Masak sih teteup tapi gak sempet posting ajah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ini panganan malam minggu kemarin, sambil nunggu Kick Off Rugby tuk &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.trinationsweb.com/&quot;&gt;Tri Nations&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ifu Mie   (Source : &lt;a href=&quot;http://elkaje.multiply.com/recipes/item/84/IFU_MIE&quot;&gt;Mbak Ine&lt;/a&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Mie :&lt;br /&gt;250 gr Mie (beli di pasar, gak terlalu basah dan jg tdk terlalu kering...;P) / mie kering langsung beli jadi (tp kurang enak sih)&lt;br /&gt;Minyak goreng yang banyak utk menggoreng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan sayur :&lt;br /&gt;1/2 dada ayam tanpa tulang, potong-potong&lt;br /&gt;2 butir baso ikan potong lebar tipis&lt;br /&gt;1 buah wortel iris serong tipis&lt;br /&gt;1 buah tomat, potong2&lt;br /&gt;3 lbr sawi putih (saya gak pake)&lt;br /&gt;2 batang cay sim, potong 3 cm (saya pake silver beet)&lt;br /&gt;1 btg prei kecil, potong serong&lt;br /&gt;1 bh bawang bombay ukuran kecil&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdm bawang merah cincang kasar&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdm bawang putih cincang halus&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm peres tepung maizena&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdm kecap asin&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt fish sauce&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdm Angciu&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm Saus Tiram&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm minyak wijen&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm minyak sayur untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;gula, garam, merica&lt;br /&gt;kaldu ayam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara memgolah :&lt;br /&gt;Untuk  mie :&lt;br /&gt;Ambil 1/3 bagian mie, taruh di serok, goreng dalam minyak banyak sampai mie kering kuning kecoklatan. Tiriskan.&lt;br /&gt;Lakukan sampai dapat 3 porsi mie goreng kering. Taruh masing2 mie dimasing2 pipring, siap disiram sayurannya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk Sayuran :&lt;br /&gt;potongan daging ayam, ditaburi garam dan merica, beri minyak wijen, aduk rata, taburi maizena, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wortel ditumis sebentar dulu, agar dapat matang bersama sayur lainnya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tumis bumbu (bawang merah, bawang putih dan bombay) dengan minyak sayur, kemudian masukkan ayamnya, aduk2 sampai berubah warna lalu masukkan baso ikan.&lt;br /&gt;Tambahkan saus siram, kecap ikan, angciu, kecap asin dan merica. Aduk sampai semua bahan kecap2 meresap, beri kaldu ayam biarkan mendidih, kalau kurang asin kita tambah garam lalu kentalkan dgn maizena yang sudah diencerkan dengan air dingin secukupnya.&lt;br /&gt;Biarkan mendidih sebentar, lalu masukkan sayurnya, aduk cepat, masukkan minyak wijen dan angkat. Cuci bersih kentang, belah segi empat atasnya (jgn sampai putus). Bungkus dengan aluminium foil (jgn terlalu ketutup). Panggang selama 50 menit hingga matang. Angkat dan dinginkan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tekan tengag kentang hingga terbuka dan keruk kentang perlahan2 melalui lubang diatas tadi...sehingga membentuk seperti sumur.&lt;br /&gt;3. Isi kentang dihaluskan beri garam dan merica dan sedikit susu.&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan kembali ke dalam lubang kentang sampai isi habis. Masukkan emulsifier, kocok terus hingga kental dan meninggalkan jejak.&lt;br /&gt;Ayak bahan kering, kemudian masukan kedalam adonan dengan speed rendah hingga tercampur rata. Masukkan wortel parut, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;Masukan minyak perlahan kedalam adonan hingga tercampur rata.&lt;br /&gt;Tuangkan kedalam loyang, panggang dengan suhu 180ºC selama 30 - 45 menit (lakukan tes tusuk).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cheese Cream Frosting&lt;br /&gt;(Sumber: Kemasan Philadelphia Cream Cheese)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;250 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese&lt;br /&gt;80 g margarine&lt;br /&gt;1 cup icing sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 sdm perasan air jeruk lemon&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya :&lt;br /&gt;Kocok Philadelphia Cream Cheese dan margarine dengan mikser selama 4-5 menit atau hingga halus dan ringan (fluffy). Tambahkan icing sugar dan air lemon, kemudian kocok lagi selama 30 detik atau sampai tercampur rata. Oleskan pada Carrot Cake.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jadinya kan lumayan banyak...jadi bisa dibagi-bagi. Ambil selembar daun. Taruh aronan tadi dan gulung sambil dipadatkan. Mauskkan dalam bambu yang sudah diraut hingga ketebalannya cukup tipis. Bakar diatas bara hingga matang. Keluarkan nasi jaha dari bambu lalu potong-potong. Tambahkan air rebusan dengan santan sampai matang. Masukkan bumbu yang telah dihaluskan, wortel dan jagung, udang kering, daun salam dan lengkuas.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan berturut-turut, buncis, cabai, terong atau sisa bahan lainnya. No problemo hon....coz it was soooo easy to make it. ;D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup Standard Plain Flour&lt;br /&gt;1/3 cup Sugar&lt;br /&gt;2/3 cup coconut&lt;br /&gt;3/4 Rolled Oats&lt;br /&gt;50 gr butter&lt;br /&gt;1 tbsp Golden Syrup&lt;br /&gt;1/2 tsp Baking Soda&lt;br /&gt;2 tbsp boiling water&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix together flour, sugar, coconut and rolled oats. Melt butter and golden syrup. Dissolve baking soda in the boiling water and add to butter and golden syrup. Stir butter mixture into the dry ingredients. Place level tablespoonsfull of mixture onto cold greased trays. Bake at 180 C for about 15 minutes or until golden. Kemudian masukkan santan encer/cream. Aduk2 sampai mendidih, lalu masukkan silverbeet diamkan sampai bumbu meresap dan sayur layu. Masukkan campuran susu dan tepung ke dalam susu panas, aduk terus sampai mengental dan meletup-letup.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. Angkat dari api, masukkan mentega, aduk rata.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;5.
