Deoarece, daca un site are mult trafic, inseamna, ca aduce mai multi bani pentru Google.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vestea proasta este, ca acele anunturi, care genereaza mai putin de 0.5% click-uri din 1000 de aparitii, vor fi scosi din circuit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Proprietarii acestor anunturi scoase din circuit vor avea sansa sa imbunatateasca anuntul, iar in felul acesta anuntul respectiv va fi afisati iarasi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Folosirea serviciului Google Adwords poate fi extrem de avantajos oricarui site, care se uita dupa un profit mai mare. Un site, prin care poti promova produsele sau serviciile, dar prin care poti sa si cresti baza de clienti si sa construiesti o relatie puternica cu acestia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oricare ar fi strategia ta de marketing, mai este loc pentru imbunatatiri. Prin acest articol as vrea sa-ti arat cum poate deveni un site de firma mult  mai efectiva din punct de vedere al vanzarilor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Primul pas ar fi determinarea scopului site-ului tau.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Trebuie sa stii unde vrei sa ajungi cu acest site. Vrei sa fie doar informal? Vrei sa promovezi afacerea ta sau vrei doar sa-ti faci putin cunoscut serviciile tale? Sau poate vrei sa atragi mai multi clienti catre afacerea ta offline? Trebuie sa gasesti raspunsurile la aceste intrebari si sa-l pui pe hartie. In acest fel vei avea un plan, care te va ajuta sa intelegi mai bine piata si sa stabilesti obiective pentru site-ul tau.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Incepe planificarea raspunzand la cateva intrebari cruciale ca: Cine sunt clienti  tinta? Ce vor ei si de ce au nevoie? Ce face concurenta?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Site-ul tau este o unealta excelenta de transmitere a informatiilor despre firma ta, dar este si o unealta de adunare a informatiilor despre clienti, dar poate fi si o masinarie de vanzari. Ore cum o sa te folosesti de ea?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nu uita, ca site-ul reflecta imaginea firmei si imaginea produselor sau serviciilor oferite de aceasta. Din aceasta cauza este extrem de important sa ai un site profesional. Chiar si in lumea reala, un potential cumparator trebuie sa se intalneasca cu oferta de cel putin cinci ori inainte de a deveni cumparator, cu exceptia cazului, cand aceasta are nevoie disperata de produsul respectiv.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Inca odata, daca ai mai multe produse de oferit, diferiti vizitatori pot fi interesati de produse diferite. De aceea, trebuie sa ajungi la datele lor de contact “cu orice pret”. Acest lucru iti va da posibilitatea sa planifici frecventa trimiterii mesajelor, prin care reamintesti cititorii si ii tii la curent cu ofertele actuale. Dar nu trebuie sa uiti, ca trebuie sa folosesti metode etice pentru construirea listei. Oare de ce? Ai pus intrebarea? Nu e cumva din cauza lipsei organizarii timpului? Eu cred ca da.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cel putin eu am ajuns la aceasta concluzie. Si cred ca nu sunt singurul, care se confrunta cu asa ceva. Dar m-am hotarat si o sa rezolv problema. Te tii cu mine?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Primul pas spre rezolvarea oricarui probleme este diagnostizarea. Trebuie sa dai seama, care este radacina problemei pentru a le putea rezolva. Lucrezi toata ziua, faci putin aici, faci putin incolo, dar rezultatele par ca nu-s de ajuns. Vrei sa stii care-i diagnosticul? &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Dezorganizarea.&lt;/span&gt; Lipsa organizarii timpului.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Interesant e faptul, ca toata lumea are 24 de ore disponibile pe zi si totusi nu ajung. Oare de ce? Findca caracteristicile timpului seamana foarte mult cu caracteristicile apei, adica curge, e fluid. Simti ca trece prin mana si nu-l poti controla. Ce e de facut?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:130%;" &gt;Primul lucru in organizarea timpului e planificarea&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am ajuns la concluzia, ca fara un plan concret de organizare a timpului n-o sa ajung nicaieri. Trebuie sa fac un plan concret, in care fiecare ora e organizat si e pus pe hartie. Si trebuie sa definesc si prioritatile. Planul isi pierde rostul, daca nu este indeplinit. De aceea trebuie sa fii foarte hotarat si consistent in ceea ce priveste programul tau de fiecare zi. Pune tabelul de mai sus undeva in jurul tau, unde va fi vizibil toata ziua si aminteste-ti din cand in cand de prioritati. In felul acesta vei putea exclude lucrurile deranjante si care iti fura timpul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sper ca informatiile acestea vor fi de folos si te vor ajuta sa organizezi timpul mai eficient. Oricum, sunt interesat de parerea ta. Ma intereseaza cum organizezi timpul in activitatea ta de marketing. Daca ai un site, ai nevoie de continut. Daca vrei sa vinzi un produs, trebuie sa scrii despre ea, trebuie sa compui o scrisoare de vanzare. Daca vrei sa ai o campanie de marketing eficienta, trebuie sa scrii articole. Si inca n-am vorbit despre marketingul prin email. Dar nu vreau sa te sperii.