A: I get asked this all the time. It’s understandable why so many people are curious about why exactly these wrinkles form. After all, the marionette lines are in a very peculiar place of the face (not somewhere that you would necessarily expect lines to form). So what are the marionette lines causes? Well, let’s take a closer look at the causes these pesky little lines…

Smoking
Although there’s no clinical studies that have been done to determine this, it’s pretty safe to say that an activity such as this doesn’t help your marionette lines. Why? Because you are pumping the area around the lips and mount full of damaging and harmful chemicals and free radicals. You can be sure that they accelerate the aging around this area too.

Insufficient Moisturizing
This is not something that will prevent you from getting them, but we can assume that the skin around this area is not being hydrated properly. When skin doesn’t have the moisture it needs, it is more susceptible to developing signs of wear – i.e. marionette lines. One excellent product I recommend for hydration is hyaluronic acid cream because this ingredient holds up to one thousand times its own weight in water.

Insufficient Support
What causes marionette lines? One can guess that insufficient underlying support beneath the skin will lead to facial sagging and therefore it is a contributor to these lines. As far as this issue, there’s not a whole lot that can be done to prevent it. The bottom line is gravity pulls our faces down… only a plastic surgeon can pull them back up

Taking Action
So now you know what causes marionette lines. As far as treatment options are concerned, you have a few options. You can start out with a good hyaluronic acid skin care product to moisturize. If you may want to consider a non invasive face lift – new techniques surgeons use that require little to no down time and don’t cost much. As an alternative to face lift, you may just want to do nothing at all and let it be… but most of us would agree that marionette lines make us look old and we should get rid of them if we have the opportunity!

Q: Are there any facial exercises for marionette lines?

A: So you want to know if there is marionette lines exercise you can do? Well, you’re not the first person that has asked me this. In fact , I have received well over a dozen messages asking me about whether or not a facial toning exercises may be able to help. After all the fuss, I finally decided to look into it further.

My initial thoughts…
There are dozens of different muscles throughout our face, so in theory, I agreed they must have something to do with wrinkles, right? After all, that’s why people are getting injections of scary poisons to paralyze these facial muscles!

Although I was unsure whether or not it would be possible to help a specific wrinkle – like marionette lines – simply by doing an exercise, I was pretty confident that it would at least help prop up the skin and muscle that was sagging. After all, just think of how much better our bodies are when then they are toned up… the face must look the safe, right?

My findings…
I researched a number of different resources to find out what the down low is about exercises for marionette lines. Much to my surprise, it does sound like there are some promising things out there that may be able to help. Apparently there are number of contraptions along with guides which may be able to help.

The first one I kept hearing about was the Neckline Slimmer. As the name implies, the Neckline Slimmer isn’t specifically a marionette lines exercise device, but it is something that reportedly strengthens and tones the muscles in the neck and face area… it sounds promising and is very affordable!

However the Neckline Slimmer isn’t the only facial exerciser on the market I saw. There are a handful of different devices which are designed for facial muscle toning – which includes targeting the lines on the face. I have not bought a face exerciser myself yet but definitely plan to very, very soon!

Whether it’s treating our marionette lines or just all of the wrinkles on our face, many of us are intrigued by the idea of a face lift without surgery. But what is it and how well does it work?

What is a a face lift without surgery?
There are actually several different variations of this procedure. They are all performed by cosmetic surgeons.

Sometimes, the surgeon will use a combination of an injectable (like Restylane) along with microthreads placed just under the surface of the skin to pull the skin up. The great part about this is that his entire procedure is relatively quick and affordable – and best of all – very affordable when compared to surgery. However the drawback is that the results aren’t as dramatic and are said to not last as long, so that is one important thing you will want to keep in mind.

There are also other options that involve tiny incisions to move the skin, but do so in a way that is not invasive and requires little to no downtime. Many people love the allure of this because then they don’t have to take time off work or worry about others spotting that they’ve had work done. Rather many patients just say they look more refreshed and rested and others are not able to tell they’ve actually undergone a procedure to improve their appearance.

