Purtroppo il Signor Jan Fleischauer, benemerito giornalista del quotidiano tedesco "Der Spiegel", ci ha ricordato come siamo, e se è vero che non tutti gli italiani sono codardi e malfattori ce n'è una nutrita schiera che vale per ciascuno. E' di ieri la notizia che nella mia città su 1000 aziende controllate dall'Ispettorato del Lavoro ne sono state trovate più di 600 non in regola con la legge, come si fa a non dar ragione al Signor Fleischauer? Allo stesso tempo però credo di conoscere abbastanza bene il popolo tedesco per asserire che fortunatamente non sono una razza e che ben pochi sono come il Signor Jan Fleischauer, inqualificabile!&lt;br /&gt;

La tragedia del Concordia ci ha messo davanti ad una cruda realtà: non basta una preparazione di base e l'esperienza per essere in grado per prevenire e/ o superare adeguatamente situazioni di pericolo. Purtroppo nel nostro paese non c'è la mentalità della "gestione del rischio", forse è molto sentito e applicato negli istituti bancari, timidamente in pochi altri settori come nel settore sanitario,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="http://www.forumriskmanagement.it/"&gt;Forumriskmanagement&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;o nella sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro.&lt;/div&gt;

La gestione del rischio in navigazione è uno degli aspetti più critici con cui ogni "marinaio" consapevole si confronta ogni volta che esce. Certo è che più le responsabilità sono grandi, più le azioni preventive e correttive devono essere condivise tra persone idoneamente preparate ed organizzate &amp;nbsp;per gestire la sicurezza dell'imbarcazione e dell'equipaggio.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;
Nella mia breve esperienza nel settore dell'accreditamento di sedi formative, ed al quale ho direttamente partecipato fin dalle sue origini sia come Quality Manager che come docente, ho rilevato realtà alternative alla mia, che operava principalmente nel settore della sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro, in cui scorrevano fiumi di denaro proveniente dalla Comunità Europea per corsi assolutamente discutibili e di dubbia utilità. Sarebbe il caso di pensarci e di sfruttare al meglio potenzialità e possibilità, è inutile inventarsi l'inutile senza pensare a ciò di cui abbiamo realmente bisogno.&lt;/div&gt;

Progettata nel 1979 è stata prodotta in circa 1000 esemplari per soli tre anni, poi il mercato si è orientato verso ben altro tipo di stazza ed è stata abbandonata fino ai tempi più recenti sostituendola con modelli più aggiornati dal punto di vista estetico e tecnologico ma anche più "pesanti". Una barca come il First18 ha solo dei pregi e come in altri casi simili fa riflettere a tal punto che viene da chiedersi quanto siano assurde ed insensate le regole del mercato nautico, soggetto al consumismo esasperato di naviganti tanto più ambiziosi quanto meno marinai. Dagli anni '80 in poi le barche da diporto sono diventate case viaggianti, spesso più da esporre che da utilizzare, e questa mentalità distorta ha condizionato negativamente tutto il settore della nautica europea relegandolo da un lato agli sportivi e dall'altro ai ceti sociali più abbienti, quasi sempre poco abituati alla vera vita di mare che richiede sacrificio, forza, fatica e molto tempo a disposizione.&lt;/div&gt;

Ora che ci penso, visto che ho posseduto un First, un difettino piccolo piccolo queste barche ce l'hanno ed è quella stoffa similpelle attaccata all'interno che prima o poi si stacca. Non vi illudete, non ci riuscirete mai da soli a riattaccarla, chiamate un tappezziere e fategli fare un lavoretto ben fatto, conviene e costa poco.&lt;br /&gt;

Decisamente fantastico questo &lt;a href="http://www.backyak.de/index.php/en/"&gt;Klepper Backyak&lt;/a&gt;, il nuovo "componibile" della nota casa tedesca produttrice di kayak montabili. Si può scegliere se fare kayak (due singoli o uno in coppia), vela o addirittura slitta sulla neve, insomma una rivoluzionaria idea per il divertimento, sport e relax. Il catamarano si assembla in dieci minuti e ..... non c'è vento? Nessun problema lo trasformiamo in un kayak. Che idea meravigliosa per fare Glamping e Sailonbike!&lt;/div&gt;

