Priprema

Staviti zelatin u hladnu vodu da nabubri.
U dve posude istopiti belu i tamnu cokoladu, svaku sa 1 dcl. slatke pavlake. U istopljene cokolade dodati zelatin dobro izmesati da se zelatin istopi.

Priprema 
Krompire iseci na sto tanje kolutove i prodjati u nauljenu tepsiju. Posoliti i pobiberiti ih pa posuti izrendanim sirom i zaliti sa slatkom pavlakom.
