Disneyland Paris is back at Morrisons for their 20th Anniversary!!

Look who's back in Morrisons to celebrate their 20th Anniversary! That's right! Disneyland Paris! You can check out my report on last years 'Disney's Magical Moments' promotion in Morrisons here! :) But for now, read on for exciting details of this years 20th Anniversary promotion!

This time around the promotion is very similar ... just like last time, pick up special promotional products in store between 5th of March (today!) and 29th April 2012, collect your cards (one pack per promotional item), and see if you're a winner! A list of products included can be found here!

(As far as I know, the 'spend £30 in store to gain a pack of cards' promotion is not on this time. You can only claim packs of cards when you buy certain promotional products ... but this bonus term was added later on in the promotion last year so you never know! Watch this space!)

If you find a Gold card, you could get your hands on one of 20 ... you guessed it ... VIP trips to Disneyland Paris! The prize includes:

2 night stay at the Disneyland® Hotel for up to 4 adults - sharing 1 Castle Club room.

Disney Park Hopper Tickets for the duration of your stay.
Transport (flights/ Eurostar/ self-drive).
Meals on-site (Half Board Premium Vouchers for lunch/ dinner, breakfast at hotel included).
VIP Fastpass – to gain priority access to Fastpass attractions for the duration of stay.

1 x private Character Meet and Greet experience (30 minutes maximum) including photographer.

I'm not sure how the cards will compare to last years ... I'll have to pick some up to see :) The promotional picture above shows a Donald Duck card that appeared in last years collection ... so I'm hoping they aren't the same! But this years 20th Anniversary album looks just as colourful and appealing as last years! :)

Furthermore, this years album is only £2.99 instead of last years £3.99 ... maybe they listened to my little moan that £4 was a little sleep for a book full of plastic sleeves! Mwaha! :P

But that's not all!! You can also try your luck online!

If you enter the online competiton, you can have a chance of winning one of 5 extra trips to Disneyland Paris! (the prize details are the same as above). I'm not normally one for blogging about new pin releases but I just had to share these!

Aren't these beautiful!? :D I just love the sorcerer outfits, so to see them on pins is real exciting! And the stamps are so cute! And whilst the Tinkerbell pin for St Patrick's day is a little on the steep side, it's still fun and creative! :) I'm not too fussed on the Cheshire Cat one but it's still a nice pin to top of this months releases for Disneyland Paris!

Disneyland Paris 20th Anniversary Update!

Gosh SO MUCH has happened since my last update!

First up - the Disneyland Paris 20th Anniversay website is now live! This largely flash based website is very impressive indeed! Featuring information on Disney Dreams, Disney Magic on Parade, Meet Mickey Mouse and Extended Opening Hours, along with a page featuring links to the Disneyland Paris YouTube Channel and Facebook page. Check it out - there's some amazing flash animation!

Next ... something really cute has made it's way onto Central Plaza ... the Disney Dreams Control Booth! You can see lots of photo from the wonderful Photos Magiques!

Doesn't it look great?! It fit's in with the rest of Main Street perfectly! :)

Next up, more news on the fountains! There's a whole bunch of new photos to be found over at Disney Gazette! It looks like even more fountain pieces have been added over the last couple of weeks!

Next is probably the most exciting news I've come across in the last week ... a video from the Annual Shareholders Meeting of the new parade song AND the characters new sorcerer costumes!
Check it out below!

Isn't this Magical!?! I'm LOVING seeing Flora, Fauna, Merryweather, The Blue Fairy, Cinderella's Fairy Godmother AND Merlin all together! It gives me the Disney giggles! And the Sorcerer costumes for Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Chip, Dale and Goofy are awesome! Poor Pluto could have done with a bit more of a costume ... but I suppose it's not usual to see him dressed in much anyway! :P

DLRPToday also reported some news that came from live tweets at the meeting - that there will be five key 'acts' in the Disney Dreams show! The opening act is said to be called "The Magic of the Second Star" - sure to include the Second Star to the right igniting at the top of Sleeping Beauty Castle! The second act "The Shadow at Play" is rumoured to have Peter chasing his shadow through different Disney classics, meeting some familiar faces along the way! The third act is called "Free to Dream" - I can only imagine what goose-bump inducing scenes this section will play out!

