Asa ca voi incepe cu o reteta de friptura de porc. La friptura clasica ce se face in orice casa de Sarbatori eu mai pun putina savoare prin sos de smantana. Sa incepem cu inceputul ...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingrediente&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;500g carne porc, muschi sau pulpa(care vi se pare mai gustoasa),10-15 boabe piper, o ceapa, 4-5 foi dafin, 100 ml ulei. Apoi mai trebuie sa avem 300 g smantana dulce, 15-20 g amidon sau faina de grau (cu amidon iese sosul mai fin), sare dupa gust.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cum se face&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Taiem carnea felii cam de 2-3 cm si o prajim in ulei pe ambele parti. Cand o intoarcem punem si ceapa, foile de dafin, piperul boabe si lasam sa se rumeneasca si sa innebunim vecinii care inca postesc.&lt;br /&gt;Se adauga apa cat sa cuprinda carnea si se lasa la foc mic.&lt;br /&gt;Odata ce a scazut apa de tot si sfaraie din nou carnea, mai punem o cescuta de la cafea cu apa sau supa de carne si lasam sa dea un clocot.&lt;br /&gt;Se trage tigaia (ceaunul)la o parte si se scoate carnea, piperul si foile de dafin.&lt;br /&gt;Zeama ramasa se strecoara si se amesteca intr-o cratita cu smantana si amidonul.&lt;br /&gt;Se da la foc amestecand incontinuu pentru a nu se prinde.&lt;br /&gt;Acum partea artistica: se pun doua bucati de carne pe farfurie cu cateva boabe de piper si foi de dafin ornament, se imbraca in sos si: SA AVETI POFTA!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;SFAT: cam trei oameni pot manca din aceasta portie fara a se satura prea bine, asa ca daca sunteti mancaciosi mariti cantitatile!&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/4868451632801425043-5683559456919148584?l=marialabucatarie-maria-cristina.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
