly on the higher side. Although, the deposit amount varies from bank to bank and country to country. Offshore banking is not just an option or opportunity, it is the fastest and one of the most popular investment tools in the world today.

In today's crazy work world people are working hours and hours on end. You can ask yourself what that means to you and your life but I know to most of us it means less and less time to relax and way more time spent at the office.

When the body is under stress bad things happen. Arteries constrict and blood pressure sky rockets. You need to understand that while this does not cause permanent damage, if left unchecked the body can wreak havoc. You see, when this happens for several minutes or even a day it may not be that big of a deal.

But when these conditions persist for years or even just without a break, the body will start to seriously break down. When it comes to your career I'm sure like most of us you want to try to do as well as possible and hopefully get promoted to a better and higher position. What you don't know is that most higher up positions require strong health screenings and one of the main reasons people don't get their dream jobs is because of stress management issues.

That irony should be really obvious. You worked so hard to climb the career ladder but it turns out you don't get to move up because you should have taken more time off. Sometimes decreasing stress is not about how many days you work or even how many how many hours you work. You see the really interesting thing about dealing with stress is that you can easily overcome it if you take frequent breaks when working.

All you need to do is know when you take some time for yourself when you are at work. The way I got to do this was to sit down at my desk and try to work out what it was that was causing me the most stress in my life. From there I would see if there was some way I could try to avoid this my planning breaks at the time of the most stressful activities and see if I could instead do more productive things at this time or even take a break.

A refreshing 15 minute break is all you need to reset your system and be able to go on with your regular work.

Author Resource:-> How do I control stress is a question EJ gets asked most of the time on his stress control site.

Yes, this sounds pessimistic, but it is a very real statement. Unfortunately, in order to have the great things we want to have in life, we must work to get them. This does not just apply to money, but money does drive our materialistic needs. These needs are what leave us on the treadmill of life, running and running still to be left in the same spot that we started.

Working overtime and pledging allegiance to a company that pays your bills can create great wealth for you and your family. But what if you could do it all on your own terms? No more being a slave to the time clock and your bosses every order. Sounds like a dream to me.

You don't have to dream anymore. With some careful saving and financial responsibility, you can erase debt. You can actually be on the track to investing through some serious planning that could leave you untied to a boring job that you hate in order to fund your lifestyle. And the money is not the most important thing here, we are talking freedom from a desk where the whole world is your opportunity.

Planning is essential here. Most financial experts claim that if you start with your smallest debt and work your way up the list to the higher debts, you can erase debt in no time. This can be a relieving feeling for most. For some, they just will not be able to keep consistent in order to do such a thing. It is hard to keep going when the end just does not seem in sight. But what if you knew that you would be working towards more than an even playing field? If you knew that you were working towards building up excess money, wealth, and savings, could you keep pressing on when times get tough?

Being kept in a job that offers no competitive compensation is something that most of us have to deal with at some point or another, but those who are striving for wealth are able to push through. Cut back on expenses, get a second job... Both can leave you with a clean slate financially in time.

But forget just erasing debt, let's talk wealth. You can have actual discretionary income without having to answer to a time clock. It is possible to create a living that does not tie you down to someone else's dreams. WealthGalaxy can bridge the gap from erasing debt to wealth.

It isn't a strategy that works for everyone, because some will not believe in the freedom that will come with having your own passive income. You do not have to push over your limit to make a living. You can work comfortably without running in circles and still come out ahead. It just takes some strategies and some insight from those who have been down this road themselves. The Internet has opened up numerous business opportunities for the past few years and it doesn’t cost very much to start an online business, but you should always consider a few important things before you actually set up your online home business.

1) What to sell on the Internet?
There are many people building an Internet business based on their own knowledge, expertise and experience. On the other hand, the experienced Internet marketer will identify a profitable opportunity in a niche market and start a business specifically to profit from the niche. Whatever way you choose to start your business, the most important thing is you carry out research with companies and individuals that you do not know in order to get a more unbiased view.

Spend enough time to read and research on the topics related to particular areas of interest, also identifying the pros and cons that this will have in relation to your overall goals. Plus, find out who are your competitors and be familiar with them. This will help increase your confidence and enthusiasm for starting an Internet home business.

2) How to market and promote your business?
The success of your online business will depend on your marketing and promotion effort. You have to get your business known by those who are interested to your offers. Some of the proven ways you can use to market your business are pay-per-click advertising, article marketing, email marketing, etc. But which Internet marketing techniques work best for you will depend on the type of product you are promoting. One effective way to discover what will work is by trying and testing several techniques at the beginning, and then choosing those that generate good result for your business. However, if you don’t know where and how to start, then look at how your competitors market and promote their products. If it works for them, possibly it works for you also.

