[EN] The Westminster Roppongi is a 14-storey building that sits on a 4,400 square-metre site and houses 99 spacious apartments with intimate views of the city and extensive basement parking with 119 parking spaces. Additional amenities include a gym, an exquisite Japanese garden and a lobby area featuring cutting-edge artworks from Japanese conceptual artist Noritaka Tatehana.
The Westminster Roppongi breaks with the typically Japanese tradition of demolishing old buildings to start afresh. Grosvenor’s architects, designers and artists have been careful not to destroy the craftsmanship of the previous residential building, and in doing so have managed to retain much of its heritage. By working intelligently in this way, Grosvenor has done away with wasteful construction practices in its bid to champion a new generation of sustainable urban redevelopment in Asia.

[JP] 『ザ・ウエストミンスター六本木』は、敷地面積約4,440平方メートル、99戸の居住空間豊かなレジデンスによって構成されている。地上14階建てのこのレジデンスからは、東京の街を間近に眺めることができる。118台を収容可能な地下駐車場の他、スポーツジム、さらには日本庭園などを備え、ロビーエリアには日本の美を表現するコンセプチュアル・アーティスト、舘鼻則孝氏の斬新な作品が展示される。『ザ・ウエストミンスター六本木』は、スクラップ＆ビルド―老朽化した物件を取り壊し、新しい建物を更地から建設する従来の日本における不動産開発の典型的手法の歴史に幕を下ろす。プロジェクトに携わる建築家、デザイナーそしてアーティストは、高級レジデンスとしてのベースが備わった既存の建物が持っているフレームワークを壊してしまうのではなく、それらが本来持っている魅力を最大限引き出すリノベーションという手法を用いることで、アジアにおけるサステナブルな都市再生という新しい時代の先鞭をつけた。

[EN] The Art Residency at The Westminster Roppongi is a newly launched joint initiative from property developer Grosvenor and creative house artless Inc: an artists-in-residence programme tailored to suit one of the most thriving cultural and creative districts in Tokyo, Roppongi.
The idea behind The Art Residency is simple: bring together exciting and original artists with a spectacular working space, allowing them to create their own unique artistic pieces, and then share that work not just with galleries or buyers or home owners, but with the wider community itself.

[JP] 「ザ・ウエストミンスター六本木」のThe Art Residencyは、ロンドンに本社を置く国際的不動産グループのグロブナーとクリエイティブ・コンサルタンシーであるartless Inc.とのコラボレーションにより、新たに始動されたプログラムです。
このThe Art Residencyのコンセプトはシンプルです。刺激的でオリジナリティに溢れたアーティストたちに恵まれた創作環境を住居とともに提供し、芸術活動の機会と場を設け、その作品をギャラリー、バイヤー、住宅オーナーだけでなく、より幅広いコミュニティと共有することです。
そのプログラムも同じくシンプルです。2013年12月から、グロブナーは六本木ヒルズの隣接地に新たに発表した高級レジデンス「ザ・ウエストミンスター六本木」の一室を、グロブナーがartlessとともに厳選した数名のアーティストに3〜6ヶ月間提供します。それぞれのアーティストはその滞在期間の中で自由に製作活動を行うことができます。

[FR] L’événement “Traits d’union 2” sous la verrière qui a vu naître les premiers films des frères Pathé à Montreuil s’est déroulé en octobre 2012.
Symbole d’un renouveau artistique français. Des créateurs issus d’horizons divers s’unissent autour d’ Artof Popof pour une performance collective.
Le poète Nebil Daghsen est invité par l’artiste pour l’occasion.
Carte blanche lui est laissé afin qu’il s’inspire des performances à des artistes peintres, des sculpteurs et des performeurs.
Cette collaboration impulsé par le poète Sania Ginzburg aboutira à une exposition lors des journées portes ouvertes d’ateliers à Montreuil du 19 au 21 octobre 2012.

[FR] En collaboration avec l’agence 4uatre, manmaru, Inc fut chargé du développement en actionscript2 d’une campagne de bannière web permanente pour la Commerzbank. Mise en place sur une sélection de sites boursier, les bannières grâce aux codes des actions boursières retrouvés dans l’url ont pour action de récupérer et afficher dans le scenario même de l’animation des valeurs boursières en adéquation avec les pages consultées. Ces valeurs étant administrées et mise à jour côté client via une base de données.
