We&#039;re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team in our Colchester office.<br />
<br />
You will be responsible for supporting and delivering multiple marketing campaigns by working closely with the Marketing and Alliances Manager in line with the Enigen marketing strategy.<br />
<br />
Key responsibilities include:<br />
<br />
Delivery of multiple campaigns to support Enigen and our Oracle CX proposition<br />
<br />
Creation of marketing materials through Adobe InDesign<br />
<br />
Updating of Enigen website content through WordPress<br />
<br />
Sending direct communication to prospects via social media and email channels daily<br />
<br />
Calls to multiple prospects as part of pipeline generation, these could be cold calls which would involve explaining the services offered by Enigen and their value to a prospect<br />
<br />
Driving attendance to Enigen events and other initiatives, whilst managing follow up activities and identifying potential new customers<br />
<br />
Making recommendations and implementing content changes to the Enigen Company website and/or changes to campaign material<br />
<br />
Initially supporting with the management of Social Media Platforms (Enigen Twitter, LinkedIn), with overall responsibility in the future<br />
<br />
Performing post campaign reporting and ensuring campaigns are optimised<br />
<br />
Performing Website and Social Media Reporting on a monthly basis, analysing trends and making recommendations<br />
<br />
Updating our internal CRM system with leads, opportunities and events<br />
<br />
Required experience/knowledge, skills and attributes:<br />
<br />
Marketing experience, ideally 1-2 years<br />
<br />
Social media management including, Hootsuite, LinkedIn and Twitter<br />
<br />
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.<br />
<br />
Confident with cold calling in volume<br />
<br />
Adobe InDesign Experience is preferable<br />
<br />
Experience with updating and working through a CRM system is desirable<br />
<br />
An understanding of cloud solutions and their business benefits is desirable<br />
<br />
WordPress Proficient is desirable<br />

Reporting into the Account/Client Services Director, you will be responsible for managing a number of global technology clients. You will work on customer advocacy marketing and customer reference, with a focus on content creation. You will be an experienced account manager, with agency-side experience and have worked with technology or telecoms clients in the past. You will be a strong project manager, highly organised and with superb client-facing skills. You will also have experience of managing the creation of content (be that case studies, white papers, press releases, infographics, videos or marketing campaigns).<br />