3) Create a plan
Without having a step-by-step blueprint on how to achieve your goals, you may find that not just your efforts, but the resources may well be worthless. By creating a business plan you’ll know what to focus, understand the strengths and weaknesses of your business and be able to set strategies to reach your goals.

4) Read laws and regulations
It is vital that you check to see if there are any local laws or regulations related to starting an Internet business from home. Also, you will need to get laws and regulations in relation to being self employed.

5) Setting up the office
You’ll need to set up a home office before the launch your online business. So, you have to decide which area or room in your home to be used for running your business. Take some time to find out what equipments are necessary for your home business. Some of the basic equipments that you will need are computer, broadband Internet access, printer, and a dedicated phone line. You should make sure you have all the office equipments needed to operate your online business.
Article Source: http://get-paid-friday.com

Alan Liew has a blog related to home based business that contains useful information and tips important for your home business success.

In order to command a high price and add value to your home, be prepared to spend some initially.

Although you may think that the bedroom or living room is going to suck in the buyers, there are two key places that you should focus on and invest the most in - the kitchen and bathrooms. These rooms reflect the seller's tastes and lifestyle and are the main selling point of any home.

Bedrooms and living rooms can be fairly plain. A fresh coat of paint, decent flooring, and lighting are generally all that is required. Kitchens and bathrooms, however, have a variety of different components. A bedroom with a small closet can be worked around, a kitchen with a poor stove, however, will make potential buyers run.

Kitchen remodeling can be very costly, especially if you have a very outdated one to begin with. If you know that your remodel is going to involve more than staining the cabinets, you should start as early as possible. There are many unseen setbacks that can delay finishing projects, such as material being out of stock or arriving late.

Modern kitchens are generally spacious, full of light, and sleek. Marble countertops are preferred, but concrete can look just as great for a fraction of the price. If you can afford it, custom cabinets make a big impression and can add huge value to your home. If that's not economically feasible, sanding, repainting, and adding new hardware can make a slight improvement.

Another addition that will be somewhat costly is stainless steel appliances. It may seem excessive, but you can easily double your investment and command a higher price for your home. You'll also look more attractive compared to competition that lacks these amenities.

Bathroom remodels are second in line on the list of most important home features. People often find it beneficial to expand half baths or smaller ones, and even add an extra bathroom if there is only one. Like kitchens, the bathroom should feel open and spacious.

If the structure does not allow enlargement of a small bathroom, you'll need to make the most of what little space you have. Move toilets and tubs to maximize space. Double sinks are important, especially in the master bath. Glass doors rather than curtains can also have a large impact on your sale. Think sleek and functional.

Even if you can't afford the stainless steel stove or the marble washbasin, it is important to do the best with what you have available. Cheap fixes that make a big difference when remodeling kitchens or bathrooms include window treatments, paint, overhead lighting, and new cabinet hardware. These updates will not only add value to your home, but can help you sell it faster when the time comes.

