Hello there,

As the title says, Can Earning Nickels And Dimes Add Up To Big Money?

Well there seems to be mixed reviews about this type of business
model. I think if your only goal is to make "the big money"
then all you have to do is sell 1 product a year, yup just one a year…

For a million dollars. This way you will be earning a million dollars
a year, simple right?

Ok, so this example is quite extreme however, if you can market
several high quality products that will appeal to the masses and if
these are set up on an "Auto-pilot" system then eventually a
couple of things will happen.

1. You will be earning consistently your "Nickels And
Dimes" that are adding up to the big money. AND

2. You are helping a lot more people. Because a lot more people can
afford five-bucks for quality software and training Ebooks that are
selling elsewhere for $47.00 to $67.00 (or more).

As you come in contact with more people that are now becoming
customers of yours, you are building a network of people that, if you
maintain contact with them, like through a mailing list, you could be
looking at massive returns in the future with Joint Venture Opportunities.

Try to remember what it was like when you first started in your
online marketing career. Either you were lucky enough to find excellent
free information and/or locate high quality software and training ebooks
and videos for very little outlay.

Or you didn’t and sure wished you would have.

Well put yourself in the shoes of the "Newbies".

For me, I feel better about myself (and my bank balance) when I can
help a lot of people by providing you with free and helpful advice, tips
and tutorials as well as selling you high quality software, videos and
ebooks for any budget.

Here is a way to add those all important nickels and dimes
to your bank account.

Now this method will work even better for you if you have
items listed on EBay and/or if you have an EBay store of some kind.

If you sell on EBay, you probably know that when you sell
an item you are charged a fee based on what the item sold for. This method
will help reduce that fee by as much as 75%.

I’m talking about the EBay Affiliate Program. I try and
have my EBay listings and Store listings advertised on all my websites and
if you look over to the right side of this blog you will see it there. Now
If you do not sell anything on EBay, no big deal. You can still promote
other peoples listings and get a percentage of the EBay fees as an EBay
Affiliate.

If you refer people to Fergie’s
Hummer or some Rolex
Watches being sold on EBay and they buy, well those nickels and dimes
will add up MUCH quicker.

Louis Allport Membership Site Update

Hey There,

Well its time for the latest update on what’s
up with the Louis Allport Members Site.

In my last notice to you I mistakenly said that the latest
product would be released that day – Monday August 13th…and you would be
hearing from me within a day or two on how you could get your hands on it.

Well that was only partially true.

The product "Internet Business Plans Revealed -
Volume 1" was made available, but the marketing tools would be
made available "in a couple of days".

Well that was more than a week ago and still no word on the
marketing tools. Remember also that this is Julys product that was due out in
July.

I received a reply from Louis yesterday (August 20th) regarding
my concern saying that "I’m quite behind on a number of projects and am furiously working throughout August to hopefully get caught up.

I’ll update the Reprint Rights Every Month members area to let members know that both new products will be added at the end of this month. It’s taking longer than hoped to finalize the new marketing materials and members area, but both products and the site will go fully live for members at the end of this month.

Then the most difficult task is over, so as much as possible I’ll be adding two new products a month."

So I just wanted you to know that I had not forgotten about you,
and that as soon as I receive more information I will pass it on. Hopefully I
can get you access to Julys Product very soon. Thank you so much for your
patience.

Back in March 2007, about the same time he told everyone that he
was closing the doors to his Reprint Rights Every Month membership site and that
a "new more exciting – more expensive
membership site would be opening in its place, so subscribe and recruit new
members now at the current low membership fees" Louis
was talking about another benefit to his subscribers called
FreeVideoCoaching.com.

Here is a section of the message I received from Louis back on
March 31st 2007:

…One reason is I’ve been thinking long and hard about what
useful content I can regularly send you for free, to say
Thank You for being a subscriber.

Well, I’m almost ready to start sending you this valuable
and 100% exclusive free content – you’ll begin to receive
it in around two weeks time and I’ll send you more details
nearer the time. It’s great stuff I promise.

I’m sure it will be "great
stuff" coming from Louis Allport. I have always like the information
contained in Louis’ "stuff", it has always been very high
quality.

So, since "2 weeks" have come
and gone several times since I received this message, I asked Louis about the
FreeVideoCoaching.com site and its release date. He had this to say:

"And regarding the free content, I was hugely over optimistic in that email and I’m now getting caught up with it. I haven’t actually sent an email since then since my focus has been servicing my existing customers. Basically, hopefully very shortly FreeVideoCoaching.com will launch. I’ll send an update email to subscribers once it’s
ready".

With that definite maybe, I will be
looking forward to getting my hands on that
"great stuff".

Louis Allports Decides Not To
"Retire" Products

Hello,

Well its time for the latest update on what’s
up with the Louis Allport Members Site.

