Bollywood reacts

Salman Khan has been sentenced to five years in jail. Definitely he is doing good humanitarian works, and for sure he is a guy loved by millions of his fans. Heard lots of good things about him, but he is being sentenced because he was driving under the influence and he has killed a human being.

You should check out the bollywood tweets, which are supposed to be in defence of Salman, but you can judge by yourself, some of which i post below

"The govt should be responsible for housing ppl.If no 1was sleeping
on d road in any other country Salman wuld not have driven over
anybody."

when the government had just started to say WTF aloud, she
said, "It's like penalising a train driver because someone decided to
cross the tracks and got killed in the bargain. #salmankhancase

"No one should be sleeping on the road or footpath. It
is dangerous to do that just like it is dangerous to cross tracks."

But a tweet by singer Abhijeet will leave you dumbfounded,

"Kutta rd pe soyega kutte ki maut marega, roads garib ke baap ki nahi
hai I ws homles an year nvr slept on rd @BeingSalmanKhan
@sonakshisinha".

"Kutta"... who is Abhijeet referring to here, the common man, the poor man, who doesnt have anywhere to sleep. Interesting tweet indeed. They should tweet, and before posting should definitely see if the tweet is worth tweeting at all.

I just seem to wonder that if i was in the place of Salman Khan, do you think it would have taken the courts 12 years to sentence me. Every individual should man up as to what they have done, and face the consequences of their actions.

I definitely know for sure, that Salman is regretting what he had done 12 years ago, and I hope that he gets bail.

But Bollywood, please shut your traps, you dont know what you are saying....

The Muslims, with a population of over 120 crores in India, are always the center of discussion during the times of election, and whenever there is some act of terrorism that occurs in India or abroad. In India, within five minutes of the act, the MUSLIM is the one who is branded with the label of Terrorist. Its really a shame, that if they know this beforehand, then why they do not prevent the act.

But this is not my point of discussion today. The point is what the Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut has said, that the constitutional right we so enjoy, has to be taken away that we are not used by parties during the election. The Muslim, you have to know very carefully weighs his right and accordingly casts his vote during the election.

The only thing i can muster from the comment by the senior leader of Shiv Sena, is that they are not able to garner votes to form a majority. We are not against the Shiv Sena party, if they produce a good candidate and the party works to the betterment of the voters as a whole, then definitely we will vote for any party, who will help us to have our voice heard. The voter hear i talk about is not only the Muslims, but Hindus, Christians, Sikhs and all other minority religion.

The political parties are bound by idealogies of their leaders, and we are ok with that. Provided the party be it Shiv Sena, BJP, AMIMIM, SP, BSP once they have won the mandate, then they should not be in appeasing mode of a certain section of the voter base. But they should concentrate on taking the region ahead, by their policy of UNITY and bringing in the region to maximum benefit in terms of water, electricity, education and most importantly JOBS....

Forget reservations, let the individual work towards his or her goal.

India is my country and for me all parties are equal provided they work for me as an individual, and i definitely will vote my consience....

JAI HIND

First of all i would like to congratulate the AAP on its tremendous victory that is has achieved in the Delhi Elections. It is a record of sorts for the two year old party. And all the credit should be given to the cadre and the AAP members who had such a faith in the party. Most importantly a WIN, well deserved.

The persistence and the perseverance of its leaders had paid off, and the deflection of major leaders like Kiran Bedi and Shazia Ilmi worked to the favor and this has a major influence on the win that was achieved by the AAP. Now we can say that the public is not a status quo, and they have changed the way the politics of the nation is changing. Delhi has shown the way. It has said that the public will punish non-performers and will reward and give a chance to people who are willing to put the PEOPLE first.

It seems this is catching on in the country, and this had happened on the eve of the election results that BIHAR has followed suit, and they want a change in leadership. We all know that the BJP has the capabilities and the resources to work to the favor of the people, and with the dynamic leadership of Mr. Narendra Modi this has yet to be seen. We have not yet experienced a significant change in the way the country is running. And we have yet to see significant prosecution of corrupt officials.
The people are going to keep question and pestering, so i sincerely hope that the government starts delivering.

On a different note the AAP with its majority will mean nothing, if it cannot deliver. Though a tall order of the promises that they have made, they have five years to show significant changes in Delhi. But most of all to prosecute the corrupt that are ripping the nation of the natural resources and the land fiasco. We will wait to see, if Mr. Kejriwal will go after the big fish as promised.

Also AAP government will have to work with the center and the keep their ego's out of the way, and try to find solutions which are in the legal system, or try to change the wordings to fit the change. Either way patience will be a virtue which everyone will be looking at in the AAP, and this will not only be in Delhi, but the whole of India will be watching how they will perform. And this can be the base that they can expect to see in the rest of the country.

Once again i hope for a better India, and i don't care who runs the country, as long as everyone is treated on an equal level, and everyone's rights are protected.......JAI HIND.

A Free Cancer Detection Camp held on 11th january 2015 at A 2 Z Polyclinic and Diagnostic Center ,111 Seawood Corner commercial Complex from morning 10.00 AM onwards. And i was invited to be a part of this one of the kind free camp dedicated to a few for whom the detection is either not done, nor can they afford to be detected of this deadly disease. And by the time they know what has happened it is too late.

The really best thing was that the camp was led by Dr Wasim Phoplunkar one of the leading Cancer Oncologists in Mumbai, and not to say that you can count these type of doctors on your fingers, which means getting treated from a doctor of his reputation, was really a great use of his time and our time too. If he can give his time for such a cause so can we.