Conclusion
The idea of a face lift without surgery sounds like something we all want, but they are not all created equal. That being said, there are many variations not discussed here which many have raved about having fantastic results. Because each plastic surgeon uses different techniques, it really is dependent on who is actually doing the procedure. This is why it’s so important to consult one because only they can tell you what the benefits would be and how much improvement you can expect.

On a woman, lips are often considered one of the most seductive facial feature. When we develop lip lines, suddenly we may not feel as confident about ourselves. Let’s talk about what causes them and what can be done to correct them.

What causes lip lines?
First and foremost, wrinkling is just a part of aging. As the years go by, we will develop wrinkles on all parts of our face and body – that is inevitable. While we may not be able to stop that, what we can do is treat the wrinkles to minimize their appearance. Thanks to modern plastic surgery and skin care, there are a wide array of options nowadays for treating problems like this.

It should also be noted that if you smoked (either currently or in the past) then there is a strong chance that might have contributed to your lip lines. That’s why some people even call them smokers lips – the dangerous carcigens in the smoke not only dry out your lips but can also mutate the cells in the area so they don’t replenish themselves correctly.

What can be done to treat lip lines?
As mentioned, there are a many options out there that can help lip lines. Your plastic surgeon can offer you lip augmentation. Even if you are happy with the size of your lips, filling them out may help decrease the appearance of these creases and wrinkles.

The other option is using an advanced wrinkle filler cream on your lips. I prefer hyaluronic acid skin care because certain formulations are actually known to stimulate the production of collagen. Every night before I go to bed I not only put my cream on my face, but also on my lips to help keep them moisturized and plump them up a bit. This is probably the most affordable between the two options.

Marionette lines are described as lines that start at the outer corners of the nose and meet down towards the chin. The severity of these lines depends on a number of factors. One being genetics and the other being environmental factors.

With time these lines can become deeper and more noticeable. This of course depends on whether you plan on engaging in some sort of treatment to help diminish them. Fortunately, there are now advanced wrinkle filler anti aging creams which may be able to improve their appearance and help prevent them from worsening.

Everyone battles with some sort of skin imperfection whether it be now or in the past. In today’s day and age there are many products available for purchase to treat a number of these different skin problems. Among some of the most common problems among many men and women are marionette lines on the face.

Getting Rid of Them
One treatment that people rave about are wrinkle filler creams. The reason being is that they are not a type of medical procedure, they are advanced cream based productsis. And best of all they are non-prescription. These wrinkle filler creams help by adding volume and added depth to the skin which helps decrease their deepness and thus make them less visible.

Another type of treatment that can be used to treat marionette lines on the face are hyaluronic injections (performed by your doctor) and are found in such products as Restylane and Perlane. I will discuss these two products further below an how they both can be considered to be the best filler for marionette lines

Restylane has been shown to decrease the appearance of these lines in a number of participants who used this type of injection. Many people like the fact that it helps add volume and elasticity to the skin as well as improve the depth of wrinkles. This treatment can only be performed by a licensed dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon. Many women have actually favored hyaluronic acid filler injections in comparison to Botox which is only a wrinkle relaxer.

The Next Step
Now that I have provided information as well as some of the products treatments that are used to treat marionette lines, hopefully you have given thought about whether any suit your individual needs. As with any type of treatment it would be best to consult with your doctor or cosmetic surgeon before undergoing any type of treatment. Once you complete this task you will know whether this is something you should consider.

The Most Important Advice
Something I can’t stress enough is using an anti wrinkle face cream daily that actually works. If you look at the ingredients in the ones at the local drugstore, they just aren’t potent enough from my experience. If you’re willing to spend a little bit more and get one through a specialty retailer or online store, you can get one that has much higher concentrations of the powerful and proven anti aging ingredients in them.

Just this year, creams came out that actually contain hyaluronic acid which is absorbed topically. Not only will this help with fine lines, but also deep wrinkles like marionette lines. These products are over-the-counter and the prices are actually pretty reasonable. So you may want to research these and the other top wrinkle creams before you go spend a fortune on more drastic measures.

