People that may be familiar with my other blog Innovation In Oil and Gas may know that I follow Professor Romer's new growth theory and have indeed renamed that project People, Ideas & Objects based on the criteria set out by Professor Romer.

He was talking about the value of an idea in modern commerce. The first idea that he says has substantial value is standardized coffee cup lids. Why stock 3 or 4 different sizes of coffee cup lids to accommodate different sizes of cups, why not standardize on one lid? The other idea he suggested that has substantial value in the podcast was oral re-hydration therapy. Suggesting that the idea alone has saved countless lives of children all over the world. When kids get sick with diarrhea they need a specially prepared solution to maintain their hydration. He also suggested that it was a method of hydration that can be used in instances where an intravenous can not be established, or is unavailable.

So I was thinking I would try this out to see what would happen. So I mixed some up and at first tastes "heavy". Hence the name that I have called it. It seemed to cut down on the volume of water I was taking and therefore I began thinking that maybe on a long term basis oral re-hydration therapy would provide some value to growing back your hair. What could be wrong with that? Well a couple of things. Heavy water has an enormous amount of salt and an even much larger volume of pure sugar. Taking it on a long term basis would inevitably lead to some kind of health issues, at least logic would indicate so.

Therefore for the past year I have been drinking approximately 2 - 4 8 oz. glasses of heavy water per day. Balancing my morning and evening consumption. Now that doesn't seem like a lot, however, just in the last four months I have ingested 1 Kg of salt and 8 Kg of sugar in just heavy water. That is not including any of the salt and sugar that otherwise sneaks into your daily consumption. That has to be too much for the body to handle. Well as I suggested in my recent post I had completed some extensive blood tests in early August 2008.

And the results were surprising. The only changes were improvements. Firstly I have lost over 30 pounds in the last year. My blood pressure has been consistently lower, although there are times when too much heavy water can influence your blood pressure, this is easily controlled by scaling back for a number of days. My cholesterol level which has a component of sugar ingested reflected in the triglycerides, was down by 5%, with my triglycerides down by 32.4%. Blood sugar on a fasting basis remained in the middle of the scale. This is important as the fasting test determines the blood sugar levels on a long term basis. And lastly my potassium levels were sitting right in the middle of the range of acceptable readings.

What are the benefits. The sugar seems to get deep into the muscles and as such your physical endurance is higher. Noticeably so when climbing stairs and such. This increase in strength also disappears if you are unable to maintain the heavy water. The most immediate benefit is the reduction of the water consumption on a daily basis. I can achieve the same coolness with 2 - 4 glasses of heavy water and 4 - 5 liters of regular warm water that I was able to with up to 12 liters of water.

How can you get some of this heavy water? Simple make some at home for yourself. But first with all things medical, check with your doctor before trying any of the ideas contained within this blog. The formula is on the Internet in many forms and can be Google'd very easily. I have found that making up a large batch is the best for me. Generally I have 4 liter water jugs that I put 1 Tablespoon and one Teaspoon of salt and 10 Tablespoons and 2 Teaspoons of sugar in. One of the important criteria is that the sugar must not be melted with warm water, but should be dissolved in cold. Turning the sugar from a dissolved to melted state, or caramelized, will not work. Shake it up and you'll be good for a few weeks.

The only difference from the method mentioned in Wikipedia. Is that I am modifying the use of Oral Re-hydration Therapy to be a long term solution. As this research is relatively new, there is not much information about its use on a long term basis. My use of the term "heavy water" is best defined as "Long Term - Oral Re-Hydration Therapy". The effect that this application of Oral Re-Hydration Therapy is to eliminate the effects of what I would call systemic de-hydration leading to overheating and subsequently hair loss.
I have quietly gone about this research on my own to ensure that the implications of the changes are positive. I have now had a comprehensive blood test done to confirm that the effect is positive. Now that does not mean that they will be positive for everyone, as always, discuss these with your own Doctor.
The file is from the Centre for Disease Control and the Alzheimer's Associating and is entitled "The Healthy Brain Initiative, A National Public Health Road Map to Maintaining Cognitive Health".

The file takes the idea that the human brain may not be as 'plastic' as first thought. The Sun can create a situation where if you get too much sun on your head it can create the same overheating conditions that an individual who is systemically overheating will realize. Recall the key thing we are attempting to achieve here is the cooling of the body so that excess heat is not "vented" to the atmosphere through the persons head, this being the primary and only reason for male pattern baldness.