I am now not going to name anybody else other then the A 2 Z Polyclinic and Diagnostic Center, the doctors involved with them, who selflessly gave their time for this cause. Also i dont think they would want themselves to be mentioned here, and i wont be doing justice if i start naming them, and what they have done yesterday at the free camp. They went out of their way to see that it was a successful event.

But as you all know nothing is possible without the behind the scene help of the volunteers, who so do arrange the whole show, and expect nothing in return. I sincerely would like to thank them, for everyone who were volunteers voluntarily or involuntarily that they did a great job. Secondly many noted visitors and politicians graced the occasion. Again no need to name them.

Now going back to the free camp, since this was a specialised event, it is understandable that the people who attended were in dire need of detection, and the registration exceeded the expectation of the camp in general. Since Dr Wasim was treating individuals patients as paid patients and the time taken was very thorough and the patients were very happy with the results.

The free camp was actually less costly to the patients since their diagnosis was done for free, and secondly if they had any tests to be done, then they were given a 30% discount by the affiliated partners for the required tests.

But the most important which i had intentionally wanted to mention in the end was that the event was sponsored by none other than the leading pharmaceutical company in India SUN PHARMACEUTICALS and their representatives were also present. So this in itself is a big achievement. The Free camp is i hope scheduled also to other places so that the benefit can be gained by the poor communities in other areas of Mumbai.

I for one, thank the organisers that they have arranged this kind of a camp and i was invited, and i sincerely pray for each and every one of them to be graced by ALLAH's best of grace.

A HAPPY NEW YEAR to all my family, friends all over the globe. I hope that you have the best of health and wealth. I hope that you do not forget the good things that you achieved over the last year, but at the same time dont forget the trying times, the loss of our loved ones. Most of all, i hope that irrespective of our religions , caste or creed, we promise to be helpful to those who need our help, and we will try to spread happiness to all the need.

It is not necessary, they be from outside, they could be your near and dear ones. Dont be influenced by the politics of religion and be swayed by their intentions to divide us as humans. We are born humans and lets hope to do our best. Thats all we can do.........

May ALLAH bless all, and guide them the right way. Ameen.....

On a personal note, i am deeply sorry if i have hurt anybody with my words and my tongue..... My intention was never to hurt any person. But if i did so, willingly or unwillingly..... I please beg for your forgiveness. I hope i will learn and hope the same for you all.....

First of all, I am extremely sorry for the provocative headline tag that I have put here, which implies that ALLAH doesn't need Muslim's. The implication here is only to try to get my message across to all religions what is ISLAM and what is the actual intention is behind it.

ISLAM means peace and the followers which are called Muslims are bound by the teachings of ISLAM which are not the intention to be listed here. The reason for writing this post is the conversion of Muslims, Christians to the Hindu fold. I dont think the Muslims have an issue with this, and why is there such a huge hue and cry about the same.

Agreed that we Muslims from India and the sub-continent were converted a long time ago by the traders and the emperors. Maybe during that time it was by force, but now it is by choice. And if the people tend to go back to the Hindu religion, it is their choice and we cannot tell them to exercise their right. But the way, that is being done is entirely wrong. Enticing a poor person for his hunger, intimidation against the helpless and the lowly class. Let's assume that they do want to go back to their religion, why do they have to go back according to their caste. And who decides what their caste is. Will be included in the upper or in the lower grade class. Islam doesn't discriminate with caste's and grades. We all are equal in the name of our religion. Agreed influential people think that they can establish some caste in our religion and they have made also the same, but it still doesn't affect the individual on his personal level.

When i say "ALLAH DOESN'T NEED MUSLIM'S", what i mean to say is that he doesn't need us human beings to worship him, he already has the angels, and all the worldly things bowing to him. It is we as humans who need him on a regular basis. Allah has time and again promised and delivered that whosoever doesn't follow his teachings which is normally to be a human being he will send worldly disasters like hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes etc....... He can replace the whole universe with a new race of human beings and make them start from scratch. The point is to be a good human being, which we should try to be.

Many historians and many people insist that ISLAM was spread by the sword, but that is not the fact not then when the Prophet Mohammed (pbuh) was propagating and not now, the word is spread by the actions of the people. Many people included themselves in the religion Islam because they found it to be non-discriminatory. Even today people tend to convert to Islam solely because they see how normal Muslims follow their daily lives, how they treat other people, how they speak. Agreed Muslims are no saints in the current age, they are influenced by all, as all the young generation is. But the majority do try to follow Islam to its fullest.

I am not such an expert in my religion itself, but i try to write, what i think. I definitely needs the guidance of the much learned persons like Mr. Mojibullah Duste, Mr. Danish Lambe, Riyaz Moulana and the learned people to give some insights to this topic, and if there are any mistakes, to please guide us with their deep knowledge and insight of the religion. Of course this insight is not be given only by the people mentioned, but anyone with the knowledge to please criticize and correct where necessary, so that the right message is delivered.

Please make dua for me and for the whole of Ummah

First of all, i wish to extend my greetings to all my family and the whole lot of friends everywhere a very HAPPY NEW YEAR 2015 to come.