La rivista &lt;a href="http://www.sailmagazine.com/boatworks-projects/stand-tired-outboards"&gt;Sail Magazine&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;ci spiega come costruirsi un economico supporto per motore con tanto di misure, materiali e costi. C'è anche un bel video dimostrativo molto interessante. Per ora però io mi tengo quello che ho che è esattamente come lo aveva prima il tipo che si è costruito il suo nuovo supporto. Per me è più comodo, occupa troppo meno spazio ed è fatto con due soli pezzi di legno.&lt;/div&gt;

La Dahon Speed-TR pesa solo 15 kg ed il suo ingombro quando è chiusa è di 37 x 82 x 66 cm, il suo prezzo è intorno ai 1000 € ed è una vera e propria bici da strada. Come si vede dalle immagini ha anche due bei portapacchi.&lt;/div&gt;

Il cyclone pesa circa 6 kg e le sue dimensioni permettono di trasportare tutto ciò che abbiamo intenzione di caricare: lo Swing, il Kayaksailor ed anche una bella tendina.&lt;/div&gt;

Per quanto riguarda la tenda mi attizza parecchio questa composizione studiata apposta da&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="http://lsdstaging.com/"&gt;LifeStyleDesign&lt;/a&gt; per i kite surfisti, veramente bella ma ancora non si sa quanto costa, né quando e da chi verrà prodotta.&lt;/div&gt;

Come si vede la tenda è composta da due parti che si uniscono, una parte, la zona notte, è la tenda gonfiabile, l'altra è il magazzino dove si tiene tutto al coperto, incluso il wc chimico. Mi sembra davvero interessante.&lt;/div&gt;

Sembra proprio che il Comandante Schettino non sia l'unico responsabile di questo disastro, la stessa rotta del 13 Gennaio 2011 era stata fatta il 14 Agosto 2011, così come asserito nel sito &lt;a href="http://blog.geogarage.com/2012/01/costa-concordia-in-previous-close-call.html"&gt;Geogarage&lt;/a&gt;. Probabilmente il 13 Gennaio, vista la velocità, la nave gli è "sculata" di poppa prendendo gli scogli. A questo punto mi viene da pensare che ci siano ben altre responsabilità, oltre l'incoscienza del capitano Schettino.&lt;/div&gt;

Guardate, vorrei essere proprio smentito da qualcuno che ne sa più di me, a fianco c'è il mio indirizzo email. Ma fare un libretto sulla sicurezza della navigazione di poche pagine come hanno fatto negli U.S.A. e metterlo a disposizione gratuitamente per i naviganti nei porti, sarebbe così difficile e costoso? Si potrebbe anche copiare e tradurre, mi permetto di dare un suggerimento al genio italico. Si può leggere anche in formato &lt;a href="http://www.uscgboating.org/ATON/index.html"&gt;Libro&lt;/a&gt;. La sicurezza non dovrebbe essere un "business" e neanche le Carte Nautiche, peraltro pagate abbondantemente dai contribuenti, ma ne avevo già parlato: &lt;a href="http://marinaiditerraferma.blogspot.com/2010/08/sicurezza-in-mare-carte-nautiche.html"&gt;Sicurezza in mare: carte nautiche&lt;/a&gt;. Purtroppo quello a cui non ho voluto credere fino all'ultimo si è rivelato vero in ogni aspetto, incoscienza, irresponsabilità, imperizia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Da quanto accertato la rotta è compatibile con quanto oramai dato per certo da tutti, cioè che il disgraziato Capitano si sia avvicinato troppo allo scoglio delle Scole. Nello storico non appare la deviazione, però l'analisi della velocità della nave potrebbe far presupporre che questa abbia effettivamente deviato in prossimità dello scoglio delle Scole per poi rientrare nell'intervallo di tempo tra due registrazioni. &lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;Effettivamente i tempi, si parlava di soli cinque minuti in più rispetto alla rotta che avrebbe unito i due punti che si vedono in figura (rotta bianca), mi sembravano incompatibili con una deviazione a 150 metri dalla costa e relative conseguenze dell'incidente (rotta rossa). Ebbene invece i fatti hanno dimostrato che alla negligenza si è aggiunta l'irresponsabilità poiché la nave è arrivata in velocità presso quegli scogli, verità questa, confermata dal fatto che siano stati trascinati via assieme alla nave.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Esprimo tutto il mio estremo disgusto e disapprovazione su come il quotidiano "Il Giornale" ha trattato l'argomento CONDANNANDO il Capitano della nave con il termine di criminale, prima che sia stata condotta una seppur sommaria indagine sull'incidente della Costa Concordia.&lt;br /&gt;
Prescindendo dagli errori che il Capitano forse ha commesso:&lt;br /&gt;
1) non si conosce ancora la rotta della nave. Comunque sia, anche se fosse stata fuori rotta e in zone navigabili con secche molto probabilmente non segnalate, questo non è reato. In Laguna Veneta i transatlantici li vedi fuori dal balcone di casa;&lt;br /&gt;
2) la manovra di portare la nave davanti al Giglio dopo l'incidente è stata saggia e corretta in modo da salvare più vite umane possibile. Un pensiero va alle vittime e a chi sta soffrendo a causa di questa tragedia;&lt;br /&gt;
3) non aver preoccupato l'equipaggio è stata l'unica cosa che si potesse fare. Cosa doveva essere detto? Che stavano affondando?&lt;br /&gt;

