At the price of $15.00, I would rate this as an average product. I find it hard to imagine that this was originally $34.00.

Also, the name "Shanny" is not anywhere on the packaging. The box says "Distributed by RICH ON INC. L.A. CA 90023"

The case is about 6" x 3". It helps to know the actual size of the item. I imagined it to be larger.

Pros:

>The collection of colors is good...classic earth tones as well as purples, pinks, and a few blues. Nothing extremely bright or garish.

>The case has a magnetic closure which seems to be very sturdy.

>The size is good for travel and will fit in many purses.

>There's a small mirror. It's where the black square is in the photo.

Cons:
>The case is clearly plastic/vinyl. It's not black, as shown. It's gray with silver stripes. And it's certainly not leather.

>The eyeshadows appear larger in the picture, but they are each smaller than a dime.

>The 2 applicators are not a high quality. The foam tips will fall off the plastic sticks in no time.

>I see no reason for 6 brown eyeshadows that are so close in color you can't tell them apart.

Would I buy it again? At $15 I would, but not for anything higher.

My Mother's makeup looked flawless and I had to ask what new product she was using. She gave me her partially used 50ml No. 23 Natural Beige tube. Since then, I've been very satisfied with the result.

Easy to apply. A small amount goes a long way and gives a smooth finish. It does a great job covering my blemishes that darkened after my pregnancies. Minimizes the look of pores too.

I have combination skin so I use Olay Regenerist serum, followed by Obagi Sun Screen, then the Missha M Perfect Cover BB Cream. The make up stays put, all day. It feels like it has a primer in it so now I don't have to spend another $40 on primer. A light dusting of loose facial powder and it's done.

This is a waste of money, don't bother. It doesn't fit properly behind your lashes and when you try to put on mascara the wand just slides around on the shield, not coating your lashes. You can hold a piece of tissue under/behind your eyelashes and get at least as good of a result as using this thing, actually probably a better result. Don't waste your money. I wanted to like this mascara. I really, really did. After all, $30 is more than I'd usually spend and i bought into the marketing hype of the little round wand... Unfortunately, this was the porcupine of all mascara brushes. I stabbed myself every time I tried to use this. And it hurt. A lot. These things are abnormally spikey. But let's say that I have the shakes, and no one else has ever poked their eye, ever, with a mascara wand. I'd still give it 1 star. I had raccoon eyes within 2 hours, and washing it off is the hardest thing ever. I looked like I got beat with a tire iron after showering and washing my face for 5 minutes straight. Also, it was sticky and NEVER dried after putting it on. My lashes clumped, and were a constant sticky mess. Maybe I had a faulty tube, or maybe it is just a sucky, overpriced product. Once you buy an angled eye liner brush, you'll never want to use a straight one again. It's very convenient - I can actually see what I'm doing!! And the taupe color is phenomenal - I have fair skin and blue eyes, and the mid-brown (slightly darker than the online photos I've seen) isn't too harsh while still emphasizing my eyes.