I sincerely hope that it will be different from the previous years that have passed. Our country India has a new Prime Minister who has promised us that he will eradicate corruption and concentrate on the country's development. I hope to take him on his word. But under his leadership there are various activities which are trying to negate his development plans and in spite of his warnings not to engage in the conversions, the continue to do so. I just hope that the country after achieving such a majority and the mandate by the people to give carte blance to the PM, it just doesn't go to waste.

The people of India have learnt that the only way ahead is that development is the way, and the way forward is for all Indians to benefit from the growth of the economy. I hope that the world community continue to have its trust in our economy and continues to invest in the development of the country.

On an International front, we all have condemned the cowardly acts which were committed against the innocents, be it by the Taliban, The ISIS, or for that matter the state of Israel. The world community should have the guts to stand up to the cowards and give them a stern warning, that they cannot do what they want. There should be sanctions imposed on all. The developing countries should not side with communities or groups based on their religion, but see if they are weak and targeted.

The developing should stop creating groups like Al-Qaeda,and supply them with the weapons that they need to destroy humanity. The countries should take the blame for creating such types of groups, because they cannot take action against their allies or enemies, whatever you call them.

The point i am trying to make is that syndicates and cartels are being formed to reduce population, to start wars, to start wars solely for the companies of developing countries to rebuild them, and bring back their economies in a much better position. Do it, nobody is negating this fact, but done do it on the lives of human beings, who have nothing to do with politics and they are innocent bystanders.

Life is hard as it, don't try to complicate it,...... PLEASE LET ONE YEAR GO IN PEACE........

AGAIN I HOPE YOU A HAPPY NEW YEAR

It is such a shock to hear the news that terrorism has reached a new height. This height means massacring children and that also on such a mass scale. What did the terrorists thing that they were trying to achieve. Who has been terrorised? I doubt anybody at all. Infact, it has united the world community.

Just start media anywhere, and every place there is only condoning the acts. It is such shame that having intelligence in advance (reference needed), how can such an act take place. Why harbor these types of terrorists. These terrorists are a shame on humanity, and they dont deserve to be called humans at all.

If a point needs to be made, then there are different ways of getting attention to yourself. What happened, do you think ALLAH will forgive your sins, for taking away the lives of innocent children. Definitely not. Infact, killing of a human being without any reason or proof is not allowed in ISLAM. The only think i can keep thinking is that i am with the parents of the children, and hope that ALLAH opens the gates of heaven for them. And i on a personal level, wish to condone this act.

Today is the day of remembrance when an act of COWARDICE has reached a new height. Please remember this day 17th of December 2014. I hope that these individuals who are responsible, reach their final day on this earth with the same horror in their eyes, that their victims had witnesses. I normally dont have so much of hatred in my heart for anybody. But today i couldnt stop myself. Please O'Allah take all the responsible people to their rightful end, which is filled with as much horror as he possible can deliver.

Religion Conversion..... Be it forced conversion, by coercion, or by free choice. It is happening, and it is been happening since ages and has been around for everywhere in the world. Every individual has a right to follow his religion, and no one, should be allowed to coerce any person to change his religion.

The political parties just need a new Mudda to divert people's attention from the real issues that are facing the country at hand, or they could be the current scandals that the politicians are facing. We have seen that people live in total harmony with each other, but when the issue of religion is raised, every individual becomes emotional and reacts. This is one thing we should try to avoid.

I dont want to give credit to any news that has been current or past, so that any individual can get a chance to post a comment regarding the same. I need we as all Indians to be Indians and not Hindus, Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists etc.....Every individual religion has given taken part in the freedom struggle against the British since it was started was back in the 1800's and also much before. So nobody has the right to question any individual's patriotism.

India is as much as a homeland to the Hindus as to the Muslims, to the Christians, to the Sikhs and to all other religions. There are many issues that can be given importance here in the post, but this post is only to maintain that we are all Indians and from this day forward, We should act on what our PM Modi has set out the goals for us. The goals though very steep, they can definitely be achieved. He is a man of vision, agreed that he might get influenced but hopefully he and his band of politicians can look ahead, and take the country ahead of individualistic politics.

JAI HIND

We all carry on with our lives, as there is nothing new that has happened that particular day. This is not for one day, but this is about everyday. You really have to ponder over what i am talking about.

If you notice that if in our community, our state and our country, if something has been gained or achieved that deserves recognition, but there are so many, who want to take credit for the same, when these people have hardly anything to achieve the same. But the people who have done are forgotten and sent off in the wilderness. Only a few like Sachin Tendulkar or Dhoni will keep getting their names in the headlines all the time.

Nowadays you have noticed that our esteemed Prime Minister Mr. Modi has initiated the cleanliness drive. He didnt need to initiate it at all, because that is our civic duty to keep our communities and cities clean. I feel really obnoxious when i see all these politicians putting a garbage of leaves and cleaning the same just for a photo-op.

My point was not to criticize these individuals, it is a good thing, but we have to forgotten on how and on whose shoulders the city runs. Definitely the politicians who make certain rules that we have to follow, but it is not a one sided thing, they should follow the same. They need not cross a red light when they dont have an emergency to reach somewhere. It is also their civic duty, and they are hear to serve us.

But the point of the matter is that we tender to forget the people who clean our seats and get their hands in the dirt of our houses that we pile in the dustbins for them to be taken of.. This is a job that they do, and if they dont clean it, then there will be dreadful diseases that can spread, so i thank these people first.