Ogni stupido ha un blog, ha esordito qualcuno da qualche parte. E' probabile che sia vero visto e considerato che io ce l'ho e poiché a me piace fare le cose per bene anche da stupido riprendo in mano le vecchie conoscenze da manager per proporle a quelli come me. La filosofia è quella del Total Quality Management sfruttando alcuni degli strumenti straordinari che &lt;a href="http://www.google.it/"&gt;Google&lt;/a&gt; offre gratuitamente. Non entrerò molto nel dettaglio poiché la filosofia di Marinai di Terraferma è quella dell'approccio breve, non mi piace annoiare i lettori che, qualora volessero, possono approfondire come meglio credono gli argomenti che propongo altrove. &lt;a href="https://www.google.com/calendar"&gt;Google Calendar&lt;/a&gt;, è uno strumento che ho scoperto da poco ed è straordinario. Su Google Calendar non solo si pianificano i "post" ma è anche un utile scadenzario che segnala automaticamente tramite email gli "appuntamenti". Si può calendarizzare qualsiasi attività, da quello dello scrivere nel blog&amp;nbsp;(DO)&amp;nbsp;fino a quella dell'"informarsi" (ACT) con quanto c'è on-line da leggere, e così via. Nell'attività di blogger managment il Plan-Do-Check-Act deve essere attentamente pianificato e le scadenze rispettate. Come sarebbe migliore il mondo se tutti i fornitori lavorassero a questo modo, forse un po' più triste, ma certamente meglio organizzato.&lt;br /&gt;

L'anno scorso ho emesso una fattura straordinaria ad un mio vecchio cliente per un "audit" al sistema di gestione integrato qualità e accreditamento del laboratorio. L'azienda è piccola, una quindicina di dipendenti che aspettavano da settimane il mio intervento. Ebbene l'ispettore per l'accreditamento del laboratorio ha emesso una non conformità che mi riguardava: non c'era evidenza oggettiva della pianificazione e relativa comunicazione agli interessati del mio audit. Ci sono rimasto male e, per quanto spropositata per una azienda in cui tutte le persone erano state avvertite verbalmente, la non conformità era legittima. Ebbene se quell'azienda avesse utilizzato Google Calendar questo problema non ci sarebbe stato, tutti gli audit si pianificano nel loro bel calendario ed ad ogni attività pianificata corrisponde una relativa comunicazione in automatico degli audit agli interessati.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Cè di più, da quando pianifico i miei post riesco ad organizzare la mia attività di blogger al meglio, ne scrivo molti di più e diversifico gli argomenti per settimana in modo da non annoiare i lettori con gli stessi temi.&lt;br /&gt;

Lo potete osservare da soli, il &lt;a href="https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin?service=blogger&amp;amp;ltmpl=start&amp;amp;hl=it&amp;amp;passive=86400&amp;amp;continue=http://www.blogger.com/home#s01"&gt;Blogger&lt;/a&gt; di Google è molto versatile, ci si può incorporare praticamente di tutto, testi, foto, filmati, documenti, tabelle, link e quant'altro in formati stabiliti e professionali. E' vero, il Blogger è a prova di stupido tanto che chiunque lo può utilizzare come se fosse un vero professionista. Non mi addentro molto di più su questo aspetto, scrivere sul Blogger è un piacere particolarmente semplice ed attraente. Non ultime da considerare sono le barre laterali che offrono la possibilità di inserire molti ed utili "tools", come per esempio gli indici, gli argomenti, le pubblicità, etc. C'è un'altro aspetto importante, il blog è interattivo, l'utente può intervenire, commentare e segnalare ad altri utenti i vari post e può essere gestito da più persone coinvolte in modo "dinamico", ma se si volesse lo si potrebbe costruire molto più semplicemente in modo "statico", come un "classico" sito web.&lt;br /&gt;

