		<title>Snacking</title>
		<description>I felt more hungry than usual in between my meals yesterday so I snacked more than I should have. I bought a packet of almonds and ended up eating the whole packet throughout the day. That wasn't such a good decision :(

I tried the choc mint shake for breakfast. It was nice. It didn't taste powdery like some meal replacement shakes taste and it didn't leave a bad after-taste either.