The second set of people i would like to thank is the medical profession guys, who take care of us. I am specifically talking about the nurses who tend to our wounds and help us when we are ourselves helpless and they clean our mess. This is something i on a personal level dont even want to witness. I would rather die, then go through this of someone cleaning me. But sometimes there is no choice. I sincerely thank these individuals.

The last i have kept the best is the teachers, who have taught us everything, and they are the most set of individuals who help us lay our foundations in life, and they teach us more than what our parents can teach us. We learn discipline from them, and they are our true guides to face challenges of the world that lies in front of us. Again i thank these individuals.

The last ones i would like to thank is my parents who selflessly take care of me from my birth until they breathe their last breath. They imbibe in us true teachings. They are our first and last teachers. We need to respect them, and keep them happy irrespective of whatever circumstances arise. Because i know that they will never leave my side, if i am in a helpless situation. Thank you MOM & DAD.

I hope that you OUTLIVE ME TOO

When you should get your MBA degree?

There is a lot of stress on education, and there is a lot of competition once the individual completes his education. Irrespective of all the promises of landing a job after graduation, its not that easy for freshers as companies still want people who have an edge over others.

And at this time the student think that the MBA degree is an advantage over others when applying for a job. But, this is not a fact. I personally am not a person to be giving this advice, but i have heard from many people, that the MBA degree should be only gotten once the person has experience in his or her field. And then he should get the MBA for this particular field. The company then easily promotes him in-house, then hiring from outside.

The reason for this is that an individual with an MBA degree directly on graduation doesn't have actual experience in the field he is applying for, so the degree of MBA in fact is of no use neither to the company nor to him, as they will never hire him in a management position.

This of course is my view, and there are many contrarian views out there, and i would more than be happy to stand corrected.

I hope the best look to all new graduates, and hope them that they get the job that they so desire, but being in a management position takes years and years of experience, and an MBA degree only teaches you the theoretical's of the game. But the actual experience only comes hands on, and that is why the degree comes in more handy when you start from the scratch, and then it makes it much easier to make decisions.

Also one more point i would like to add, even after completing MBA degree, the individual is a management material or not is an entirely different discussion.

Amazing, isn't it as to how fast life moves on. And i see it all clearly as yesterday, that i was in school, doing all the things that the youngsters used to do playing, studying and much more, no details need to be given. But then i see myself today, and i tend to forget things, that i have thought about an hour earlier.

When i look back at what i have done and what i have achieved, i am still in the same place. I am not talking about in terms of monetary gains. That is all independent of hard each person had worked, and that is his personal thing. But i tend to see how i have developed as a person, and have i made a difference in another human being.

I start to doubt myself, that i am where i am. Ofcourse i try to do my bit, but i don't think that what i have done is any comparison to what my colleagues have achieved. But then, why am i comparing myself to anybody. What i do, is my own business. But the affect that it has to be for the community at large. My colleagues also have done some things, and they also have an affect on the community at large.

When i was young, i did not have the pressures of supporting a family, ofcourse it was another matter that all my salary was given to my parents, who utilized how they thought fit. I think this is how we all grew up, with these as characters imbibed in us. For us the parents used to be everything, and i remember that i was constantly smacked by my father, but then i could also see the love, so i didn't have any ill feelings towards him.

The family as a whole was a close knit family, but i think slowly and steadily its starting to change. Time passed so quickly, that i got married, have kids, they are getting their education and they going to get their jobs and get married. Imagine, how time passes through, and we dont tend to even concentrate on the fact, as to how we have lived through it. The average age of an human being is maybe 65. So maybe i have another 15 years or so, Did i change something, Did i achieve something, Was i a person true to my family and my neighbors......I dont know, I wish i knew. because this really does matter, when you tend to get older and older.

I had some friends in school, but i have lost touch with them. The friends, if i can call them, i dont know, if i have been able to make them my friends. Because my actions will make them decide if i truly am their friend. Not easy. But i can only hope that i am true to myself and also to them. I am true to my family, and try to provide for them. I am a selfish man, but i am selfish for my family and my friends.

See, after reading the above, you can say that .....Suddenly, i was OLD

To be very frank, i didn't know that it was children's day, and normally i don't give much importance to these types of anniversaries which usually are clouded by controversies and unnecessary argument's, But today was different.

I was tagged by a very close friend of mine on Facebook, and he suggested something which i couldn't ignore and i quote his words exactly:

That's it, if you feel anything beyond for the child then share the details of that child with a NGO close to you. Lets do it.... I always believe for a successful action we need a human chain and hence i am tagging very few friends of mine whom i want to take up this challenge today and if they believe that it was worth it then share the same with friends on your list by tagging your friends to do what you have done...

Spread the Joy, Be the reason for someones smile... Stay Blessed Forever."

The reason i wanted to add his quotes here is that it really needs to be our responsibility to see what our future generations are going to be. The other more important points are that some of these children are professional's and they beg, just because their parents are professional beggars, and they make much more then we do.

But we all know that these types of children majority of them, are kidnapped and operated by the begging mafia, which tends to rip them off, and keep them as they are, and nothing is given to them. If we could just get one child out of the poverty they are in. You never know who these children are, they could be the leaders of our country, they could be the next best thing that they could happen to this country. The diamonds are rough rocks before they are polished to become they become a stone of value. Life is not easy, its not even easy for us, who have a roof over our head, food to eat. So how do you think is their life is.......

MAKE A DIFFERENCE...... I KNOW I WILL TRY....... BUT I KNOW YOU CAN

Indian Talent as you know is in much demand both locally and internationally. We are the most densely populated country in the world, and a supposedly 74% literacy rate. We are the most sought after talent almost everywhere, especially IT, engineering, O&G, health etc...