The good news? there are many treatments available.

There are a number of ways to treat these pesky deep wrinkles known as marionette lines. Just this year alone, new treatments have hit the market. From injectables at the doctor offices, to deep wrinkle serum… there are now effective options!

<!--

Finding the top products that work can often seem like finding a needle in a haystack. We all want radiant glowing skin so much that we will go to extreme lengths to get it. Sometimes we spend hundreds of dollars trying to achieve perfect skin. We try anti aging products, wrinkle creams and treatments.

Fortunately, whatever skin ailment you are trying to fix, there will be sure to be an abundance of different treatments at your disposal. But which ones work and which ones do not? That is a question a lot of avid skin care consumers ask, especially when they are considering purchasing a treatment to help diminish those marionette lines on the face.

What Causes Marionette Lines?
The formation of marionette lines are said to form due to an umber of different reasons. Some say it’s because of facial expressions over the years, but others claim the opposite that they are due to lack of expressions. Another suspected culprit is the deficiency of collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid in the face. There’s also environmental factors, such as sun exposure and damage, pollution, and smoking.. In order to combat these lines on the face as well as other wrinkles people have started using different treatments to help diminish the severity of these wrinkles.

What’s Deep Line Filler?
This term simply refers to products and treatments which are designed specifically for deep wrinkles, such as a marionette line. The cosmetics industry have came up with a number of different options for these. Of course some of the most popular ones included injections which fill the space. These are known to be very effective and are marketed under a few different brands.

Most plastic surgeons and dermatologists can offer you these but they aren’t always cheap. For example a Restylane procedure will probably set you back around $500 to $700 and the results typically last 6 to 9 months. Each syringe is one CC and with wrinkles this deep, you may need two or more syringes. So you can quickly see as to how expensive of a treatment option this can be. However, it is also probably the most effective way out there to treat them. But why not try a good cream first?

There are face lifts which basically attempt to pull the skin and remove these wrinkles, but they can often created an un-natural look, plus those even cost more.

Cost Effective Alternatives
First of all it’s important to point out that, unfortunately, probably nothing is going to be more effective than these injections which doctors can offer you. Fortunately, there are some new discoveries in the skin care industry that may be able to help. Wrinkle filler creams do exactly what their name states, they fill in the wrinkles in the skin. Many of these products help get into the skin and ad fullness and volume while hydrating the skin. This is because many of them contain hyaluronic acid.

By using this type of treatment to help with the appearance of marionette lines as well as other lines on the face, you can experience improvement in the depth and overall appearance of wrinkles. The latest and newest top wrinkle serum and deep wrinkle cream treatments that have came out recently are at least worth considering.

So you want to know what are marionette lines? Simply put, these lines are formed around the sides of the nose and extend all the way down towards the chin. Yes, I know it kind of is a funny name, but it fits these wrinkles to the tee. When you look at one of these puppets, you will see why.

When we age, it is usually a gradual process that takes place over an extended number of years. It could start out with the change in the skin’s texture and the inability to bounce back quickly from breakouts, or the visual appearance of wrinkles beginning to form on the face. Before you know it you begin noticing deeply ingrained marionette lines around your nose and mouth area. And to think that maybe, if you would have started using anti aging treatments when you were in your mid twenties maybe they wouldn’t have been so noticeable.

This is a dilemma that many women face in everyday life. The coulda woulda shoulda scenario, but let’s take a look at what can be done now instead of dwelling on the past.

Juvederm & Restylane Procedures
One of the best filler for marionette lines are treatments called Juvederm and Restylane (which are performed by a doctor). These are extremely similar, contain a chemical referred to as hyaluronic acid. This acid is actually naturally produced within our body and is one of the key components of our skin. As we age, our bodies don’t produce as much. This is why many use hyaluronic acid treatments to plump up these deep lines.

<!--

Now that you have learned a little more in relation to what are marionette lines and ways to treat them you can now decide whether it’s a treatment you are interested in receiving. Make sure to consult with your doctor before starting this or any other type of prescription treatment. He/she will be able to give you invaluable information in regards to which injection or product is right for you in your fight against marionette lines and other types of wrinkles.

