Just a reminder that practices are as follows...

Saturday 1-3 Garden City Collegiate

Monday 8-10 Marymound School

There are no Wednesday practices at the Mustangs.

Tickets for the Bud Spud will be available starting Saturday!

New Practice Location!

Fearless News!!! We have secured a larger gym so we can get throwing and catching now that you all are in such good shape! So we will no longer be at mustangs on Wednesday nights. We will be returning to the Mustangs club house as soon as we can start practicing outside.

Here are the details......

The new gym location is Garden City Collegiate 711 Jefferson Ave. Practices at this location will be Saturdays from 1-3. We will be entering the school via the doors off Airlies street. You can park in the lot and enter the door ride beside the Blue bin. Please ensure to use theses doors only as the front doors on Jefferson remain locked on weekends. We are also in the process of securing another location to add Monday practices. Once we have that location confirmed I will let everyone know the details. We will have our first practice there this Saturday! Hope to see you there!!

Going forward we will be providing all players with a practice schedule as soon as the WWCFL releases the schedule for games. We have a board meeting this weekend and hope to have the schedule very soon. :)

The Manitoba Fearless would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the family of Doug MacIver, who passed away this morning. Doug was not only a former CFL defensive lineman, but even more importantly, the father of our team mate and dear friend Alex. Our hearts are with you Alex and your entire family.

Don't Worry about all the food you ate over the holidays....Workouts start up again on Wed!

Wednesday Night Fun!

After training on Wednesday night the Fearless are heading down to the WinnCity Pub on the corner of Pembina and Grant for some holiday cheer after the work out. It's the last workout till after the holidays so we hope to see you all there!

Hello Fearless ladies!!! Come out to support our coaches this weekend at the championships at the stadium. On Saturday starting at 4:30 coach Bach, coach Mills, and coach Andy will be leading the St vital mustang's midget team through their final game. Then at 7:00 come watch coach Neville lead his st. Vital major team in their final. While watching the majors play close attention to the field and see Coach Jace play in the game! Wow what a great showing for championship weekend of fearless coaches! Team fearless players are also asked if they have a couple of hours free sat or Sunday to come out and help recruit and sell 50/50 in support of football Manitoba! Let me know if you have some time to come help.

Hello Ladies, I just received the dates for the 2nd quarter Bingo Volunteers. Please email me zueff@fearlessfootballwomen.com to sign up for a Bingo. All fearless players are expected to volunteer for at least one Bingo over the year or at one Bomber game. Remember ladies, this helps keep your costs down in the upcoming year. All the Bingos are at Club Regent Casino this quarter. Please let me know as soon as possible if any of the below dates works for you. We require 1 volunteer per date below.

Thanks, it has been a crappy day, I know u are all upset. It was a difficult decision but it had to be made.

Please bring your ideas for recruiting as well as retention for next year. There are many things to be discussed, see you then.

This week with the Fearless

Practice fri and sat 10 am.

Bus leaves noon saturday after practice.

Bring food for bus we will not be stopping to pick up food on the way there.

We will be ordering Boston Pizza on the way home for the bus. Pair up with someone and pick a pizza. We will order Friday night when we get there. If you are not interested in BP bring your own food.

Should be between $10-$15 for half a pizza. We will pick it up on the way out of town.

Saturday after we arrive you will have plenty time to grab something to eat before the coaches meetings at 9pm.

Hello Ladies!!! We require to have a 50/50 seller at the following Bomber Home games. This will mean big $$ for the team and all players are expected to volunteer at either a Bingo or at a bomber game. Please let me know asap which games you can sell at and I will finalize the schedule.