But the problem arises when these individuals go and accept these jobs, they really excel at it, and their only goal is the top. This is possible to achieve in the Western countries, but not in the Gulf countries, as they still rely on western talent even if the Indian talent is much superior. There goes a serious racial profiling in these Gulf Countries.

Now with these gulf countries announcing that they don't need any skilled labor for future years and immigration reforms for these types of skill sets have made it literally impossible for our younger generation to work in these countries. The GCC countries are looking to hire only local citizens for all the skilled jobs irrespective of them having the experience to do or not. Definitely, these locals have a great education, but actual experience is not there. And like i said the next preference is the western talent which comes at a super high premium, which they pay without giving a second thought.

Its not that the western countries are full in support of Indian talent, if you are a doctor of decades worth of experience it wont be possible for you to practice medicine in the USA, unless you pass their exams and go through the internship phase with someone who is years and years junior to them. The best thing, is that they do not make it easy for them to give these exams, and sometimes i have seen doctors wait years, On a personal note, i have seen a friend wait for four years before he could even appear for the exams and clear it at his first attempt.

The reason for this is because they know fully well that Indian talent excels at everything, and their only goal is to be best in the field. That is the reason that you can see that there are various doctors of Indian origin who are heading their respective fields. So, the only thing that the western countries can do, is make it a bit delayed for these individuals, either that they return to their country in frustration or get delayed.

But again, you cannot blame their countries for having these curbing foreign talent, because they have the unemployment issue in their own country, and they have to curb foreign talent, and that comes at a cost to us.

Its really great that India is making strides in all sectors, and the salaries that they were once looking for in far off lands, are possible to get locally, provided you work hard. What this does, is that India gets to keep its local talent, and not loose out on future inventions that come through this talent, which will help in getting the unemployment at an acceptable level. We also don't like foreign people taking our jobs, but since globalization has come into play, you cannot run from this issue, and you have to face it head on.

Normally, whenever i am starting a heading for my blog, i generally tend to ask my reader's if there are any, who bother to read, is what their opinion is regarding the subject.

Here i chose the topic of the GCC or the Arab countries like Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and the UAE. I have lived here for twenty five plus years and know their behaviors and how they do their business. What i have seen, that these countries are very well funded because of their oil reserves and generally keep their citizens happy by providing them with almost free housing, and excellent pay packages. They pay for their education, whether local or abroad. They pay them a good social security package and lots of extra's.

But the point i am trying to make is whether they are very good businessmen and how they have succeeded in their investments whether local or abroad. There are individuals and there are institutions, who generally invest on behalf of the sovereign fund of the country. Normally, what i have seen is that they do their investments more on their instincts, then studying the company they want to invest in. This doesn't mean that they don't do their due diligence, they do, and their management is extraordinarily talented, but end of the day, even when the management says "NO", they still go ahead and do it, and they succeed.

This is my personal opinion and this is what i have seen when i used to work with them. This i say from personal experience, and i have also seen them given good offers and they refusing them. Which went on to be successful investments for others. But they do not give it a second thought. The Islamic banks which currently are in the picture have the last i heard, if my sources are correct, that they have excessive funds, but nowhere to invest it. I know what you are thinking, whether you can pitch your investment idea. No, its too difficult, they have a strict policies, and its so hard to get through the door. These deals are only done at the top. So, if you are there in the bottom, don't even bother to send in your business plan.

But they do have a very good business acumen and they do tend to succeed more than they tend to loose.

These countries are also presented in a bad light, that they support terrorists by funding them. Since, i have lived in a GCC country, i have experienced a little bit of bias, but have always been amazed by their generousness, i point this towards their free medical system, which is not possible anywhere else in the world. I thank them for that.

And yes, they do like the westerners more than the Asians, but then we cannot get everything in life as we desire right? I sincerely, from the bottom of my heart wish them the best, and i know that many people will agree with me on this point, since they also have spend their entire life in these countries, and they are from all religions and nationalities....

TIME, a topic which is very important to some, but hardly of any importance to another. All my life, i have been arguing with people stressing the importance of time and explaining to them, that time passes is never going to come along. So, you might as well make utilize it.

I had the opportunity to be around, and i have seem that in some countries, the company that i had been in were very punctual. And this happens mostly in the Western countries. On a personal note, i was very punctual, and try to reach way ahead of time, sometimes almost half an hour before a meeting, so as to prepare myself or just to be on time. There were occasion's when i had been late, but i made it a point to phone explaining of my delay and to expect me a bit late. This should be the norm.

When i came to India, the norm was to be late, and when i started out, people explained to me that nobody minds if you are not punctual. But the point that stuck me the most, was not even informing the person in question about your delay.

In business, time plays an important factor, and meeting are scheduled almost back to back. And if one meeting is delayed, then it creates a ripple effect and affects the whole meeting schedule, which is then tough to reorganize.

A person should stick to his commitment of time schedule, and the maximum extended limit should be not more than fifteen minutes, else it shows the ignorance of the other party of not calling for his delay. The meeting should be immediately cancelled without notice, and proceeded to the second meeting, or just to go ahead with your other schedules.

Time is value, in terms of its importance as well as the money factor. We need ourselves to be accommodated to TIME. TIME wont accommodate according to us. Majority of the time, the delay is not proper planning, increasing the time of the present meeting, or plainly just ignoring to be on time.

