When Marvin Rutledge would conduct services at Cummins prison in Arkansas the inmates were excited, and they gladly accepted the invitation to go to the chapel and hear pastor Marvin Rutledge. There was something about him that always touched their hearts. Hundreds of inmates would crowd into the prison chapel, and they had to bring out extra chairs, because they knew they were going to be blessed.