The problem with keeping the hat off and the sun away is something that needs to be considered by those that are following this treatment. With the sun burn overheating that I experienced this past week, I came up with a solution that could help eliminate the temporary overheating due to sun exposure. By simply running a face cloth under cold water, wringing it and placing it on ones head, helps to cool the head if you are overheating from a sunburn. You may also consider doing this in private, but that's entirely up to you.

One quick note, this is very effective and I think that it may be a helpful interim step in getting the hair to start growing faster. That is to say that the head being systemically overheated may also benefit from a cold compress on the head. Try it out. I can assure that it won't hurt.

Technorati Tags: hAirGAIN, Treatment, Changes, Process, Discovery

The facts of the case are now in and I have determined that the wearing of a hat contributes to hair loss.

We all know the type of individual that wears a hat every minute of every day. These people will have to limit the use of their head gear if they want to regrow their hair. That is to say for other then those periods of times when a hat istruly needed. Like watching a sporting event in the middle of the afternoon in summer, or appropriate head gear in case its cold out. The top of many of these peoples heads have not seen the light of day for many years and they should be particularly concerned about the risk of overexposure to the sun. I can remember the first spring that I had finally lost enough of my hair that it was a concern for me to ensure that I did not get burnt. I was hitting a bucket of balls in mid May for about an hour. I got so burnt that it took weeks for the pain to subside. I soon learned that 30 weight sun blocker, generously applied, worked the best. So be forewarned.

I would also suggest that the majority of the people that are wearing hats are using them to conceal the fact that they have hair loss. In this case the cover up is the cause of baldness and if they want to reverse the loss and regrow their hair, they need to take care to ensure they don't get sun burnt. What is happening is the heat from the body is being concentrated under the hat and the excess heat is causing the hairprotein to degrade. In many instances "ball cap" baldness is different from the majority of people who experience baldness without the hat, theirs is a steady decline in all of their hair, whereas, "ball cap" baldness is noted by some unaffected areas contrasted by otherwise complete obliteration of the hair.

The removal of these otherwise fixed ball caps will not reverse the problem and regrow the hair. They must also apply the other components of this treatment to ensure they regrow the hair. My suspicion is, however, that "ball cap" baldness would be reversed very quickly as a result.

Technorati Tags: hAirGAIN, Treatment, Treatment-Risk, Discovery, Results

Recall that a review of the science around cancer is something that I am attempting to get a handle on to see if there is a tie in to what we are doing in this research. This research is ongoing and very controversial, therefore the more time that is spent the better in getting the next step right.

First article is from nature.com and is to do with the number of genes within the human genome that are now being identified as carcinogenic. The question then needs to be asked how many of these genes cells are removed from the body through Apoptosis. Is hydration a system of the body that deals with the inherent instability of the genome?

The second article is from National Geographic News and states the impact evolution plays on the human genome, and the heightened pace of evolution. It states that the speed of evolution is accelerating through viruses and bacteria that cause the genome to evolve. It also notes that some of the evolution of the human genome is influenced by other species DNA. This is maybe implicitly understood in that eating beef that has been exposed to Bovine Spungaform Encephalopathy (BSE) will lead to disease within humans.

Technorati Tags: hAirGAIN, Cancer, Changes, Discovery, Apoptosis, Results

Nasty stuff that heat, particularly when it is venting through you. By cold I mean a head cold / flu bug has struck me for the past week. There has been a number of days in which I have been waking in the morning and seem to be relatively dehydrated. It would appear the elevated temperature of a mild fever has pushed more fluid outside of me during my sleep.

As a result I have had to increase my intake of warm water to compensate for the increased level of dehydration, particularly first thing in the morning. Instead of having only 3 litres of water ingested by noon, I need almost 6 litres to achieve hydration. I have less difficulty through the day however, the amount of extra water would only be about a litre. Then just after diner I need to increase my hydration by almost 4 litres whereas 2 litres would have been adequate.

I have also noticed that 2 of my research candidates have the same cold. The fever causing them to go in shirt sleeves only. Allowing themselves to overheat and hence loose the benefits that I have noted here on Mammals Shed. So, to alter the treatment slightly, one will need to have may 3 - 4 additional litres of water per day to maintain hydration. Secondly ensure, although the over heating is not comfortable, that you maintain your ability to overcome the weather or your environment such that your body won't feel the heat or cold through your clothing insulation layers.

