Love Thyself: The Message from Water III (v. 3)

2010-10-30T14:24:00.000-07:00

“The common language that the people of the world have been seeking is found in water crystals. Water speaks for what is in our mind. Water awakens the subconscious memory in each person. . . . I now know why water is indispensable to the phenomenon of life, and why alternative therapies exist and why they’re effective. Water helped me understand religion and prayer and gave me a clue to understanding the nature of energy. It helped me understand the relationship between humanity and the cosmos. It gave me a clue to help me understand what dimensionality is. I could come one step closer to understanding the eternal theme of humanity that asks where we come from, why we are here, and what happens when we die.

“Thus, for the release of this, the third volume in my series of The Message from Water, I decided to choose what the world most urgently needs at present as a theme. That is, of course, the need to eliminate war and terrorism throughout the world. The theme I have chosen is ‘prayer.’ When I thought about it more deeply, I realized that prayer is most effectively sent when each person in the world raises their energy of love by imagining a scene where the peoples of the world are living in peace. I’ve been taught this through the process of asking water many questions.

“For this reason, the title of this book is ‘Love Thyself.’ First you must shine with positive, high-spirited vibrations, and be full of love. In order to do that, I think it’s important to love, thank, and respect yourself. If that’s the case, then each of those vibrations will be sent out into the world and the cosmos, and the great symphony of that harmonic vibration will wrap our planet in waves of love that serve to cherish our Heaven-granted lives. This is the message from water.”

Messages from Water and the Universe

2010-10-22T20:36:00.000-07:00

Masaru Emoto’s 15 extensive years of study on water has given him the background to discuss what water is, how it has been implicated in the creation of the universe, and why a perfect ratio of Love and Gratitude can help this energy can go on infinitely.

This fascinating book explains how our prayers, goodwill, and positive words heal us humans—as well as viruses and the universe as a whole—through water. Dr. Emoto explains that the fact that water has lost its true form shows that our way of living has moved away from God’s will, so we should be aware of our Creator’s alert to “correct the way we are living now.”

The information in this work is an important step in revealing how we can modify our way of living to bring about true peace on earth.

THE OSHO COLLECTION. VOL 5 - CRECIMIENTO ESPIRITAUL E ILUMINACION / SPIRITUAL GROWTH AND ENLIGHMMENT

2010-10-17T22:32:00.000-07:00

It is possible that the illumination is a concept perhaps with that we are not familiarized and we contemplated in a wrong way, with distrust, or that we considered reserved to saints or exceptional people and outside our reach. Then the doubt if each individual considers it has the possibility of illuminating itself, even the whole humanity. The OSHO answer is a dazzling clarity. He speaks to us about illumination as our right of birth and of how the ego and our agreements are the main obstacles to reach it.

The Real Secret of Success

2010-10-13T21:51:00.000-07:00

Success comes in many shapes and sizes. For some, it might take the form of becoming extremely wealthy, well known, or highly regarded. For others, it might be an athletic achievement, solving a crime, or discovering the cure for a deadly disease. Regardless of what your definition of success may be there is a secret to realizing your personal victory.

In addition, there are also many qualities that have been attributed to success. Like courage, perseverance, and a positive attitude. But, the real secret behind any success begins with your beliefs, thoughts and words. If you have ever read a self help book I am sure this concept or theory is not new to you. However, now there is scientific evidence or proof to back it up!

Several years ago I picked up a book, The Hidden Messages in Water, by Masaru Emoto and David A. Thayne. The book illustrates the amazing results Japanese scientist Masaru Emoto discovered when conducting experiments with water. If you're thinking, "What does water have to do with our thoughts and words?" The answer is: everything! Because Mr. Emoto discovered that molecules of water are affected by our thoughts and words.

Mr. Emoto studied the effects of words, images and sound on water. He exposed distilled water, and water from various places around the world, to a variety of photographs, music, and words written on paper. Afterwards, he placed drops of that water onto specimen slides, froze them, and then looked at them under a microscope. What he saw is phenomenal! Have a look for yourself: http://www.hadousa.com/comparisons.html

Water that was exposed to positive words, images and sounds created some of the most vibrant, beautiful crystals ever formed. On the other hand, water that was exposed to negative words, images and sounds either did not form a crystal or the crystals were deformed. What his experiments demonstrate is that water -- when crystallized into ice -- mirrors the subtle vibrations or frequencies of energy that are created by our thoughts, feelings and words!