Whatever the case, i know for a fact, that the time that has passed is not going to come back, and man it travels really fast. Minutes become hours to day to week to month and finally years and years. Please manage your time accordingly. Its not that hard.

I am normally on my personal blog, where i try to share my insights about current events, and whatever normally comes to my mind. But this will be the first time that i am going to share here on LinkedIn.

What i am trying to say here is that we as Indians have done our bit by voting an explosive majority both in the center and in almost all the states. The current scenario of the Indian STOCK MARKETS is in the right direction, inflation is starting to reign in, growth is on its way. Definitely, the new government cant take the credit for the same. This due to the fact, that all these have been due to the international market sentiments that are currently underway, and the ripples are being felt in a good way in the Indian markets. Remember, currently we India are best of the performers in the Emerging Markets.

I am not trying to undermine the BJP government, but i hope that this is working towards their favor and they will be getting the chance to improve in many sectors and bring in reforms which will bring in the much needed foreign money, the technology that is needed for the Indian market. The competition should be fair, and favoritism should be avoided. Our Prime Minister Narendra Modi has assured us that this will not happen, and that he will personally see to it that corruption is kept in check.

Of course the decades of corruption, that has been going on, cannot be reigned in only a few years. But they do have an entire five year period to change the way the developed countries think about how India operates, and how in the future it will be the country that will be watched with a microscopic lens. India is already one of the leading technology providers in the software industry, but it needs to keep growing.

The change can be seen, in terms of the students who finish their education, think twice about leaving the country. This is because there are opportunities that exist in India, and that also with salaries that are at par with the major countries of the world. It really is a good thing, that the individual gets to share his success with his family, and this can be done only if he works in the country.

Narendra Modiji, talks about change, reforms, the way how the bureaucracy will work, time schedules for the bureaucrats, ministers etc, cleaner cities, better infrastructure. But do you think, that this will be possible without the help of us the common man. Definitely not. Irrespective whether the governments thinks about our welfare or not, we as the citizens of India should definitely keep thinking about the growth of our country, that we will leave as a legacy to our future generations, be it Hindus, Muslim, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists etc.... But they will definitely be INDIANS.

Proud to be an INDIAN

Non Resident Indians, these are the people who we tend to forget most of the time, but these were the ones whose foreign currency had sustained us since the independence day.

This is a topic which is very emotional and close to my heart, as I have been a resident of India only for the last seven years. The topic in question is as to what these so called NRI's had done for us. If, i am correct in my assumption, then the majority of the foreign currency which was remitted to India over the last so many years had been mostly by unskilled labor, majority of them coming from Kerala and the Cuddapah maids from Andhra Pradesh.

Definitely, we had lots of skilled labor that had settled in foreign lands, but the majority of them had settled down in the gulf region of Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and the UAE. I am so proud that my uncles were one of the first people to venture of to these countries in the early 1950's and believe it or not, that was the time, when the Indian rupee was actually the currency that was used. More to the fact, that my uncle and his other cousins had managed to settled a whole village of our relatives, now numbering almost 350 houses in our village in these countries.

We come from the Konkan region, and the same had happened with so many other Kokanis which have gone and settled in these countries and in other countries as Australia, USA etc... But the point is that our uncles and relatives were electricians and proud to say, that the next generation comprises mostly of managers, engineers etc... And they still contribute to the economy of the country by remitting back home.

Another important fact to note is that the next generation of the NRI were given a good education, and were taught the value of the same, and they are now succeeding in their careers thanks to their parents who taught them the value of our own culture. If you see that these people are very much close to India and they tend to miss it so much so that they can come back and contribute what they can in terms of the education, and the technology enhancement they had received in the countries where they were born. This can and will happen, but it will take time.

This was long before the time the first technology company INFOSYS had started and was making inroads in the western market with their expertise, and they were the first companies to make software the number one foreign exchange earner in the country. Please, anybody do correct me, if i am wrong. Its not that i know everything. And this started a trend, and India was starting to be recognised as a power to be reckon with. I hope that we as a country always remain a power to be reckon with, and i sincerely hope that we make progress by leaps and bounds.

But we should not forget the unskilled labor who toiled in countries, where oil was yet to be discovered, and they continued to send money back to their loved ones, This not helped their own folks, but also the country, our India in getting the much needed foreign reserves. If i remember currently State Bank of India was offering almost 16% interest on non repatriable accounts. This was unheard of then and now also.

Once again, i thank all the NRI, who have passed away and are in our midst today for helping us become what we are today, a better India

First of all, i guess everyone knows that India is a democratic and a secular country. Even if you have doubts, you should believe in this. We have been long ruled by congress and its allies for more over than a decade and we have seen the outcomes. Its not that they have done only bad things, good things have also been done by them. But we all see the majority of the congress which involves the majority of the scams that have happened during their so called rule of PEACE.

The fact of the matter is now has come a time, when the government has got a full mandate to do what they have to do, and they can have their slogans and what not, but end of the day, we should be judging them after we have seen what they have done in their initial five years. Forget the promises of the elections, these are not to be taken seriously at all, be it Inflation, bringing back black money, prosecuting the scammers etc... We have to look at their report card after five years, because no government has a magic wand, and they cannot just wave it and you will get CINDERELLA land.

