Presopunctura si reflexoterapia au de obicei succes in ameliorarea sinuzitei atat prin actiune
locala (eliberarea cailor respiratorii), cat si prin imbunatatirea sistemului

putina apa sarata si se trage pe nara, timp in care cealalta nara se tine
astupata. Apa trebuie sa ajunga din nara in gura. Aceste spalaturi se repeta de

in cazul sportivilor. Acestea se pot datora
suprasolicitarii tendoanelor si ligamentelor din zona. Daca suprasolicitarea
este frecventa si nu se lasa timp corpului sa se reechilibreze si vindece
singur, durerea se poate croniciza. De asemenea, durerile in zona respectiva pot fi prezente si datorita unor traume locale, acestea de multe ori aparute tot

de dureri ii este recomandat ca inaintea eforturilor fizice sa incalzeasca
foarte bine zona afectata. Incalzirea nu se face doar prin stretching, ci si
