It was a quick procedure, a reinforcing plate was installed to prevent excessive wear.<br/><br/>As an apology for the inconvenience, my parents received a coupon for a free summer check-up and a small box of chocolates. A nice gesture towards the customer in my opinion.]]></description>

This was in October of 2006.
