How do I register Paragon Hard Disk Manager I bought with MakeUseOf points?

I traded a few hundred of my accumulated MakeUseOf points for the Paragon Hard Disk Manager, but once installed could find no way to enter the product key or the serial number in order to register the full program in my name.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

What’s the best wireless adapter for my desktop PC?

I purchased a tower AMD quad system in October 2012 specifically to use for creating graphics and 3D content for online gaming and virtual world environments. At the time I had my own direct cable connection at my studio so had a solid fast high speed connection. I’ve recently relocated and now have net access via a Wi-Fi router located maybe 60 feet from my studio space. I get a fairly consistent strong connection on my laptop which has an internal Wi-Fi chip.

I need to purchase a powerful Wi-Fi adapter (probably one with antenna) for the tower since it doesn’t have any wireless connectivity (just the Ethernet port). I will eventually be getting a direct Internet line but in the meanwhile I need a wireless adapater that works with the Wi-Fi router.

I’d appreciate suggestions on what adapters work best, I want: solid and reliable high-speed connection for heavy online interactive gaming graphics, an easy install (USB even?) and good value.

Why does my wife’s iPhone 4 speaker stop working after a full battery discharge?

My wife has a horrible habit of allowing the battery in her iPhone 4 fully discharge. Just recently (in the last week or so) she has noticed that after charging the phone again the external speaker doesn’t work properly. Pre-installed tones work, but game sounds and music don’t. Also the volume slider doesn’t show when music is playing and volume keys wont work.

We have tried soft resets, erasing settings, changing settings and basically everything I can think of short of a full factory reset. The problem resolves it’s self after a few hours, but is annoying nonetheless. While the speaker isn’t working she can listen to music and other sounds by plugging headphones in.

Hey guys i have a strange problem with my Chrome when i play videos on you tube. It doesn’t crash but when I play a video it stops buffering some times others it starts playing from the beginning and some other times it stops at the middle of a video and ends it as if the video ends here !

I want to convert my existing installation to secure boot without the hassle of reinstalling everything. There are 4 partitions: 150GB (Windows partition), 50GB, 250GB, and the “reserved” 100MB partition, none of them are locked. LG has launched the Google Nexus 4 16GB @ Rs. 25, 990/= and Panasonic has launched the P51 for Rs. 26,900/=. Which one will you think India will warm up to and adapt? Hi,

So I built my computer with only an SSD (smart right?). Now, I want to migrate the User folder and the two Program Files folders onto a new hard drive. How could I go about doing this?

Reinstalling Windows is an option, but it will be a last-resort. I want to keep only my operating system on the SSD, while keeping everything else on the new hard drive.

I upgraded my Samsung GT S5360 Android version to Jelly Bean. After the installation the SIM is no longer working, even if it is inserted I do not get any signal. Will restoring the previous version of Android fix this? What might the problem be?

How can I play the latest Need for Speed on Android from external memory?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus Android phone. I downloaded an .APK file of the Need for Speed game. SD card data for this game is about 1GB. I downloaded it from my PC, but because my phone’s internal memory is 1GB I placed game data on the external memory card (16GB) of that game folder.

Then I run the .APK file, but it is not getting that data. It starts to download data again. Is there anyway I can use the SD card for the game data?