Technorati Tags: hAirGAIN, Treatment, Process, Changes, Results

One of curiosity and disbelief mostly, but one that is clearly aimed to the top of my head. I would say there is now 100% concurrence with anyone and everyone that I meet that my hair is growing back. They can see the tangible evidence and they are surprised, and at the same time somewhat relieved that I am not completely crazy.

I currently have all the hair on my head, however, some of it remains in the initial stages of growth, and some has developed fully. It is amazing to see, but what I particularly enjoy is the wind and the air-conditioning that is felt in this former dead zone.

My treatment continues on with no other major changes. Painless is painless, and Arachnid is showing definite signs of improvement of his Psoriasis. I would say 50% of the Psoriasis is gone and is clearing almost completely from his hands. So good progress all around on these three fronts.

I am currently reviewing the next step in this business process of releasing these results. Although I am actively blogging, this is more for the point to secure the intellectual property. To announce these results and take the next step into the public is the biggest step for this so far. I don't want to make any mistakes so I'll be taking my time. Until then, I'll be writing what I can.

Technorati Tags: hAirGAIN, Candidate, Changes, Results, Treatment

Going back to Arthritis and the determination if the cure for Arthritis is cleared through Apoptosis or Necrosis from the joint with enhanced hydration, or, did the enhanced hydration create a buffer zone of extra fluid that created a "shock absorber" action in the joint. My conclusion is the Arthritis question is determined through a recent Psoriasis test I did. The results of the test prove to me that Psoriasis is "stuck" on the skin like Arthritis is "stuck" in the joints. The normal pathway's of Apoptosis is incomplete without the adequate hydration.

I did this test by creating a situation where I would sweat significantly while I was sleeping. The ability of my body to discharge the heat and moisture was focused on my head. The area around the back of my head, as a result, became prolific in terms of the Psoriasis that I usually manage a mild case of. The Psoriasis had built up where the most amount of sweating occurred. And, in an area that had previously been free of Psoriasis.

This I can then relate to both Arthritis and Psoriasis being attributable to the normal Apoptosis pathway being encumbered by the lack of adequate hydration.

I will wait until Arachnid can definitively declare that his Psoriasis is clearing, and then will report the results here. This I think is a major finding, a logical conclusion to the breakdown in the functioning of the pathways of Apoptosis, insufficient volumes of hydration to fuel the cells removal from the body.

Technorati Tags: Arthritis, Psoriasis, hAirGAIN, Cancer, Discovery, Treatment, Apoptosis

I had an Arthritis and Psoriasis sufferer sign up in this program to try the treatment. For lack of a better name lets call him Arachnid. This year I am extending the tradition to me two new blogs.

The writing that I have selected for this year is Ambraham Lincoln. A writing that was prepared for the president at his funeral.

From RWE.org - The Complete Works of Ralph Waldo Emerson - Volume XI - Miscellanies (1884)
Contributed by Ralph Waldo Emerson
XV
ABRAHAM LINCOLN

REMARKS AT THE FUNERAL SERVICES HELD IN CONCORD, APRIL 19, 1865

" NATURE, they say, doth dote,
And cannot make a man
Save on some worn-out plan,
Repeating us by rote:
For him her Old-World moulds aside she threw,
And, choosing sweet clay from the breast
Of the unexhausted West,
'With stuff untainted shaped a hero new,
Wise, steadfast in the strength of God, and true.
How beautiful to see
Once more a shepherd of mankind indeed,
Who loved his charge, but never loved to lead;
One whose meek flock the people joyed to be,
Not lured by any cheat of birth,
But by his clear-grained human worth,
And brave old wisdom of sincerity!
They knew that outward grace is dust;
They could not choose but trust
In that sure-footed mind's unfaltering skill,
And supple-tempered will
That bent, like perfect steel, to spring again and thrust.

Nothing of Europe here,
Or, then, of Europe fronting mornward still,
Ere any names of Serf and Peer
Could Nature's equal scheme deface; . .
Here was a type of the true elder race,
And one of Plutarch's men talked with us face to face."
LOWELL, Commemoration Ode.

