The Manitoba Fearless have been hard at work conditioning for a couple months, But there is still time to join us! Come on out to a practice and see if Tackle Football is for you!

Saturdays we will work you through Football drills and skills 12:45-3 and Wednesday nights 8:15-10 we are conditioning! Just come and see us at College Sturgeon Heights Collegiate on Ness!

Mid March we will be in equipment so come on out and be part of the action!

Come on out this Sunday as the Manitoba Fearless host the Nomads WP!

Kick off is 11:30 at IGF Stadium, Tickets available on game day at the South East Box office, $5.00 per ticket, children 12 and under are Free! Box office opens at 10:30.

A huge thank you to all the Fearless supporters! This past Saturday we had a full house at our annual Bud Spud and steak! The players close to $4000 to offset their own registration costs and another $4000 was raised to help purchase more equipment and ensure we are ready for anything this season will bring! We can't do it without all the dedicated family and friends helping our team. So a HUGE thank you from all of us at the Fearless!

What a great meeting last night, so many new faces and seeing our dedicated vets and some who have returned from the past! It was a great way to start off 2014!

Our dedicated staff have new plans and goals for the year and there is still a chance to come check us out!

Practices begin Saturday February 15th at Garden City Collegiate in the east gym(doors on Jefferson closest to Sinclair) 12:30-2:30. Just come with work out wear and running shoes with non marking soles, a water bottle and the desire to learn all about the game of FOOTBALL! Additional training nights with our strength and conditioning coach Eric Vincent to be announced shortly. So Stay tuned to this website for important info!

Welcome to the 2014 Fearless Season! Our staff and board have been very hard at work finalizing all the details! We will be having a pre-season team meeting on Wednesday February 5 at 7 pm @ The Mustang's clubhouse -190 Frobisher Road, (St. Mary's Road & Perimeter Hwy).

All returning players and interested new recruits are welcome to attend. We will be recapping some details from last year, announcing our 2014 staff, and will have new player packages ready to go. Some come on out and get ready for an amazing 2014 season!

The Manitoba Fearless Family knows first hand the challenges that children and their families face when a child is diagnosed and the child begins a battle that no child should have to fight. 2 Defensive Line players on the Fearless look tough on the field but they are tougher than that. Both are helping a young child with their battle which is tougher than anything they would face on the field.

Please support the cause tonight at the Bomber Game to help children like Colby and Hailey!

Colby, Son of Dlineman Darla Hailey, Niece of Dlineman Tanis

Colby was 5 when diagnosed with stage 3 cancer after a nasty bike fall revealed a large tumor enclosed around his kidney...I will never forget the trauma surgeon's grim look as she said this is both the best and worst day of your child's life. Had the tumor not been found by accident Colby's life would have been short....our 14 month journey with cancer treatments began very soon. Though Colby has made it through many infections/complications of chemotherapy his recovery is not done . As 2/3 of child cancer patients do live with the after affects of their treatment, Colby is being attended to by kidney specialists and others to find his new quality of life. And as every cancer parent knows any day off chemo and out of the hospital is a priceless gift never to be taken for granted. That is why we need to do everything possible to give these kids the best chance of surviving the vicious beast that is cancer . I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for your thoughts and prayers ..

Hailey Mykietowich was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) February 2012, shortly before her 3rd birthday; March 24. She is now 4 years old. The past year and a half, the family has gone through some ups and downs but they are surrounded by love and support from family and friends which have made the tough times easier. Hailey enjoyed playing in her first season of soccer this past spring. She is a bright young girl and is eager to start Kindergarten next year. Seeing a smile on her face is truly amazing.

WWCFL is looking for a Secretary!

Have you ever thought you would like to take a more active role in the League? Well here's your chance, the WWCFL is currently looking to elect a secretary!

The role you would be filling includes the following.

 Take minutes of all WWCFL Board and Special meetings
 Issue all motions to the Board and Executive within 7 days (this can be done with or without the
minutes)
 Circulate copies of the minutes of each meeting within two (2) weeks of the meeting
 Contact all Board members about upcoming meetings and confirm attendance
 Set up conference calls
 Follow up on action items found in minutes
 Maintain and distribute the Board of Directors contact listing.