Read on and see how it works. Is it possible to earn income without working? Many people have the misconception that passive income is "making money without having to do anything". Even people who earn by investing on other people's business had to do lots of research and follow up on their investment progress. If you are on a scheme that promises you unbelievable amount of return without any efforts from your side, then I'm worried that you had fallen into some sort of get rich quick scams. Even the famous passive income guru, Robert T. Kiyosaki had to undergo a difficult period before achieving his financial freedom. So what does passive income actually is? What is passive income? The truth is, passive income is about creating income systems. Most of us are striving to generate "incomes," not "income systems." Let me give you an example. We work around 9 hours a day and receive let's say, a $3000 pay check each month. On the other hand a novel writer work almost 14 hours a day, without any single pay check for the first six months. However on the seventh month onward, he started to receive an average of let's say $100 per month from his book's royalty. And he keeps on receiving this for years to come. After creating around 30 books, he finally receives nearly $3000 from his royalties every month. And at this time, he is just sitting back while we are still working 9 hours a day. So you see, passive income is not about getting rich quick. It is not about getting easy money. It is about how to generate income systems. Is it safe to retire and live on passive income? I would agree that living on passive income seems to be a bit risky. But when even giant companies are retrenching their workforce, do you think there are any "securities" anymore in our world today. Regardless on whether you are living on a secured paycheck or uncertain passive income source, the secret is on diversification. Do not put all your eggs in the same basket. Create multi-source income as much as you can. Write books, invest in other people business, invest on real-estate, build a blog and sell it at Sitepoint, do whatever needs to be done but the bottom line is, diversify your income streams. How do I start? Two main challenges for people starting to build passive income are: Lack of time Lack of capital The good news is, in this information age you can do lots of thing on a computer connected to the Internet. There are many services and genuine business opportunities in the Internet you can promote to generate passive income. You can invest as little as two hours a day. Although it will take time to grow, with only two hours a day it will be something doable as long as you are consistent and persistent. Furthermore, with lots of free services in the Internet, your capital investment will also be very minimal. In a nutshell, here is the sequence on how to generate passive incomes so that you can have an early and peaceful retirement: Get a powerful lead generation system - The lead generation system that you choose, should be one that can give passive leads with the most minimal investment. Build leads - Once you have your lead generation system, it is time to build your leads. This is where most of your daily two hours investment will go. Don't get me wrong. You are not going to meet people and promote yourself. But instead you are going to write useful and informative article to publish on the Internet and get those people to subscribe to your mailing list. Get a good service or business opportunity to promote - Once you had built your list, then it is time to find a good business opportunity to promote. The key is to find a business opportunity that will give you a recurring income. Some examples are such as coaching service and subscription basis Internet tools. As long as people are using those services, you will have you income. Generate income - Finally, you will be receiving passive incomes from your earlier efforts and hard works. Furthermore invest in passive income - Now that you have extra capital, you can venture out of the online world. Learn how to be an investor and start to invest in multiple areas. Finally it will come to a day, where you can quit your 8 to 5 jobs and live on passive income.
Article Source: http://www.articlesbase.com/wealth-building-articles/how-to-retire-early-by-generating-passive-income-sources-660907.html
About the Author:Smart people always put effort in developing income generation system and not merely immediate cash. Most of us will not deny the wealth that we see others enjoy. We sometime wonder how these people can get into such a pleasurable level of status that we do not even dream of. We wonder how come we work hard all our life and we have not achieved much no matter either materialistically or spiritually. In this article, we will find the secret that makes thousands if not million of people get as much wealth as they want. It was proven to be the effective method and we can also be the ones to utilize and enjoy the result of it.The three steps that you can practice here will help to get you want include:1. You visualize what you want. You see yourself as you already own it. If you want money, make a cheque that has the exact number of the amount you want. Carry it around and pick it up to take a look every time you have a chance. If you want a big house, take a picture of your dream house and put it on the wall in front of your working desk. Visualize yourself and your family live in this lovely house. See you and your family plan have a picnic party at the backyard of your house. What are you going to do in the pool that you have beside it? See it as it is happening now. If you want a car, take a picture of the model you want. Choose the color that you like most. Keep the picture to see every time you have the opportunity. Visualize yourself drive this car around. How far you are going to drive this car? Feel the power of the engine. Feel the comfort you have while driving. See it and feel it as it is happening right now in front of you. When you visualize, your subconscious mind will response to it. Brant, who works for Chrysler, decided to give his collection of spare pennies, nickels and dimes to his wife, Judy.
No, dear bloggers, Brant did not deposit his spare change periodically in a high-yield online savings account. He kept it in piggy banks and old cans and jugs. We don't know how he is paying the balance owed on the truck, but we know he could have paid the entire amount and had lots left over if he had deposited or invested the money and let compound interest work for him. (You may even be speculating that Brant could be living comfortably -- in retirement -- if he had different personal-finance habits.)
That apparently isn't Brant's way. He bought himself a truck and his wife a car 13 years ago, again with accumulated spare change. His unusual savings plan was noted by readers of the Journal and Courier of Lafayette, Ind. "If anything, the longer he held this change with 0 interest, he was potentially losing money," a reader names "Zoso" commented. Reader "lillyalex2003" said maybe Brant's method works best for him. "I think the point should be that this gentlemen knew he wanted a truck and saved for it, whatever the method, and was able to pay for a good portion of it."