ABRAHAM LINCOLN

WE meet under the gloom of a calamity which darkens down over the minds of good men in all civil society, as the fearful tidings travel over sea, over land, from country to country, like the shadow of an uncalculated eclipse over the planet. Old as history is, and manifold as are its tragedies, I doubt if any death has caused so much pain to mankind as this has caused, or will cause, on its announcement ; and this, not so much because nations are by modern arts brought so closely together, as because of the mysterious hopes and fears which, in the present day, are connected with the name and institutions of America.

In this country, on Saturday, every one was struck dumb, and saw at first only deep below deep, as he meditated on the ghastly blow. And perhaps, at this hour, when the coffin which contains the dust of the President sets forward on its long march through mourning states, on its way to his home in Illinois, we might well be silent, and suffer the awful voices of the time to thunder to us. Yes, but that first despair was brief: the man was not so to be mourned. He was the most active and hopeful of men; and his work had not perished: but acclamations of praise for the task he had accomplished burst out into a song of triumph, which even tears for his death cannot keep down.

The President stood before us as a man of the people. He was thoroughly American, had never crossed the sea, had never been spoiled by English insularity or French dissipation ; a quite native, aboriginal man, as an acorn from the oak ; no aping of foreigners, no frivolous accomplishments, Kentuckian born, working on a farm, a flatboatman, a captain in the Black Hawk War, a country lawyer, a representative in the rural legislature of Illinois ;- on such modest foundations the broad structure of his fame was laid. How slowly, and yet by happily prepared steps, he came to his place. All of us remember - it is only a history of five or six years - the surprise and the disappointment of the country at his first nomination by the convention at Chicago. Mr. Seward, then in the culmination of his good fame, was the favorite of the Eastern States. And when the new and comparatively unknown name of Lincoln was announced (notwithstanding the report of the acclamations of that convention), we heard the result coldly and sadly. It seemed too rash, on a purely local reputation, to build so grave a trust in such anxious times ; and men naturally talked of the chances in politics as in-calculable. But it turned out not to be chance. The profound good opinion which the people of Illinois and of the West had conceived of him, and which they had imparted to their col-leagues, that they also might justify themselves to their constituents at home, was not rash, though they did not begin to know the riches of his worth.'

A plain man of the people, an extraordinary fortune attended him. He offered no shining qualities at the first encounter ; he did not offend by superiority. He had a face and manner which disarmed suspicion, which inspired confidence, which confirmed good will. He was a man without vices. He had a strong sense of duty, which it was very easy for him to obey. Then, he had what farmers call a long head ; was excellent in working out the sum for him-self; in arguing his case and convincing you fairly and firmly. Then, it turned out that he was a great worker ; had prodigious faculty of performance ; worked easily. A good worker is so rare ; everybody has some disabling quality. In a host of young men that start together and promise so many brilliant leaders for the next age, each fails on trial ; one by bad health, one by conceit, or by love of pleasure, or lethargy, or an ugly temper, - each has some disqualifying fault that throws him out of the career. But this man was sound to the core, cheerful, persistent, all right for labor, and liked nothing so well.

Then, he had a vast good nature, which made him tolerant and accessible to all ; fair-minded, leaning to the claim of the petitioner ; affable, and not sensible to the affliction which the innumerable visits paid to him when President would have brought to any one else.' And how this good nature became a noble humanity, in many a tragic case which the events of the war brought to him, every one will remember; and with what increasing tenderness he dealt when a whole race was thrown on his compassion. The poor negro said of him, on an impressive occasion, " Massa Linkum am eberywhere."
Then his broad good humor, running easily into jocular talk, in which he delighted and in which he excelled, was a rich gift to this wise man. It enabled him to keep his secret; to meet every kind of man and every rank in society ; to take off the edge of the severest decisions ; to mask his own purpose and sound his companion ; and to catch with true instinct the temper of every company he addressed. And, more than all, it is to a man of severe labor, in anxious and exhausting crises, the natural restorative, good as sleep, and is the protection of the overdriven brain against rancor and in-sanity.