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Stiu ca e teribil la prima vedere, mai ales, daca nu esti un scriitor innascut si n-ai avut numai note de 10 din compunere. Poate zici, ca daca treaba e asa de complicata, oare marketingul asta e pentru mine?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eu zic ca da. In primul rand, pentru ca nimeni n-o sa faca pentru tine (sau daca face, face pe bani grei), iar in al doilea rand, oricine poate invata sa puna ideile pe hartie. Asa ca, capul sus.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In continuare vreau sa impartasesc cateva tehnici fantastice de scriere. Tehnici, care la noi inca nu sunt raspandite, dar cu atat mai mult in strainatate, unde profesori de universitate, scriitori si directori de firme o folosesc cu succes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E vorba de o tehnica, cu al carui ajutor vei aduce la suprafata ganduri si idei ascunse, cu o eficienta nemaivazuta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;font-size:130%;" &gt;Te ai gandit vreodata, oare de ce e asa de greu cateodata scrisul?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ti-sa intamplat vreodata sa tew blochezi in fata foii de hartie sau in fata monitorului? Si sa nu-ti vina nici o idee normala in cap? Iti zic, care-i radacina problemei. Cand vrei sa scrii si sa pui ideile pe hartie si sa faci o schita, textul pe hartie fuge din stanga in dreapta, rand dupa rand, pana jos, la capatul paginii.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ceea ce inseamna, ca folosim un mod de gandire liniara. Si aici intervine problema. Deoarece gandurile noastre sunt ca un copac cu arbori imensi. Din trunchi cresc ramuri, iar din ramuri alte ramuri mai mici si asa alcatuiesc o forma complexa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Asa sunt si gandurile noastre. N-ar fi mult mai sa scrii, daca ai avea o harta, care sa arate structura si ordinea ideilor aflate in capul tau legate de un subiect anume?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vestea buna e ca si tu poti crea o harta de acest gen. Chiar astazi am gasit un program gratuit, care se numeste &lt;a href="http://www.edrawsoft.com/freemind.php"&gt;EDraw Mind Map&lt;/a&gt;, cu al carui ajutor poti crea cu usurinta aceasta harta a mintii.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cum e aceasta harta?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Harta mintii este o grafica, unde ideea principala se afla in mijloc, iar toate ideile si cuvintele cheie sunt grupate in jurul acestuia. In primul pas scriem ideea principala in mijlocul hartiei, sau al graficii din programul &lt;a href="http://www.edrawsoft.com/freemind.php"&gt;EDraw Mind Map&lt;/a&gt;, iar toate cuvintele sau ideile, care umbla prin cap scriem in jurul idei principale si legam la aceasta cu o linie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pentru ca harta sa fie mai diversificata, putem folosi culori si grafica. Iar rezultatul va fi o harta clara despre ideile si gandurile noastre legate de un subiect anume. Prin aceasta metoda poti ajunge foarte departe de la o singura idee.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Pune in practica cele invatate&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acum a venit momentul ca sa pui in practica cele invatate. Scoate o foaie de hartie cat mai mare si o unealta de scris. Sau daca esti o fire mai tehnica, descarca programul mai sus amintit, pentru ca va fi un ajutoe excelent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Esti gata? Scrie ideea principala in mijloc si increcuieste-l. Incepem din mijloc, deoarece creierul nostru intotdeauna se concentreaza in centru. Apoi scriem ideile mai importante in jurul acestuia si asa, incetul cu incetul adaugam cuvintele si ideile, care vin in minte, intotdeauna din cetru spre margini.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rezultatul va fi o grafica plina cu idei si cuvinte, toate legate la ideea principala din mijloc. Vei primi o copie exacta a ceea ce ai in minte. Prin Google Analytics poti afla informatii foarte detaliate legate de trafic, de vizitatori unici, de vizitatori reintorsi si cat timp au petrecut acestia pe pagini diferite, care sunt informatiile, care atrag atentia vizitatorilor, care sunt acele linkuri, care au primit cele mai multe click-uri etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;De unde vin vizitatorii&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vei primi informatii legate de sursa de unde vin vizitatorii. Vin prin motoarele de cautare? Si daca vin prin motoarele de cautare, ce cuvinte cheie au folosit? Vin prin directoarele web? Prin parteneri? Sau prin anunturile online?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Care sunt acele pagini, prin care parasesc vizitatorii site-ul?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oare pagina principala e pagina prin care vizitatorii te parasesc? Vei avea posibilitate sa te uiti la datele din trecut, vei putea compara aceste date cu datele din prezent si vei putea trage conluzia despre viitor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prin datele adunate vei cunoaste punctele slabe ale site-ului si vei stii unde trebuie sa aduci imbunatatiri. Cu ceva timp in urma o aplicatie sofisticata de analizare te costa o avere, dar acuma, datorita serviciilor oferite de Google, poti avea o astfel de aplicatie gratuit. Si spre bucuria mea vad, ca mai exista bloguri serioase, care trateaza subiecte din care omul poate sa invete ceva.