2008 Ronald McDonald House - Cog Hill

Once again we participated in a great charity event with Ronald McDonald House at the Cog Hill Golf Country Club. This year we got to meet some of the "stars" like Ronald and his friends.

St John - Where Everyone Wants to Live

The town of St. John was recently featured in a magazine article called "St. John - Where Everyone Wants to Live".
The article had some great things to say about the city and how it's growing.
St. John has grown from a small town of 4921 people in 1990 to almost 14,000 as of 2007. This is an increase of 184%.
St. John is now among the 10 fastest-growing towns in Indiana.
The town is expected to grow in the coming years. In fact, the southern end of the town, where our salon is located, is going to be the center of future growth. St. John has acquired 7000 acres that have been designated for commercial development in the coming years.

Great Clips - Carillon Court, 476 N. Weber Road, Romeoville, was honored with the distinction of being chosen as the Favorite Sponsor and for providing Best Customer Service of the Town Planner Community Calendar-Romeoville.

Leo & Barb Wisniewski, owner of Great Clips stated, “We are honored to be selected for these Town Planner awards. We were especially delighted because the selection was based on votes from the residents of Romeoville. Our number one goal is to provide outstanding service to our customers and our community."

Great Clips is also a drop off point for aluminum can pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Sponsors, also known as Advertisers, were selected by the residents of Romeoville by completing a Response Card which was inserted into every calendar.

The Town Planner Community Calendar was mailed to all single family homes in the 60446 zip code this past December. This Calendar is made available, at no cost, to the residents of Romeoville from local businesses who advertise in the calendar.