He is the author of a multitude of good sayings, so disguised as pleasantries that it is certain they had no reputation at first but as jests ; and only later, by the very acceptance and adoption they find in the mouths of millions, turn out to be the wisdom of the hour. I am sure if this man had ruled in a period of less facility of printing, he would have become mythological in a very few years, like Æsop or Pilpay, or one of the Seven Wise Masters, by his fables and proverbs. But the weight and penetration of many passages in his letters, messages and speeches, hidden now by the very closeness of their application to the moment, are destined hereafter to wide fame. What pregnant definitions ; what unerring common sense ; what fore-sight ; and, on great occasion, what lofty, and more than national, what humane tone ! His brief speech at Gettysburg will not easily be surpassed by words on any recorded occasion. This, and one other American speech, that of John Brown to the court that tried him, and a part of Kossuth's speech at Birmingham, can only be compared with each other, and with no fourth.

His occupying the chair of state was a triumph of the good sense of mankind, and of the public conscience. This middle-class country had got a middle-class president, at last. Yes, in manners and sympathies, but not in powers, for his powers were superior. This man grew according to the need. His mind mastered the problem of the day ; and as the problem grew, so did his comprehension of it. Rarely was man so fitted to the event. In the midst of fears and jealousies, in the Babel of counsels and parties, this man wrought incessantly with all his might and all his honesty, laboring to find what the people wanted, and how to obtain that. It cannot be said there is any exaggeration of his worth. If ever a man was fairly tested, he was. There was no lack of resistance, nor of slander, nor of ridicule. The times have allowed no state secrets ; the nation has been in such ferment, such multitudes had to be trusted, that no secret could be kept. Every door was ajar, and we know all that be-fell.

Then, what an occasion was the whirlwind of the war. Here was place for no holiday magistrate, no fair-weather sailor ; the new pilot was hurried to the helm in a tornado. In four years, - four years of battle-days, - his endurance, his fertility of resources, his magnanimity, were sorely tried and never found wanting. There, by his courage, his justice, his even temper, his fertile counsel, his humanity, he stood a heroic figure in the centre of a heroic epoch. He is the true history of the American people in his time. Step by step he walked before them ; slow with their slowness, quickening his march by theirs, the true representative of this continent ; an entirely public man ; father of his country, the pulse of twenty millions throbbing in his heart, the thought of their minds articulated by his tongue.

Adam Smith remarks that the axe, which in Houbraken's portraits of British kings and worthies is engraved under those who have suffered at the block, adds a certain lofty charm to the picture. And who does not see, even in this tragedy so recent, how fast the terror and ruin of the massacre are already burning into glory around the victim ? Far happier this fate than to have lived to be wished away ; to have watched the decay of his own faculties ; to have seen - perhaps even he - the proverbial ingratitude of statesmen; to have seen mean men preferred. Had he not lived long enough to keep the greatest promise that ever man made to his fellow men, - the practical abolition of slavery ? He had seen Tennessee, Missouri and Maryland emancipate their slaves. He had seen Savannah, Charleston and Richmond surrendered ; had seen the main army of the rebellion lay down its arms. He had conquered the public opinion of Canada, England and France.1 Only Washington can compare with him in fortune.

And what if it should turn out, in the unfolding of the web, that he had reached the term ; that this heroic deliverer could no longer serve us ; that the rebellion had touched its natural conclusion, and what remained to be done required new and uncommitted hands, - a new spirit born out of the ashes of the war ; and that Heaven, wishing to show the world a completed benefactor, shall make him serve his country even more by his death than by his life ? Nations, like kings, are not good by facility and complaisance. " The kindness of kings consists in justice and strength." Easy good nature has been the dangerous foible of the Republic, and it was necessary that its enemies should outrage it, and drive us to unwonted firmness, to secure the salvation of this country in the next ages.

The ancients believed in a serene and beautiful Genius which ruled in the affairs of nations; which, with a slow but stern justice, carried for-ward the fortunes of certain chosen houses, weeding out single offenders or offending families, and securing at last the firm prosperity of the favorites of Heaven. It was too narrow a view of the Eternal Nemesis. There is a serene Providence which rules the fate of nations, which makes little account of time, little of one generation or race, makes no account of disasters, conquers alike by what is called defeat or by what is called victory, thrusts aside enemy and obstruction, crushes everything immoral as in-human, and obtains the ultimate triumph of the best race by the sacrifice of everything which resists the moral laws of the world.' It makes its own instruments, creates the man for the time, trains him in poverty, inspires his genius, and arms him for his task. It has given every race its own talent, and ordains that only that race which combines perfectly with the virtues of all shall endure.'