Some of you are aware and others are not,
that a couple of weeks ago Louis posted a notice on the internet and sent emails
to his customers that he was planning on "Retiring" most of his
reprint rights products around the end of this year.

Well that sent a bit of a shock wave
through the Internet Marketing Community.

Several of the Forums that I frequent lit
up like a Christmas Tree talking about why he was doing it, why he couldn’t do
it, how wrong it was and that he legally could not do it. Needles to say, there
was quite a bit of discussion going on about it.

I had talked to him during all this and
was told that with my Private Label Rights to these products, I nor my customers
would be affected by this at all…except that I would be hosting the
"streaming videos" on my server instead of his. This would not be any
big deal because he had told me that with the hundreds maybe thousands of people
with his videos hitting his website daily, they were using up about 10 Gigs of
bandwidth every day.

Granted, this is a bunch of bandwidth, but
the Web Hosting Company (here comes the shameless plug) I use 1
and 1 . com, gives me about ten times that amount for less than 10 bucks a
month plus a mess of other "bells & whistles".

Anyway, long story short…Louis, in true
Louis fashion, changed his mind and posted the following notice on the Internet:

Thank you for all
your feedback. Due to feedback received the content will definitely be kept
online – I am now looking into viable options and through ideas that have been
submitted to realistically keep the content online long term for resellers
without issue.

The content will not
be withdrawn for any resellers, however in the future it may be a potential
option that you can host the download pages and video/audio content directly
yourself.

This is not yet
decided but is one potential option to help ensure that in all circumstances the
content will remain online for you and your customers. Any such updates will be
detailed on this page.

So once again, all is quiet on the eastern front (western-if you
are one of my European Subscribers).

Louis sent me a notice late last week that the new Product would
be released on today (Monday 08-13-07) and as of this writing, It has not been

know more about my reviews and how you can pick one up yourself.

Create a folder on your computer (Desktop for example) and name it "HTML
Layout Ideas" or something like that. As you browse the Web, when you come across
a site that strikes you as interesting, take a look at the source code

and put your curser anywhere in the source code and while
holding down your control key (Ctrl) in the lower left corner of your keyboard,
press the "A" key (Ctrl+A) and this will highlight everything on the
page. Then (Ctrl+C) while holding down your control key again, only this
time you want to press the "C" key and this will copy everything that
was highlighted. Now you want to open a text editor and on a blank page (New)
hold down your control key and press the "V" key (Ctrl+V) and this
will paste what you just copied on to the blank page. Now you want to "Save
As". Give it what ever name you want to, but be sure it is something that describes
what you thought was so cool about the page ie: Scrolling header or Flashing
image. And make sure you end the name you give it with Dot HTML (.html). This
tells your text editor to save it as a web page not a text file. If it saves it
as a text file it may screw up the coding and it will look like a bunch of gibberish.

26 July 2007 – UPDATE: The brand new product

Hey there,

I hope your summer is going as well as you hoped it
would.

I live just outside of the Kansas City Missouri area (Central USA) and we have been
experiencing a roller coaster weather pattern here lately.

We had a killer frost in April, Monsoon style rain storms a few weeks ago 90 degree temps last week, and now its in
the 70’s for a high.

They say in Missouri that if you don’t like the weather…

give it an hour or so and it will change. Well I don’t know about the “hour or so” part, but it sure has gone
through some changes lately.

(Here comes the segway)

Much like Louis Allports Membership site.

Once again it will be changing.

This time, from a PLR Product Membership Site to a Drop shipping/Wholesale Site.

The great part about this change is that the products Louis is creating for the drop shipping
and wholesaling is going to be How-To Video Tutorials again!

Here is an excerpt from his most recent
email regarding the up-coming changes:

There are new permanent changes to the site
beginning this month. With these new permanent changes, the site will become
something very unique, that’s proving very popular from the feedback I’m
receiving, and should be very profitable for you.

The site will then publicly re-open in two or three months, but the price may be
up to $100 a month to new members, so please ensure your subscription is kept
active to keep the existing very low price.

To give you a quick idea of what you’ll begin having access to:

I’ll be creating very high quality CD and DVD products – video CD’s, playable
DVD’s, audio CD’s… that only you as an active member will have the right to
sell.

All the content will be very high quality, 100% exclusive, and highly saleable.

As an active member you’ll receive drop ship and wholesale rights to the new
products.

With these drop shipping and wholesale arrangements – I don’t take a cut, you
deal direct with the fulfillment company that I’ve set these products up with,
who handle everything for you very easily.

For drop-shipping, the product will be sent direct from the fulfillment company
to your customer.

For wholesale you can order small quantities of the product to store and then
send out yourself as you receive orders.

The prices are not 100% finalized yet, but to have a CD/DVD product drop-shipped
to your customer will cost around $6. Whereas each wholesale copy of a CD/DVD
will cost you around $2.