The government is really taking good steps towards getting back inflation in control, and many other things which i tend not to mention here, as they will make the blog unreadable. If you go on the social media and the television media there will be so many who will criticism. But most importantly, we should know how to move on. If we think we have an able leader, then we should believe in him and most importantly believe in the fact that what he has promised he will deliver.

Narendra Modi Ji, i think is an excellent Prime Minister, and he knows how to control his ministers. He doesnt get swayed by opinions of his party members. If he thinks he is going on the right path, then he takes the initiative and tries to achieve it. He is dreaming of a better India. The least we could do is support. Please do not start to alienate our India by religion, caste or creed. Let bygones be bygones. I know it is easy for me to say, but we have to cross the bridge, and we can do that only by being one.

ACHCHE DIN AYENGE..... Kyun Nahin Ayenge..... Why not? Dont you think we dont deserve it, or do you think we should always remain divided and be ruled. Definitely, there are forces in the ruling party who are trying to do this, but i guess better sense will prevail.

Best of LUCK to my INDIA.... Please support for ACHCHE DIN AGAYE

Its really been a long time since i have blogged, but then there were a couple of reasons. One of them being that i could relate what i had to say on Facebook & Twitter. But one thing, i noticed that people do not like to read long posts on FB, and they are more interested in something short, that they can read and go to the next post. This is all if they have time on their hands, to really be on social networks.

I, am a long type of a poster, and this i can do only through blogging. I also get scared when i see long posts of other people, so i don't blame them. But what about the thoughts, the frustration, the inner evil or the better good, that is already made a home in my brain. I have to get rid of it, and try to keep it empty. Otherwise they keep running around and around as thoughts, and the more i write, the more i don't think about it, thinking that i have done my duty and have to go on capture other imaginations or what might come.

Sorry for a intro which has no bearing on what i want to write. But i think i have so much on my mind, that i am not in the mood to create separate posts for individual topics, The current mood in the country is of politics, the individuals who contested these elections, the floods of J&K, the firing on the borders, the issue of the black money, the achievements of MODI as the Prime Minister, the diary entry enquiry of CBI director Ranjit Singh, The arrest of Jayalalitha and the subsequent release on bail and much much more.

On the politics front, i am happy that the government is in full majority both in the center and almost in all states. Now they should not have an excuse for saying that we were not given the mandate to do what is right for the country. Now they have a free hand to prosecute all the scams that have taken place, and if they think they cannot do that, then they don't have the moral right to rule this country. If we want to make India a formidable nation and a recognized force in the world community, we have to show that we are doing a massive clean up in the country, and the foreign institutions who want to invest will have a great confidence in the government, and then subsequently in the growth of the country.

Narendra Modi is a dynamic leader and he has shown what he can do, but he needs to show that he will follow up on the promises that he has made during the election which include a lot of things, which we need not define here. Mr. Modi should followup on what he said that neither will he be corrupt nor will allow his cabinet to be corrupt. I know its more easy said then done, but then there is always a time to make example of people who he thinks are corrupt. Now since Mr. Modi is in power he needs to show his true power, and he is already doing this, i cannot comment whether it is only for the media or its the truth.

I for one do not understand that a politician being charged on crores of corruption, and then granted bail. What is the point of prosecuting them and wasting public money on years and years of court fighting just so that they get bail. Is Jayalalitha different then us normal people. If, yes then all the politicians have the right to loot India of millions and admit their guilt and post bail. Why the common man languishes in jail without trial for years and years. What is that we should do, to have trust in the government. Punish the guilty, be it rich, poor or influential people.

What happened about Hasan Ali Khan who laundered billions of dollars, what has happened with regards to his case. If he has got bail, Why has he got bail. Where is he? Is his case going on, and how many decades will it take?

Mr. Modi if the masses have voted you, then they might have seen something, otherwise you cannot get such a huge majority. Believe me, you, when i say that they have voted only because it was Narendra Modi, and not because it was BJP, so please do not let me down.

I am a Muslim, but I am an Indian and i am fully confident that you will take my country through thick and thin of situations. BUT PLEASE DONT LET ME DOWN,

Mumbai: Even as the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is yet to declare its official candidate from Raigad in the Konkan region, overwhelming support is building up for Danish Lambe to contest the ensuing Lok Sabha polls on the party ticket.

One of the early activists in the Anna Hazare Movement in Mumbai, Danish Lambe is an entrepreneur in renewable energy resources and Software Industry, and is associated with various social organizations in Mumbai and Raigad. He has worked towards various social activities in for the educational upliftment of the downtrodden especially the youths.

The news that Danish Lambe's name is being considered as the official AAP candidate from Raigad is taking rounds in the entire region since last few days, and it is not only being hailed but people across the board welcome the move and look forward to the final announcement.
But does he really has a chance? ummid.com has spoken to few people who claimed to know him.

