EPC changes

From April 2012 the period of grace for obtaining an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) from commencement of marketing either for letting or selling purposes is now just 6 days but the EPC must be available by the time of the first viewing. We can arrange an EPC for you in most cases within hours using a trusted Energy Performance Assessor once put in funds and under signed instructions.