Technorati Tags: Emerson, Tradition, Mammals-shed

That it has a an inherently different interpretation of the common opinion of how male pattern hair loss occurs. In that the hypothesis imputes the effect of male pattern hair loss is systemic throughout the mammal genus. So, yes male pattern baldness in humans is genetic, and yes, it has nothing to do with your parents genetic makeup, but is inherent in the mammal genus' DNA.

Based on the results of what I an finding in my test subjects I feel the same criteria applies to Arthritis, Psoriasis and Diabetes. That these diseases are associated throughout the mammal genus and not carried over from the family line as their cause. That the behavioural and environmental influences invoke the disease, which are common and systemic throughout the mammal genus.

I am now of the opinion that this also applies to cancer. That there is no familial link to the propensity to acquire cancer. The link between the generations is more behavioural, environmental and associated with the mammal genus.

I am currently reviewing MIT's video series on cancer and will be able to provide more understanding and support to these comments. Particularly I would point to Dr. Phillip A. Sharps comments on the video which is linked to the title of this entry. If I am not mistaken this thinking as it applies to the human genome is unique and a significant discovery.

Technorati Tags: Discovery, hAirGaIn, MIT-Video, Cancer, Psoriasis, Arthritis,

I have made many claims through this blog about my experiences with Diabetes. These are noted here, here, and here. These Hospital findings are very consistent with my experiences involving the metabolic changes that I have gone through. These changes included the rapid, almost immediate onset of the reduction in blood sugar and the permanence of that change. I will write more as things develop.

The important thing to note is that am able to source a reasonable small sample of individuals with hairloss (2), Psoriasis (2), Arthritis (2) and Diabetes (3) as test subjects. It will be easier with this large population to determine the effectiveness of treatments and procedures,.

Technorati Tags: Diabetes, Hairgain, Changes, Treatment, Candidate

Drinking adequate water to ensure that the body has the means to cool and clear the various systems involved is tough. Pretty simple solution, but why has the systemic dehydration of the western population happened? I think that making the lifestyle changes to ingest 3, 5 or even 12 litres of water creates a significant amount of difficulty in a person's schedule.

With the larger population of 6 candidates attempting the treatment, a constant theme of how difficult it is to change one's routine has arisen. I appreciate their difficulties as I face the same problem each day myself. In order to succeed in these tests a person has to be diligent and organized to carry out the transitional period of maybe a year before the habit is ingrained. Here are some tips and tricks that will maybe help along the way.

First buy water in the 1 litre and 1/2 litre cases. Re-use the bottle for as long as you feel comfortable. This will enable you to measure the amount and provide you with an easy source of available water. Filling multiple bottles at your desk or work also helps to alleviate the chore of getting more water. Next schedule the amount that you will be drinking in the morning, afternoon and evening. I drink 9 - 12 liters per day and schedule 3 in the morning, 4 in the afternoon and 2 - 5 in the evening. It is easier to attain the volume necessary when you break it down and measure it.

Other then that remember to ensure that the water is at least warm. I find that water at room temperature is too cool for my liking. The warm water is the reason that I am attaining some success in re-growing my hair. If you are traveling to an area where water can't be drank from the tap, ensure that you purchase adequate supplies of bottled water. I hope this helps.

Technorati Tags: hAirGAIN, Method, Arthritis, Psoriasis, process

His level of physical activity has increased due to the loss of arthritic pain. I have been unable to contact the other arthritis candidate and will report his findings as soon as I hear.

The interesting problem about this arthritis cure is, what is the actual process that is occurring? I have strong suspicions that the DNA, that is the arthritis in the joints, is being carried out of the candidates system through enhanced hydration and sweating of the H2O and DNA. This makes the most sense to me. The other alternative is the increased hydration enables a higher level of lubrication of the joints. The way that I propose to resolve this question is in trying to cure Psoriasis.

Throughout the hAirGAIN treatment I have on occasion experienced Psoriasis on my scalp. I however, have been able to control it much in the same manner that I do with the Arthritis in my right hand. The increased hydration seems to bring the level of Psoriasis down. I have now lined up two Psoriasis sufferers and have asked them to start drinking an incremental 3. 5 litres of warm water per day.

I expect that they will experience enhanced itchiness in the first part of the treatment. This is due to the natural healing process. and if Psoriasis and Arthritis have any correlation, the surplus DNA that is the "skin" of Psroriasis will be cleared from the candidates system by increased hydration. I'll report any findings when I have learned them.