Fear can play a role in many factors. One of the most obvious fears is fear of failure. So many people are so afraid of failing at something that they literally give up opportunity to gain financially. Most of the time it is simply the failing not the actual outcome of the failing that they are afraid of. If someone is thinking of a project and they are afraid to fail, the best thing they could do is ask themselves, what is the worst case scenario? If I do this opportunity, what is the worst thing that could happen?
When they have come up with the worst possible out come they should ask themselves, could I live with that? If yes, then there is no reason not to try. Some people fear what others think of them so much that they will not take the first steps toward financially freedom. They say to themselves, "what will my family (or friends, or associates, or neighbors, etc.) think of me if I fail?" No one can please everyone all the time, the one's who try, end up living in a state of contradiction, because no one thinks or feels the same all the time. There is no possible way to make everyone happy with you.
There is no point in caring what others think. Some people actually fear success. They fear the accountability they will be under if they succeed. They fear what others might expect of them and that they might not be able to continue to perform. This fear is something that those people just have to get past and realize with more wealth comes more responsibility. As you succeed you will be able to handle more and more stewardship. Some people fear losing money. They have a misconception that there is a limited amount of wealth in the world and if they are able to get a hold of some they can't let it go because there is not enough to go around. This fear creates a contradiction in their minds, because ther fear of losing money hinders them from gaining money. They want to do things that will gain them more money but at the same time refuse to do those things because they fear they might lose what they have. These people need to understand that money and wealth is so abundant in the world that they don't need to
worry about losing it. If they educate themselves on how money works, they can actually create money anytime they need it. The fear of losing money goes away because if they lose what they have they can always get more.
One of my favorite stories is of Donald Trump. At one point in his life he was walking on the street with his wife and pointed to a bum on the street. He then said to his wife, "that bum is a billion dollars more rich than we are." At that point Trump could have let his fear of those he owed money ruin him from rebuilding his empire. Instead Trump faced his fears and went to the very people he owed money to. He brain stormed and came up with plans to pay back his debtors and to again be wealthy. Because he chose to not give into his fears, he is again worth billions instead of owing billions. This is not to say that fear will ever go away. There are challenges for everyone at every level of success and wealth. But those that are successful choose not to give into their fear and move on despite their fear.
What would have happened if George Washington would have given into his fear and not lead the fight in the Revolutionary War? What if the Founding Fathers had given into their fears of the British threats when they signed the Declaration of Independence? What would the world be like if the first computer builders were to afraid of what people would think about a room size calculator? What would the world be like if Einstein cared about what others thought about him being kicked out of school? Fear is one of the greatest reasons people choose not to be wealthy. The rich have fear, but they don't let it stand in their way. Anyone who wants to be rich needs to get past their fears and live a life of courage.

About the Author
Christopher Anderson is part owner of Lone Peak Business Solutions, Inc. These funds have been in existence since the 1960's, and so named because they were established originally in the island tax havens of the Caribbean and the English Channel. The term 'Offshore' has since come to mean any jurisdiction, wherever geographically located, which is advantageously different from one's own domestic financial environment.

Advantages

The advantages take a number of forms: a tax free, or 'tax-lite' regime, which reduces the costs on the fund making increased performance achievable, and a less restrictive regulatory environment. Assets can be held in confidence, and the timing of tax payments, and mitigation of the rate at which they are levied can be managed by investing offshore.

Offshore funds offer eligible investors significant tax benefits compared to many high tax jurisdictions such as the United States and the European Union. However, where funds are repatriated to high tax jurisdictions, they are usually taxed at normal rates as foreign arising income.

Many of these tax-haven locations are considered investor friendly and are internationally regarded as financially secure.

Confidentiality
While conceding the need for greater degrees of co-operation with onshore authorities, the offshore centers' tradition of protecting investors' privacy still persists. If they are implementing measures necessary to maintain a reputation for profit, on money laundering for example, and if they are co-operative when there is evidence of criminal activity, they will nevertheless actively resist any attempts at "fishing expeditions" on the part of onshore tax authorities.

Returns and Volatility
In addition to operating in a benign tax environment, offshore funds have the opportunity to further increase their returns through exposure to a wider range of asset classes. It is an accepted principle that diversity can better balance an investor's portfolio and reduces its volatility. By spreading investment around different financial centers, not only are diversity increased, but exposure to different market conditions and investment styles are brought into the mix as well.

Although most offshore jurisdictions permit funds to obtain licenses to operate as public funds, the onerous regulatory requirements associated with such licenses usually means that only a small minority of offshore funds is available for subscription by the general public. This may be far fetched but for $30 thought I would try it out. So I purchased two units. Here is the lowdown on the program, basically you put $30.00 in a savings account, that will turn it into $12,500.
I know, I know you are thinking it is a reverse pension plan but it isn't according the website, have a look at the website and if you decide to persue this opporunity please use me Brenda Hirsch as a referral, one gets 50 dollars per person that signs up.

ThirtyDollarUnit uses two payment processors AlertPay and SolidTrustPay. My experience with STP is excellent, as for AlertPay I have not used it very much.

From the website in bold:

TDU, however will payout when the minimum of 30,000 units are reached. Our last cycle took us FOUR months, with all of our members from that cycle purchasing again. The one thing that is different about this cycle from our last, is that the last cycle was on a company to client basis. Meaning if we didn't invite you there was a process that had to be passed.