With drop shipping, you receive the money first from the customer, and only then
place the drop ship order to have the product sent to your customer. The lowest
recommended retail price for these products will be around $40, so you’ll make a
great profit with both the dropship and wholesale option.

If you want to purchase the products wholesale to increase your profits, you can
buy in small quantities of 10 or 20 if you like for around $2 per CD, but this
way you’ll have to keep the inventory yourself and send out the product yourself
as you receive orders.

Well….

I’m looking forward to seeing what the
first few products will be like.

He goes on to say that the first release

If you are tired of flipping back and forth between Internet
Explorer & Mozilla Firefox to make sure your new Website looks great in

8.0.4 of their
Browser. Just so you know, Netscape
has released version 9 of their browser, but the new version is not equipped

In the lower left corner of the version
8.0.4 Netscape Browser, is an
icon that you can click on to switch back and forth between Firefox &
Internet Explorer. This way you can see how your site looks in both browsers
while using only one.

IrfanView is a very fast, small, compact
and innovative free software good for beginners as well as seasoned
professionals.

It lets you to view, convert images to
other formats, optimize for web pages, scan and print, create slide shows, batch
processing of images, play sounds and many more features. An excellent tool to
work with your graphics.

Iâ€™m not that good with graphics, but
what I use IrfanView for mostly is resizing images or cropping just part of an
image to use on a webpage.

I sure hope the month of May has treated
you and yours well.

I hope you were able to join Louis
Allports old membership site prior to him closing it to new members and changing
the format to PLR products.

You will probably agree with me when I say
the PLR products just released are indeed of the high quality that I would
expect from Louis.

In the event you were unable to join his
membership site before he "closed the door", let me give you a quick
run down of what its about.

The content is very informative in a
step-by-step manner. The graphics are great, but I think there should be more of
a selection like what he provided with his "How-To Videos".

These PLR products COULD BE sold
as-is, (for personal use only) but
that would be a Louis Allport Product not your own unique product. I have
included an excerpt from the ”Introduction" Page of Louis new PLR Members
site. It covers the very restrictive rights to his PLR releases. These
restrictions will (provided they are adhered to and enforced) provide for a
higher & longer lasting value to each of your newly created
"unique" products that are generated from these PLR Products.

Introduction & Suggestions

With the Private Label Rights, you receive the source files to coaching
products and their related files.

The goal with these usage terms is to keep the value of the content for as
long as possible, without restricting you too much. Without restrictions though,

want all members to profit long term, and if anyone acts in a way that harms
that, we reserve the right to revoke the usage license and cancel their

Now I’m not a lawyer (nor did I sleep at a
Holiday Inn Express last night) , but I believe that as soon as you make "substantial"
changes to any PLR product, it is now YOUR product and what ever
restrictions you place on your new product is completely up to you.

I will be offering to you, my
"unique" products which are derived from Louis Allports PLR material,
as he releases them. He has said he will release a new PLR product twice a
month.

I will be making enough changes in the PLR
products that I will be able to provide you with resell rights and private label
rights so that you too will be able to make changes and "create" your
own unique product for resell.

The PLR that I will be offering will come
at a higher price than those with master resell rights, because of the
additional graphics and source codes that you will be getting. Not to worry
though, my definition of "higher price" is a few dollars – not an arm

Ok… I Have My List, Now What?

Here are seven ways to make money using nothing more than your list.

1) Place advertisements. There are many corporations who will be willing to pay to put their banners and ads on a list with many subscribers. Selling or renting out lists is not a good idea so rather than doing that, many companies would just rather place ads with lists that have a huge subscriber base. Your newsletter could be placed with many ads and each one spells money.

2) Have affiliations with other companies that have at least a semblance or relation to what your site is about. Here, other companies will provide links and brief descriptions of what they offer, products and services. With every click made on the link that directs or leads a subscriber from your list to their site, the company will pay you. This P4P or pay for performance.

3) Make deals with other companies by asking for a small percentage of sales done through your list. With every sale done by customers that have come from your list and have gone there because of your newsletter, the other company will pay you a small percentage of your sales. The more people who buys from them, the more earnings you get.

4) You may also get products from other sites on a consignment basis and sell them to your list via your newsletter. Place descriptions, articles and photos of the product in your newsletter. There will be those who will buy from you and when that happens, you can order the product from the other site and sell it to your buyer.

5) Sell e-books or a compilation of your articles on your list. Manuals and how-to articles are in great demand. Many people will be willing to shell out money to gain knowledge about a certain topic and subject. With your existing list trusting your expertise in that area, an e-book could be offered and sold or used as an incentive.

6) Create a network out of your list. Get people to invite more people to view your site and subscribe to your list. The larger your list is, the more people will be able to click on your links and affiliate links as well as make your advertisement rates higher.

