 About the Job:<br />

 The Sr. Marketing Manager is a key player in the marketing team and will report to the VP of Marketing as well as managing and mentoring junior marketing staff. The Sr. Marketing Manager will have responsibility for the execution of TauliaÃ¢?&#039;s social media strategy and lead-generation and nurturing programs. Lead digital marketing campaigns for Xbox global marketing, including campaigns for games, Xbox LIVE, and the Xbox brand. Position Responsibilities:<br />

Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications.<br />
Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.<br />
Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, and ability to generate, analyze and interpret Omniture data.<br />

We are looking for a Director of Digital Marketing to drive global marketing communication efforts for Xbox by leading worldwide digital marketing for the Xbox brand. Work with externals partner to ensure brand alignment for partnership programs/products.<br />
Manage digital production budgets across lines of business efficiently and effectively.<br />

<br />
Qualifications:<br />
7-10 years work at a recognized interactive agency or with a leading CPG, entertainment or consumer high-tech company.  Experience with subscription-based businesses a plus.<br />
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy and the overall digital landscape, as well as the ability to lead and execute digital creative development and production processes. Passion for digital and social marketing.<br />
Proven strategic thought leadership to drive innovation and business results.<br />
Track record of innovation, imagination and success providing both strategic and creative direction to senior management.  Must have strong collaboration and cross-functional influencing skills.<br />

â€¢ Collateral development â€“ It will be your job to provide proper guidance for copywriting and layout to writers and graphic designers (internal or external) for production of all online and offline product collateral and technical documentation.<br />

 o Produce new collateral by working closely with sales, the partner program coordinator and product development.<br />
 o Develop additional resources that can provide content, white papers and other educational materials.<br />

â€¢ Offline and Online Metrics and KPIs â€“ An essential part of your job will be to work to identify, track, report on, and continually improve the effectiveness of all marketing programs through dedicated and precise data analysis.<br />