The fourth act "Shadow Battle", may be a battle of sorts between Peter and his shadow ... or could this be where some Villains turn up for a showdown!? If so, this section may include some of those talked about fire effects! The final act "Dreams Can Take Us Anywhere" may include an epic firework filled finale! Or at least I hope it does! DLRPToday also reported that Ratatouille, The Hunchback of Notre Dame and The Jungle Book have all been confirmed as part of the show! I can't wait to see how they incorporate Ratatouille and The Hunchback of Notre Dame - both were set in Paris after all! :D

Also, the wonderful InsideDLParis has been posting photos a plenty of some new gold bunting appearing all over Main Street! Here's a couple of snaps!

I'm loving it! It's simple and tasteful - you can see it but it's not in your face like some past Main Street decorations! :P Please be sure to check out InsideDLParis for loads more awesome photos from inside Disneyland Paris!

Finally, this video has appeared on the Disneyland Paris YouTube Channel! "A generation full of emotions: relive the Disneyland Paris saga in 4 minutes only, and more than 1000 shots. 20 years of dreams and magic in (many) pictures!" How cool is this!?

It really lets you see at a glance just how much Disneyland Paris has accomplished in 20 years! :) I CAN'T WAIT for these celebrations, I really can't!! :D

My Disney Inspired Valentines Day!

Welcome to the first stop aboard Magical Blogorail Black!
Enjoy the ride as we share with you our ideal Disney-inspired Valentine’s Day! :)

I would love love LOVE to spend Valentines Day in Disneyland Paris! ( No surprise there then! :P )

I would be there with my boyfriend (of course! :P) and we would go on all our favourites - Space Mountain, Thunder Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, Peter Pan and Le Carrousel de Lancelot! Oh and don't forget the Rock 'n' Roller Coaster over at the Studios! :) Phantom Manor is another favourite for snuggling up together in our doombuggie! :P

We would also go to La Boutique du Château ... or as I like to call it ... the Castle Christmas shop! :P Bf would buy me some Christmas goodies ... cause Christmas is my favourite! :) And of course we would hop across to the Merlin l'Enchanteur on the other side of the castle for a look around - this little boutique always fascinates me! :) Then we would wander over to Star Traders and I would buy bf some Star Wars goodies! I swear he spends hours in this place! :D

We would have a romantic dinner in Auberge du Cendrillon! What better place to feel like a prince and princess on Valentines day! :) And to top it all off? Fireworks of course! Maybe my most favourite thing about a day in Disneyland Paris!

Finally we'd take our time wandering down main street hand in hand and (hopefully) waving at Mickey bidding guests farewell as we reach Main Street Station.

Aaahhh .... if only! :P

I made this cute Valentines gift from Christmas tinsel I got in the January sales and some pictures from my Fairy calender from last year! :)

I also made these cute valentines treats from leftover Christmas Candy canes! I made heart shapes with the candy canes and filled the middle with melted chocolate and added some cute sprinkles. Once they set, the chocolate held the candy canes together in a heart shape! And they were pretty yummy too! :)

Disney Dreams! Update!

There's been a lot of news floating about for the new Disney Dreams! show ... I'm getting more and more excited everytime something new pops up! First up, I just came across these awesome photos from Park Paradise!

Doesn't the castle look cool!? :D

There's also a wonderful video of some testing of the fireworks from Le royaume enchanté de Disney on Facebook! Please check it out! It's not to be missed! :)

There's also been a lot of cool photos popping up on the InsideDLParis twitter! Here's some of the work going on in Central Plaza and a peek of the fountains in the moat around the castle!

I cannot recommend InsideDLParis enough for Disneyland Paris news! Please check it out!

But one of the most exciting revelations I've read about is that Disney Dreams! will run all year long! In Disneyland Paris, firework shows have always been limited to the summer months and seasonal events such as Halloween. However, Disney Dreams! is set to change all that! Nightly performances will take place year round ... which is leading to even longer opening hours for the park!

I. Can't. Wait!

I'm doing this weeks theme a little different and sharing with you guys my calender pages for February!

I like to have lots of different calanders to change my room up a bit every month :) The Disney ones I have include a Pooh Bear one and a Pirates one! :) I wanted a Disney Princess one but they were really hard to find this year! I'm also missing having a Dlp one :( But hopefully I'll get to buy one in the summer! :P
