I use Manymoon to match the way work is managed to the way we actually work...SOCIALLY. The platform celebrates open, collaborative execution. Mission control is a good analogy. The space shuttle didn't take off and land because a linear workflow was followed. It was successful because of a room full of talent collaboratively willed success. Welcome to the mission control of today with Manymoon.

There's talk of "tearing down silo walls" within organizations. Manymoon's approach simply evaporates those walls from moment one. Walls? What walls?

Fiefdom is not spoken here.

Thanks Manymoon for simplifying work and highlighting what gets work done...people working together.

I had immediately stopped using Manymoon due to the tiresome efforts of navigating the interface among other things, such as usability. I was spoiled after coming over from Basecamp. I just got your email inviting me to checkout the new look, and after spending a few minutes inside, I'm impressed! Nice job on the makeover.

Comment on Make Your Email More Actionable with Our New Gmail Gadget! by Richard Berger

Had no major problem installing this gadget into my domain. And it looks pretty good. But two questions - both of which reflect my bias to try and do absolutely everything inside gmail.

1. I can see how to easily turn an existing email into a task. But let's say I want to create a new task for someone else - without an existing email (I just dreamed up the work to be done). How would I use the gadget to do that? Or is that not possible.

2. Once a task has been created, can I complete that task by clicking on something in the email? For example, is the gadget able to recognize what "state" things are in - and, if this email represents a task that has already been created, the gadget should no longer display "create task" but rather "mark task as complete".

Finally, seems like there has been some complaint about having the gadget show up on for all users and on every email. Can you have it show up only if there is specific text in the body, or some other trigger? Then it would only show up where it is needed and users that don't use the system won't see it at all (getting you out of the situation where Google doesn't let the app be activated selectively for particular users). Just a thought....

Thanks!

Hi, you can add people to projects by simply clicking on Add Member while you are in the project. This will then invite the person to the project so they can see the associated tasks and files. Hope that helps.

I'm looking to include an email in a project's comments, but cannot find the the email address I need to 'cc'.

Basecamp has it on the bottom of every project page. That would be very useful.