Wrinkle Filler Creams
products use to treat not only deeply ingrained wrinkles, such as marrionette lines on the face, but other types of wrinkles as well. These creams help to moisturize, add suppleness to the skin as well as help improve the appearance of wrinkles. They work by adding volume and as their name states, fill in the lines of the wrinkles. Although there are many different ones available for purchase nowadays, finding one that has the properties you desire is important. I prefer hyaluronic acid skin care creams because they are non-prescription yet use the same active ingredient as injectables. Many of the top wrinkle creams actually use this ingredient as a key component.

Everyone ages, this is just part of life. Some are able to reach all the way up into their late 50′s before they even start seeing any signs of wrinkles or skin damage. And others (most of us) may not be so lucky. Many of this depends not only on our genetics, but a lot of it has to do with our environment as well.

When it comes to marionette lines, it’s true that they probably do make you look 10 or 15 years old, but luckily this is something you can easily fix. There are some extremely effective procedures such as Restylane and others that can virtually eliminate these embarrassing deep wrinkles.

When It Starts
I for one can relate to starting to see the signs of aging. I remember when I was in my early twenties and I used to think that 30 years old was getting up there in age, but now that I am here I no longer say that. I would say from the time I was in my late 20′s I started noticing that my skin began changing and I started noticing these lines around the corners of my nose that extended all the way down towards my chin. What I had discovered was the early beginnings of marionette lines.

Treatment
Well, these lines are very common among many of the mature folk alike, and until now the only way to help decrease their appearance was through plastic surgery; lifting and stretching the skin. Unfortunately, this is extremely expensive and not very natural looking.

In today’s high tech skin care industry there are now products designed to help with these types of deep lines. Some of these products can be purchased online. Many of these could be considered to be the best filler for marionette lines.

Deep Wrinkle Cream
One best filler for marionette lines, are products called wrinkle filler Creams. Now these products will not make wrinkles completely disappear, but they do help diminish them quite a bit and make them look less prominent. Many of these contain vitamins and nutrients to help with giving the skin added moisture and the healthy glow everyone desires. However, the best and newest ones contain hyaluronic acid. This substance is a magnet for water – it holds hundreds of times its own weight in H20 – so when it’s used on these lines, it can help minimize their appearance by causing these indentations to expand and fill out.

The Juvederm Procedure
When it comes to injectables, this one is my favorite. This treatment appears to be one of if not the favorites among those who receive injections to treat wrinkles. It does not use foreign collagen, which is a dangerous ingredient when it’s derived from cows and pigs (mad cow disease, anyone?) Instead, Juvederm uses an ingredient that is plant derived source of a substance which is already found in you skin – hyaluronic acid. This, along with your own collagen and elastin, are the basic building blocks of your skin. But as you age your body produces less of it. So I look at as a way to put back what nature is no longer giving me! They say it lasts around 6 to 9 months, but I have some injected in my chin area, and much of it is still there over 2 years later, no joke! So although it costs a few hundred, it’s definitely worth it in my opinion.

Restylane Treatments
This is basically the exact same as Juvederm, it’s just a different brand name that came out first. So either one should do the job. Restylane is a very popular choice to fill in those marionette lines and helps them look a lot less noticeable. Most doctors charge slightly less for this procedure than they do for Juvederm, so it may be a great option if you’re on a budget.

What To Do Next
Hopefully I have provided adequate information about what are marionette lines, so you can get a better idea of what they are and what type of procedure you can think about receiving to help diminish these marionette lines on the face. I am not a licensed dermatologist or medical professional by any means. So please make sure to consult a professional prior to receiving this or any type of treatment, especially in regards to treating wrinkles or marionette lines on the face.

The best part is that all of the options I have mentioned (Restylane, Juvederm, deep wrinkle cream) give you extremely natural results and they are all relatively affordable. So if you’re considering the first two procedures, talk with a doctor!
