The State of Benchmarking in 2009

A quick note:
APQC's 2009 State of Benchmarking survey is now live and accepting data. We
conduct this survey every three to five years to determine the major issues that
benchmarking professionals are facing in the current environment. If you are
involved in benchmarking at your organization, we would very much appreciate your
input. The survey should take about 10 - 15 minutes to complete and, in
exchange for your participation, you will receive a summary report of the findings.
the survey.