7) Subscribers are willing to pay for information if they know that it can be trusted and relied upon. Use your list to get more and more people to subscribe to you as well as browse your site. Lastly, you can use your list to earn money by making them your partners. Your list will be the bloodline of your growth and
increase in business.

With the increase of Spam filters
making it more & more difficult for the email marketer to get his/her
message to their subscribers, many are also using the power of the web log or Blog
to get the messages out there.

In the next issue we will dive into starting your own Blog. This should tie in nicely
with Louis Allports first PLR release having to do with using the WordPress Blog
system.

Embedding
Affiliate Links In Your PDF’s

With
all the PLR products out there, it is important to be able to
"rebrand" them with your own contact information as well as your own
affiliate product links. It can be rather frustrating (and that’s being nice)
when you find out that some, if not all, of the links you just embedded in the
PDF are not turning out as you wanted them too.

Somehow
converting from a word document to the PDF, removes the affiliate link but the
URL is still intact.

Well,
here is what I do to insure the affiliate links remain…and it is a FREE tool.

It
is the "OpenOffice.Org" writer program. Over on the left panel of this
Newsletter, at the top of the page, you will see the link for OpenOffice.Org. It
is the totally FREE alternative to Microsoft’s Office Suite.

The
MS Word counterpart within the OpenOffice program is called "Writer".

When
you open your MS Word Document by using the OpenOffice Writer program, and then
you replace the existing URL links with your own and/or enter your affiliate
links throughout the document. You then click on the PDF Icon on the top toolbar
within "Writer" and within seconds you have a rebranded PDF.

Build
Relationships

This could
possibly be the single most deciding factor in the sales process. People

buy from people
they trust. Building a trust level with people takes time. They come

to know and
trust you from the correspondence they have with you, whether itâ€™s

email, phone
calls, or face-to-face meetings. The more contact you have with

someone, the
more you build up that trust level.

Building a
relationship is sometimes as easy as answering your email. When

someone sends
you a compliment, donâ€™t just hit the delete key, hit the reply button

and send them a
quick thank you and let them know you appreciate their

compliment. It
takes 60 seconds to say thank you and your small time investment is

paid back over
and over. People that you acknowledge often become your greatest

customers.

As I mentioned in the last issue of the newsletter, its time to
work on starting or growing you mailing list.

Try and keep in this in mind while you are building your list:

Continually build trust with your subscribers and customers with
quality content and
they will remain loyal subscribers. In some cases, your loyal subscribers will
help you
build your mailing list by telling others about it.

You can start or grow your list by doing several things:

1.Offer a free product of quality in exchange for a name and email address.
   a. You can place these offers in various high traffic areas such as…
       1.your thank you or download page of your sold products
       2.your “side panel” of your web pages
       3.on your About Me page on Ebay
       4. Create a PayPerClick ad on Google, MSN or Yahoo for
targeted traffic.

2.A perfect place, is to add a “verify page” to all your sold products.
(now this may not be the best thing to do with any Ebay listings,
since the added step required to receive the “Instant Download”
may reflect adversely in your feedback.)

A verify page is something that can be set up within most autoresponder
software. As soon as a payment is made the customer is sent to a
page that requires them to enter their name and email address for
“verification” before being sent to the Download Page.

This is also a great way to protect your products from would be thieves.
Most would be thieves would be scared off at the notion of providing their
name and email address to retrieve their il gotten gains.

3. A combination of these 2 ideas could be accomplished with an Ebay Classified Ad.
Here you can benefit from Ebays Massive traffic and for only $10.00 for a 30 day
ad, its priced right. Since with it being a classified ad and not being sold on
Ebay but rather advertised on Ebay, It cannot affect your Ebay feedback one
way or another.

and software that will be needed to start and grow your mailing list.

Why Can’t I Get Subscribers To Sign Up?

If a new visitor arrives at your site and is
immediately greeted with a pop-up asking him to
join your mailing list, before he has had a chance
to look around, the chances are that he will ignore it.
You need to give him a little time, maybe 30 seconds or more.

And then you need to give him a really strong
motivating reason to join.

Here is an example of a “Before” And “After” Popup Message,
which would you be drawn to?

The first popup said:

We will be adding more tips, product reviews and resources
to this site. If you would like to be kept informed please
join the mailing list.

Well that is not too inspiring and brought in few subscribers.

Here is the revised version

Would you like to:

1.Find out what’s going on at Clickbank
2.Hear about new ClickBank products
3.Get special deals on ClickBank products
4.See the latest tips and resources at this site

Then please sign up to our mailing list. It’s free and your
e-mail address will never be rented, traded or sold.

do send him to a thank you page. Don’t keep them guessing
whether the subscription worked or not.