"Danish has a proven track record as a social activist. Besides other honours, he was also awarded a Social Award by an NRI-NGO based in Qatar. It is nice to learn that he is willing to contest the forthcoming Lok Sabha polls from Raigad", Dr. Imtiyaz kondkari, a native of Ratnagiri who is the Gen. Secretary of Ideal Education Movement, Mumbai said while talking to ummid.com.
"Known to most of the Konkani people by his social activities, Danish is very humble and caring, and at the same time he is someone who wants to reform whole of the political stage in Konkan", said Dr. Wasim Phoplunkar, a cancer specialist at Dr.L.H.Hiranandani Hospital and honorary consultant at Nair Hospital, Mumbai.
"Danish has been a founder member of Konkan Council and was instrumental in converting it into a common platform for all Konkani's residing in India and abroad", Mustafa Bukhari, Manager Documentation at Jet Airways and Editor of Konkan Tribune, said.
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), it is learnt, has decided to give party tickets to six Muslims in Maharashtra, and Raigad is one of them. Others are Bhiwandi, Malegaon, Sangli, Akola and one in Mumbai.
The party has already declared Sameena Khan as its candidate from Sangli. For other seats, the names are expected to be declared in next few days.
A new wave is hitting the country.... AAP, the so called AAM AADMI Party. Elections around the corner, and it seems that everyone is confused as to what is really happening. I don't think that any previous elections have made such an effect as the current LOK Sabha elections 2014 have done.

On one side are the National parties like Congress, BJP, etc... which are slandering each other, and on a similar platform is the AAP with its revolutionary and threatening ideologies. Why are the major political parties so threatened by this minion.

Me, personally have been forced by the AAP to follow the developments of the country both past, present and what that will happen in the near future on a daily basis. They have made me stand-up and take notice, as to where our country is headed. I don't say that i am a blind follower, but at the same time, I get impressed on a daily as to how they are approaching the issues. Given the fact that they are in power in Delhi only for three weeks, they have made a serious impact, as to how a state should be run. They are on the ground. It just seems like a repeat movie of the Anil Kapoor movie...."NAYAK".

My question is why has it come to this situation. There really has to be a reason as to why AAP has gained the reputation that it has. Definitely Delhi needed change, and CHANGE it got. What are they expecting from this government of three weeks? They are doing what other major political parties have not done for decades. Again, i point out to the fact, that not all the individuals in AAP are really up to the mark, but then who is? Delhiites are happy....so what is the problem?

Also the slandering should go. The parties instead of indulging in dirty war of words against each other, should do something that makes the VOTER notice. This goes for all, even the AAP. As Kejriwal said in his interviews that they agree, that have made mistakes, will make mistakes, But they will only learn from their mistakes. So time is one thing, which i personally feel should be given to the AAP.

Another important point is that every Tom, Dick & Harry is jumping on the bandwagon, and the party should really scrutinize who they are inducting in the party, and to whom they will distribute the tickets. From its own end, the AAP should only support people who can make a difference, irrespective of caste, creed or religion. It should be a neutral party which will only benefit the people irrespective of who are what they are.
The party should also know that not only known individuals / famous people can make a difference. But, there are individuals who have no experience are much better and they will be better policy makers for the people, and will keep learning along the way.

I think AAP is speaking more by its actions, then by its words. And i really hope that they keep that going for the long run. Kejriwal talks about SWARAJ, i hope he means it too.

I dont want to be a confused AAM AADMI......I want my mind made up, and that will only be possible if there are the right types of individuals who will be representing me. I am a MUSLIM, but i believe in HUMANITY, EQUALITY. So i hope that i am not disappointed.

All of you might be wondering why i am writing this article, I want that the activities adopted by the KCF should be successful in itself and don't need anybody's stamp of approval, as to what they are thinking of achieving. I know that the right people are there seriously thinking of making a difference, I just hope that they don't get carried away in the politics that is normally involved in running of an Non-Profit organisation.

KCF is an organisation being currently run by selfless people and trying to bring various organisations of different districts under one umbrella. I know it is difficult for organisations who have run for so many years on their own, to give up their identities. But, KCF doesn't take that identity away, but it only acts as an umbrella organisation. The benefits are that resources and funds can be channeled to various organisations through this body. Organisations need to be educated on the benefits, as there are some organisations who cannot even sustain themselves and they are mostly financed by self.

Either way, i went out of my man point which was that where will KCF be from its originating point which is now THE PRESENT to the IN NEAR FUTURE. It is very important for all of us to make this KCF into an successful organisation if you sincerely think that it has to SUCCEED. It needs your complete support, be it morally, physically or in terms of funding it. Because this is actually the ROAD AHEAD.

Please cast away all your personal feelings and try to support a cause which is above personal issues. This what i say doesn't go only for KCF but also to your related organisations from where you belong, they too need your support. Ultimately the goal should be to help the needy.

Finally my point to all is that KCF, Where is it Now, and Where it will be in the near Future?

HOW MANY DAMINI's NEED TO BE RAPED

The World closes its eyes on DAMINI, THE GANG RAPE VICTIM OF DELHI OUR CAPITAL............ SHAME, SHAME, SHAME..... No matter how many times we write the word SHAME, it will always bring to us as INDIAN, because we could not avoid it.

We are as responsible for it, because we tend to not use our voice, our vote, our indifference, in trying to change the system. We try to bring change by blogging, tweeting, facebooking, candle light vigil, marching to India Gate or for that matter any public place. This is a start, Yes it is. But we as Indians have a very short memory of everything, be it COAL GATE, 2G SCAM, FODDER SCAM, ENRON, and now DAMINI.

We are thinking of changing the system of India, how it runs, and how it should run. People are talking about bringing in SHARIAH law, Public hanging and much more. Will this be possible in India, where law is only in the books. To implement it, they need the consent of the government. The Investigating authorities are not allowed a free hand to investigate, Political meddling is very common, Influential people are allowed to enjoy prison as a five star facility because they can afford it.

Besides the point that has been written above, HOW MANY DAMINI's NEED TO BE RAPED, before India can be an unbiased in terms of serving justice.