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Inca nu cunosc personal pe Tudor Rad (proprietarul blogului), dar am devenit un fan al lui din prima. (M-am si abonat la &lt;a href="http://feeds2.feedburner.com/Tudiro"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;feed-ul&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt; lui). In primul rand mi-a atras atentia designul blogului, care mi-se pare destul de cool, dar mai mult m-a prins persoana lui Tudor, felul lui de abordare si nu in ultimul rand experienta lui.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Are o poveste, zic eu de succes, din care toti interesati de subiectul marketingului online putem invata. Zice ca a inceput calatoria online acum cinci ani fara nici o experienta si fara nici un ban, iar acum a ajuns sa traiasca din internet si are un venit de 4 cifre. Nu-i rau, nu?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Si inca n-am vorbit despre miezul blogului, adica despre continut. Desi n-aveam intentia sa cumpar cartea, astazi dupa lansare am facut o vizita pe site si nu mai puteam sa ma abtin. Cand vad ca costa numai 12 dolari, ziceam ca nu-i adevarat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spuneam sotiei mele, ce mi-ar placea sa cumpar aceasta carte, e  pacat sa nu fac, deoarece bonusurile sunt valabile doar astazi. Desi ea nu se pricepe la internet, (spre surprinderea mea) m-a impins la calculator si fugea dupa card, nu cumva sa las comanda pe maine si sa pierd bonusurile.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Asa ca am facut comanda, iar in 5 minute aveam linkul de descarcare al bonusurilor. Si zic ca a meritat. Mi-sa parut interesant, asa ca m-am oprit (am citit undeva despre el, &lt;a style="font-weight: bold;" href="http://hiscrivener.wordpress.com/2009/01/21/gobama-bishop-td-jakes-his-presidential-sermon-and-the-force/"&gt;&lt;u&gt;cica el a tinut ceremonia religioasa de investire a presedintelui Barack Obama&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/a&gt;) sa vad daca zice ceva interesant.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Si spre surprinderea mea, nu venea cu niste jargoane religioase plictisitoare, cum ar astepta omul, ci vorbea despre importanta planificarii in toate domeniile si aspectele vietii. Zicea cica Dumnezeu a creat totul dupa niste planuri exacte si ca orice face e organizat strategic, nimic nu se intampla haotic, ci functioneaza sistematic.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O idee interesanta, nu? Cel putin mie asa mi-se pare. Si stii de ce? Pentru ca m-am regasit in situatia, in care fac lucrurile asa cum vin, organic sau natural, cum s-ar zice, dar de multe ori si rezultatele sunt la acelasi nivel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dar problema e, ca nu numai eu personal ma gasesc in aceasta situatie, ci vad ca majoritatea firmelor mici si mijlocii si majoritatea site-urilor si blogurilor se gasesc in aceeasi situatie. Aici ma refer la efortul lor de marketing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fara o strategie si planificare clara, efortul nostru de a promova produse, servicii sau site-uri devine frustrant. Deoarece faci putin aici, faci putin incolo si ziua trece, iar cand te uiti la rezultate, ti-se par ca sunt putine. Si de aici vine frustrarea.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dar e cu totul altfel, cand ai un plan si o strategie de lunga durata, pe care poti urma in fiecare zi, indiferent cum te simti si cum e vremea afara.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sper ca te a ajutat si vei schimba modul de gandire legata de planificarea marketingului online. Lista mai mare inseamna profit mai mare&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cu cat ai mai multe nume si adrese de email pe lista ta, cu atat va creste sansa de a avea mai multe vanzari. Iar cu un nume de domeniu scurt si usor de retinut sansele tale de a primi noi vizitatori sunt mult mai mari.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O alta chestie importanta legata de alegerea numelui de domeniu este introducerea de cuvinte cheie. De exemplu, daca ai in plan crearea unui site de felicitari virtuale sa zicem, incearca sa introduci cuvantul “felicitari” in numele de domeniu si nu uita ca numele firmei, ca si nume de domeniu, nu este intotdeauna o alegere potrivita.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pe cand tuturor ii place sa vada numele firmei aparand pe Internet, sa nu uitam ca telul nostru cu pagina web este vanzarea unor produse sau servicii. Numele firmei o poti afisa oriunde pe site, dar nu asta e important, ci vanzarile. Pe Internet nimeni nu cauta firma ta, ci cauta raspunsuri si rezolvari la problemele lor, iar daca produsul sau serviciile tale o pot oferi, de ce sa nu faci viata mai usoara introducand acea rezolvare chiar in numele de domeniu?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prin introducerea cuvantul potrivit in numele de domeniu poti impusca doua iepuri deodata. In primul rand vizitatorii vor asocia numele de domeniu cu produsul oferit de tine, ceea ce este intotdeauna un plus. Iar in al doilea rand il va ajuta pe audienta ta tinta sa gaseasca site-ul mai usor prin motoarele de cautare.