Technorati Tags: hAirGAIN, Arthritis, Psoriasis, Treatment, Results

Recall also that she had indicated that Rheumatoid Arthritis, also lit up under the MRI.

Now we have been able to treat Painless' Arthritis by having him rehydrate. (He is pain free again.) Recall the recent study that suggests Arthritis is surplus DNA that accumulates in the joints. If the elimination of Painless' pain is through removal of the DNA by sweat that carries the DNA outside of the body. Or, does the hydration of Painless provide a buffer or lubrication in the joints and hence eliminate the pain? This will be determined soon.

What I want to ask today is, why does Arthritis attract the folic acid and light up in the MRI like Cancer? And does Cancer have the same makeup and origins of Arthritis has (surplus DNA), and as such are they similar?

Technorati Tags: hAirGAIN, Arthritis, Cancer, Bindu, Varghese

Now one confirming response does not make the final conclusion on the method of treating arthritis. Painless, as I called him yesterday, stated that he woke up this morning with some "moderate" arthritic pain. Particularly in the feet.

I believe I can trust Painless to tell me the truth that he is in pain. We both agreed that he should begin re-hydrating this morning to eliminate the pain once again. Late today he indicated that he had been able to eliminate some of the pain to the level that it was before. I'll provide a further update as to; at what point in time that he begins feeling pain free once again?

Painless and the other candidate are the two that have been asked to participate in this test. I will begin to find another individual to provide a better understanding of the science, and credibility of these results. If anyone that has been reading this blog has seen similar results, it would be appreciated if you were to document your findings in the comments to these posts.

Until such time as we get some other events and results confirmed, the science appears to be that Arthritic damage of the joints occurs by the buildup of surplus DNA and the pain occurs from a slight dehydration which affects the joints markedly. Although I initially thought that the hydration flushed the surplus DNA out of the joints, that may be a too optimistic finding.

Technorati Tags: hAirGAIN, research, findings, arthritis

This is the longest period of time that he has been symptom free in the ten years he has suffered from arthritis. The weather here has been very cold -22 C currently and for the past week. Something that Painless feels should have made his arthritis worse.

Since the possibility exists that the elimination of pain could be by other causes, I thought that the reversal of the treatment would bring on the symptoms and cause Painless to have the arthritis again. Therefore he has agreed to limit his water intake to see what happens. I would suspect that the pain will return, eventually, and then we would be able to rehydrate Painless so that he has no symptoms.

I am doing this as there is some scientific evidence can be discerned by this extra step. Is the surplus DNA that is the arthritis in the joints flushed out by hydration? Does the DNA have to re-accumulate before the pain returns? Or will the DNA still be there as a permanent resident in the joints and is the fluid only keeping the joints better lubricated? Much can be learned by taking this to the next step.

With respect to the second candidate, I have been unable to talk to him this week. The week before I spoke with him and he indicated the results were nothing to that point in time. Although he had suffered for over 40 years with Arthritis, his condition was / is much worse then Painless'. I therefore suggested to him that he should increase the volume of water to 5 litres per day and see if the effects increased. If it is a process of flushing the DNA it may take a suitably longer time for the second candidate to experience any relief.

With respect to myself I have not experienced any arthritis pain in my hand. This has been the traditional area where I experienced the pain. I seem unable to invoke it as I used too. I am also experiencing a full and constant hydration level. That I felt many years ago that I was systemically de-hydrated I now feel that I am adequately hydrated and as such do not overheat like I used to. I seem to sweat during exertion and exercise but do not seem to heat up. This has created the situation that I have not felt that my head was venting any excess heat during the past two weeks. My water intake has been constant but never urgent to the point of necessarily having to cool myself. My hair regrowth has been very strong and seems to be building at a faster rate as well.

As I indicated, my Doctor has been involved in the documentation of these events and is taking pictures as part of that. The need for me to issue a press release to reveal these results is getting close at hand, and I will assess that time as I feel the implications and consequences of these ideas are something that I can personally withstand.

Technorati Tags: hAirGAIN, arthritis, research, findings

The theory that I think this is leading to is the DNA that is surplus to the body's requirements is flushed through the saliva, teardrops and most importantly through the ventilation of the heat to the atmosphere, or sweat. This provides the body with the ability to eliminate unused and possibly damaged DNA. If the subject is not hydrated adequately the surplus DNA is left to accumulate in the joints.

