Make sure you check out the Summer Specials flyer at Publix to get this great deal on soda. Publix currently has 6-packs of A&W Root Beer, 7 Up, Sunkist, RC & Diet Rite, and Canada Dry Brands of soda on sale for $3 each. In the Summer Specials flyer there is a Buy 2 Get 1 Free store coupon. Pair this with a Buy 2 get 1 Free tear pad coupon from the manufacturer's coupon and you can get all three for the cost of one 6-pack.

I was able to get 3 6-packs this morning for $3.63 or $1.21 each or $0.20 each soda!

Free Razors + Overage on my Publix Shopping Trip, May 19, 2011

2011-05-19T14:28:00.000-04:00

I made a quick jaunt to my downtown Publix during my lunch hour and Hallelujah, low and behold, I was finally able to find the Bic Soleli razors that I had a rain check for. The razors were priced at $5.49 and my rain check for a BOGO deal that Publix offered a few weeks ago. After using two, $3.00 off manufacturers coupons on the razors I had an overage of $0.51!

Below is a picture of what I purchased along with my savings:

The coupons I used were two, $3 razor coupons, and one, $3.59 BOGO coupon for the eggplant dinners. Just by using three coupons and getting a rain check for a previous Publix sale I was able to save more than half of bill. In total I saved 62%.
