5 Steps to Turn Fear of the Future into Multi-Million Dollar Profits

Fear of the recession will cause more businesses to fail than will the actual economic reality.
To root out fear in your path to success, just follow these five steps:

1) Make a complete list of all business goals, no matter how big or unrealistic they may be.

2) Write a short statement about each of one, and why the company has not yet attained it.

3) Now ask what disguised fear hides within the story? Is it, for example, procrastination, doubt, or confusion? Whatever it is, reduce the fear to a single word to clearly identify and label it.

4) Next to that word, write a statement about why it is false. Use bullet points to reinforce the fact that the fear is unwarranted and an irrational, imaginary stumbling block.

5) Finally, write down the steps needed to reach each goal, including the people, resources, education and training, or whatever else is needed to make them happen.

Then go out and fearlessly reach those goals, not hampered by the illusion of business fear.

To train your mind to make the best decision every time, get into the habit of noticing every choice you make – even if it only involves what color of shirt you plan to wear. Practice taking control of those decisions and recognizing new options.

Next, write down your goals and dreams. Each time you make a choice – about anything large or small – first ask yourself “How will this decision help me get closer to my goal?”
Then begin journaling your successes. Write down at least three personal or professional victories each day.

Soon you’ll see small choices grow into tremendous positive life changes and little victories breed great success and the fulfillment of your dreams in both your personal and professional life.

So you want to succeed in business. In order to succeed you must first be able to trust that you can.

Trust is a word that has been thrown around a lot in terms of business development. Arguably it has even lost some of its power and meaning because of overuse.

Nonetheless, Trust is step number one. Here's why?

Trust is believing wholeheartedly in something or someone. In order to succeed in business you must trust that:

A) It is possible for you to succeed.
B) That you will take direct action to succeed.

If you don't trust that you can truly succeed at business, you will never put in all the effort that is required to succeed. In other words, if you don't believe it will happen it won't - self-fulfilling prophecy.

And, if you don't trust that you will do what is necessary to make the success happen, you are giving yourself a pre-frame that you will fail - again a self-fulfilling prophecy.

So, trust that the universe is abundant and wants you to succeed, and trust that you will do what is needed to gain that success.
