Not a day goes by on terptalk.com without many visits from fans looking for more info on the life of King Corcoran. If you are interested just google King Corcoran and terp talk and most of the articles and comments will come up immediately.

The King lives on forever. As always I welcome all comments and stories about the King. Perhaps we might be ready for another King Corcoran Tribute Show. Let me know your thoughts.

Despite a deflating NCAA tournament loss to Cornell in the first round, the Maryland men’s lacrosse team has plenty to be proud of. Senior Long stick midfielder Jesse Bernhardt and senior midfielder John Haus were two of the four local players that were selected to the All-America teams by the USILA.

Bernhardt had a stellar senior campaign for the Terps as he scored four goals, recorded three assists, caused 25 turnovers, and picked up 59 groundballs. The

Now that the NBA Draft order is all set, it’s worth playing the guessing game of where Maryland center Alex Len could end up. This year’s draft is wide open due to the fact that there isn’t a clear-cut number-one choice as there was a season ago with Anthony Davis. There’s plenty of teams that could use a player of Len’s caliber and he could be extremely productive if he lands in a good situation. Alongside guard Dez Wells, Len was arguably the Terrapins’ best player during the 2012-2013 season. The Ukrainian big man averaged 11.9 points-per-game and 7.8 assists-per-game to go along with 2.1

How much that will matter in the conference race is yet to be determined, but it can't be overlooked. If Wake Forest’s offensive line can stay healthy and build some depth between now and the opening kickoff, there’s no reason the Deacs can’t surprise a few teams in the Atlantic Division this year. In theory, Wake Forest could have a veteran look up front this fall, but if there’s one area that still remains a concern for offensive coordinator Steed Lobotzke heading into summer camp, it’s the offensive line. “It was kind of a long spring on the o-line for those guys, because we only really had eight guys all spring,” Lobotzke said.

Maryland and the ACC are in court right now presenting their cases to a judge, who will try to determine if the lawsuit will be tried in North Carolina or Maryland. Colleague Ivan Maisel and I tried to figure this out for you in the latest ESPNU College Football Podcast. A spokesman for the Maryland attorney general's office told me the hearing is expected to last about three to four hours, there are no witnesses, and that it's possible the judge may rule from the bench.

Let’s face it: the BB&T Classic is a joke.

Charitable intentions be damned, with the news that George Mason will draw the Oklahoma Sooners in the once-popular Washington, D.C. tournament, Maryland should spurn this dog and pony show sooner rather than later. There is just no point anymore in reserving a schedule spot for a tournament with such lackluster opponents.
