Zum Einsatz kommt die Canon 60D in Kombination mit dem OLYMPUS LS-5 Tonrekorder. Dies Kombination hat sich bewährt, weil die nicht ganz rauschfreien Audio-Verstärker der 60D wirkungsvoll unterdrückt werden können. Für einen geringen Tiefenschärfe-Bereich auch bei starkem Sonnenlicht sorgt ein variabler ND-Filter von Lightcraft.

The Canon 60D is used in combination with the Olympus LS-5 Soundrecorder. With this combination the not entirely noise-free audio amplifiers of the 60D can be effectively suppressed. For a small depth of field, even in strong sunlight, a variable ND filter of Lightcraft does the trick.

11MY Nissan GT-R meets the Nordschleife.

Im September 2010 konnte sich eine exklusive Schar von Pressevertretern beim „GT-R Global Event at Nurburgring“ von den Qualitäten des neuen Nissan GT-R überzeugen – noch vor der eigentlichen Premiere am 18. Oktober. Nach einer Runde „Fahrstunde“ auf der berüchtigten Nordschleife gaben die Journalisten das Steuer ab an den „Ringmeister“ Dirk Schoysman. Dieser sorgte für reichlich Adrenalin im Blut.

In September 2010, an exclusive crowd of media representatives at the „GT-R at Nurburgring Global Event“ was convinced of the merits of the new Nissan GT-R – even before the actual premiere on October 18th. After a round of „driving lesson“ on the infamous Nordschleife the journalists handed the wheel to the „ring master" Dirk Schoysman, who caused plenty of adrenalin in their blood.

Dreharbeiten mit Kindern und Tieren sind eine knifflige Sache. Schwierig auch, wenn vor Drehbeginn noch nicht feststeht, welcher Text auf den Karton gedruckt werden darf.
Filming with children and animals is a tricky thing. It get’s even more difficult, if right before the shoot it is still uncertain which text may be printed on the cardboard box.

Die Lösung: Die Dreharbeiten finden mit unbedrucktem Karton statt. Der Text “ICH VERDIENE GELD MIT AUSZIEHEN“ wird über das Motion-Tracking verfahren in der Postproduktion nachträglich ergänzt. Den fertigen Kinospot – konzipiert von PRASSER SANDER MARKENGESTALTUNG – können Sie sich hier ansehen.
The solution: The filming will take place with unprinted cardboard. The text „ICH „VERDIENE GELD MIT AUSZIEHEN“ is added via Motion Tracking in post-production later. The finished movie spot - designed by PRASSER SANDER MARKENGESTALTUNG - can be viewed here.

Ein wenig Rauch oder eine leichte Kamerafahrt – manchmal braucht es nicht viel, um ein stehendes Bild zum Leben zu erwecken.
A little smoke and a slight camera movement - sometimes it doesn’t not take much to awaken a static image to life.

Der Rest ist reine Fleißarbeit: Vorder- und Hintergründe isolieren, die „Löcher“ in den Hintergründen füllen und die verschiedenen Bildebenen perspektivisch korrekt animieren. Die 2D-Fotoanimation sehen sie hier.
The rest is pure hard work: isolate the foreground and background, fill the "holes" in the background and animate the different image planes in a correct perspective. View the 2D photo animation sample.

Life-like conditions: two-lane highway at Rostock, Monday noon, moderate traffic.

Im Gepäck: Journalist Roland Löwisch, Fotograf Martin Meiners und Filmemacher Martin Steimann auf der zugigen Rückbank.

Das Ziel: 300 km/h, offen.