The renewal and filtering of the DNA by the body may be one of the critical systems that maintain the youthfulness and general well being. If the person does not maintain a certain level of hydration, are they then more susceptible to disease? Would these diseases also include cancer?

The only reason that I bring up the cancer comment is to recall Ms. Bindhu Varghese's posting located here. She was able to patent a process of isolating a folic acid and have it attach itself to cancerous tumors which then lit the cancer up in an MRI. The folic acid also had the interesting characteristic that the patients with rheumatoid arthritis also lit up in the MRI. If the surplus DNA that is trapped in the joints can be flushed from the system by appropriate hydration then what can be said for the cancers that are lit up by the folic acid?

Technorati Tags: hAirGAIN, arthritis, research, findings

They ask if arthritis is caused by a buildup of surplus DNA. The question that I had to ask and determine the answer to was; did the surplus DNA proceed the fluid, if fluid was the active agent the DNA was absorbing? Or, was the surplus DNA being placed in the joints to absorb the water / fluid?

Expanding the scope of this research, I thought the ability to start and stop arthritic pain would be the most effective area to test on a second individual. I found a subject that was a sufferer of both osteo and rheumatoid arthritis to try a few changes.

First off the changes were limited to the reduction of fluids as this was considered the method that had worked for me when I experienced some arthritis pain. The subject noticed a significant increase in pain over two days and was so uncomfortable stopped the treatment.

After a day of re hydrating the test subject and I decided that over hydration should be the next step. We were both surprised when it was noted that the pain was gone quickly and completely. However, he also noted that the rapid change in weather that had traditionally caused his arthritis to get worst did not occur. This during a time in which we experienced a rather decidedly turn for the worse in our weather.

I will be trying the same testing on another arthritis sufferer and see if the hydration / dehydration level has a systemic influence in people. It appears that this new finding reflects that arthritis resides in somewhat of an "ideal zone" of hydration. And therefore, the surplus DNA, on a preliminary findings basis, accumulates when the right level of hydration is realized.

On a related note I am finding another characteristic that is systemic in all the noticed effects of this treatment. The hair regrowth, arthritis, psoriasis and insulin are systemic throughout the mammal population. This in combination with the fast growing nature of these proteins may enable a distinct classification of attributes / ailments.

Technorati Tags: arthritis, findings, hAirGain

This discovery is by a Dr. Bruno Conti, and will discuss the significance of his findings but I also want to introduce another article that was published today.

A number of the benefits of this treatment have been documented in this blog. But not all the benefits that I assume are as a result of the treatment have been discussed. I have not mentioned what it is that I have attained and suspected is happening as I continue this treatment.

Firstly the hair is growing in quite well now. Many people who are familiar with the hypothesis can see the effect and I know of a few who have started the treatment themselves for a variety of reasons. These two articles confirm much of what I have said in this blog before.

There are two other effects that I want to mention at this time. Firstly my strength has never been greater. Now I have always kept fit, however, at 48 there had been some atrophy of the muscles. That is until this past year. I have consistently gained weight to the point where I am only a shade below 220. My energy level has never been higher, and my ability to carry that weight in my physical activities has improved. Going for a run after you gain 10 pounds is usually motivation enough to loose that 10 pounds. At 22o, I have gained over 45 pounds and have the ability to carry the weight as well as I ever have. Climbing stairs, which is done at a running pace is unencumbered by the extra weight. My waste, which admittedly is a bit larger, still fits in 32' jeans. Most people think that I look "normal" what ever that means.

These experiences seem to point to the same conclusions of the second article I noted above regarding muscles. I can eat anything and it seems to go to energy or building up muscle that I had at one time in my life. As a former athlete I feel I have the same muscles that I had when I was competing.

The last point that I wanted to make was the fact that mammals-shed, the hypothesis, supports the findings of these other researchers. By ensuring that the hydration level is high enough to provide the body with the coolant necessary to exhaust the excess heat (via #1). Hair will regrow on the head and fall off the body. Your liver temperature will be reduced and function at its optimum level. Muscle protein does not seem to atrophy. I am healthier and fitter then I would have imagined less then one year ago.

Technorati Tags: hAirGAIN, science, research, diabetes,