Nel parlare di qualità non possiamo dimenticarci di parlare della Mission, ovvero tutto ciò con cui dobbiamo confrontarsi. Normalmente, ed in soldoni, la Mission è vendere qualcosa, nel nostro caso solo se si mettono le pubblicità ed in parte, perché la vocazione fondamentale di un blog è quello di essere letto. Ed anche in questo caso &lt;a href="http://www.google.com/intl/it/analytics/"&gt;Google Analytics&lt;/a&gt; offre strumenti straordinari per la rilevazione statistica degli accessi al blog. &amp;nbsp;Monitorare l'andamento del blog, le pagine più visitate e l'orientamento dei lettori è di prioritaria importanza per lo sviluppo e la crescita del blog.&lt;/div&gt;

Lo stesso Blogger offre uno strumento di statistica istantaneo e semplice già di per se sufficiente a delineare l'andamento del sito e le preferenze dei lettori, nonché la loro provenienza geografica.&lt;/div&gt;

Vivere felici di questi tempi non è facile, si sbarca il lunario e si rinuncia a molte cose ma abbiamo ancora la nostra barchina. Solo grazie al bel lago Trasimeno però, altrimenti l'avremmo dovuta vendere e prenderne una più piccola da tenere a terra. E' di ieri la notizia nella nostra TV locale che il parcheggio nella mia città costerà 2 € l'ora, la benzina presto raggiungerà questa soglia e in generale muoversi sta diventando un lusso, anche andare in treno e in autobus. L'accanimento della classe dirigente politica e affaristica che vuol mantenere a tutti i costi i propri privilegi impoverendo la popolazione è sotto gli occhi di tutti.&lt;/div&gt;

Bisogna avere fiducia ci dicono, vorrei sapere di cosa, forse nel vedere ex sindaci e vice sindaci divenuti presidenti e viceversa blaterare in TV grassi del loro quadruplo stipendio di partito mantenuto da "piani tariffari" insopportabili? Si fanno piani anche per salvare i paesi, le loro classi politiche e le banche ma le famiglie stanno colando a picco, sempre più a fondo.&lt;/div&gt;

Su Google Earth si può vedere il profilo batimetrico lungo la rotta che abbiamo stabilito di percorrere, o che stiamo percorrendo se collegati al GPS. Fantastico!
Basta digitare sul tasto destro con la manina sopra la rotta "Mostra profili elevazione", ovviamente dopo aver impostato il percorso nelle "proprietà" , "altitudine", "collegato al fondale marino". Bellissimo.&lt;br /&gt;

E' un sogno che ho nel cassetto da diverso tempo, infatti se fotografare è una mia grande passione quello della fotografia naturalistica è, secondo me, un modo di integrare il turismo nautico completandolo in uno dei suoi aspetti più significativi e profondi. Voglio far osservare ai miei lettori che i bacini lacustri del centro Italia, e in particolar modo il Trasimeno, sono talmente ricchi di una flora e fauna di altissimo pregio e rara bellezza che possono essere ritenuti unici nel loro genere. Vivere la navigazione nel silenzio, trascinati nel vento, accompagnati dalla curiosità e la voglia di osservare ed immortalare in un immagine le creature del lago rendono l'esperienza della vela più completa e certamente irripetibile. Il Centro Ittiogenico del Lago Trasimeno, l'&lt;a href="http://www.oasinaturalisticalavalle.it/"&gt;Oasi la Valle&lt;/a&gt; e &lt;a href="http://www.polvese.it/"&gt;Centro di Esperienza Ambientale dell'Isola Polvese&lt;/a&gt; sono importantissime iniziative che la Regione Umbria e la Provincia di Perugia sostengono al fine di promuovere e allo stesso tempo proteggere l'ambiente lacustre e il suo Parco. Per concludere aggiungo che questa attività può essere svolta non solo d'estate ma durante tutto il corso dell'anno, le strutture che ho sopra citato offrono ospitalità, organizzano corsi, visite guidate e quant'altro sia dal punto di vista turistico che da quello scientifico e didattico per approfondire conoscenze sui temi dell'ambiente e della natura del lago.&lt;/div&gt;