Mr. Emoto's remarkable discovery scientifically reveals that our very thoughts, feelings and words do have the power to shape and influence control over our lives and world. Words like love, gratitude, peace, and thank you created the most stunning crystals from water drawn from places all over the world. That's pretty mind-boggling, don't you think?

Hopefully, if you are ever feeling as if success is beyond your reach, you will remember how potent your beliefs, thoughts and words really are and that you have the power to change them and change your world. It's a scientific fact!

Alchemy - Can Thoughts Purify Water and Food?

2010-10-13T03:29:00.000-07:00

Alchemy is not just changing base metal to gold. Spiritual teacher Jim Self, founder of Mastering Alchemy, states that "alchemy is first recognizing all that is possible, and then transforming one possibility into another. Alchemy is accomplished by changing the frequency of thought, altering the harmonics of matter, and applying the elements of Love to create the desired results."

In a similar vein, Dr. Emoto, a Japanese subtle energy field (Hado) researcher, teaches that water has a bio-resonance field and is impacted by human thought and actions.

"Hado* creates words. Words are the vibrations of nature Therefore beautiful words create beautiful nature Ugly words create ugly nature. This is the root of the universe." ~ Dr. Masaru Emoto, author "Hidden Messages in Water"

"Hado" refers to the intrinsic vibrational pattern at the atomic level in all matter. It is the smallest unit of energy and its basis is the energy of human consciousness. Dr Emoto's water crystal research proves that thoughts and words have the power to change water on a molecular level. He experimented with different words affixed to water jugs, then studied under a microscope as the water froze. The water jugs with positive words like "love and gratitude" created incredibly beautiful and unique crystal patterns like snowflakes. The water jugs with ugly words like "I hate you" would not organize into crystalline structures and remained incoherent and muddy.

Emoto took water samples from a polluted lake in Japan, and you can see how muddy and unstructured it was, when compared with the beautiful clear crystal taken one hour later after a priest prayed. The implications are enormous for our ability to clean up our environment.

Here in Florida, the water is so nasty even my dog Suki wouldn't drink it. So I spent years researching how to improve our tap water, and now have several systems in place to filter, oxygenate and remineralize it so we all enjoy the taste more and stay hydrated. Since becoming aware of Emoto's research, you can bet I placed stickers with words like Love and Gratitude on my water container and everyone comments how great it tastes!

Applying the Elements of Love through Chanting

However, this is not entirely a new awareness. In 1990 I lived in a meditation ashram and often did service in the kitchen. We were advised how important it was to maintain a high vibration while handling all aspects of food preparation as our thoughts and feelings would be transmitted to the food. We were asked to remain silent unless necessary, to eliminate gossip and negativity. A beautiful devotional chant was constantly playing that Indian sages concurred that both the melody and the mantras were particularly beneficial during food prep and eating. Even though I really disliked all facets of food prep, I was often in deep states of bliss in that kitchen.

At first blush I admit the rules seemed a bit, well, fanatic. However, I was shown the opposite effects very clearly one day when I was eating out at a restaurant with a fellow ashram resident. We were both feeling queasy towards the end of the meal, even though we ordered totally different lunches, so it did not appear to be food poisoning. The food was not digesting well and we couldn't quite figure it out.

As we debated what was causing our indigestion, we began to hear shouts emanating from the kitchen, and the crash of pots and pans flinging against a wall. Next the waitress came running out crying-clearly not a happy environment! We immediately understood why we were not feeling well! It was the vibration that was going into the food from the stressed out angry chef, not the food itself.

Altering the harmonics of matter with Reiki

I have been practicing Reiki, a natural energy healing method, for 18 years. In the very first class we learned we could apply Reiki, or universal life force, to our water and food to raise the vibration. I have been applying this healing energy to my food and water for many years, especially when eating out.

For validation, for the past 5 years my partner (and Reiki student) and I would compare notes while applying Reiki to our meals. Our results always matched and some patterns began to emerge. Whenever we prepared food at home, it always held a high vibration and radiated energy back to us. It did not seem to matter if it was organic, vegan, raw or highly processed junk food. It was in our unified field and already seemed to hold a high vibration.

However, when we went out to eat it was quite varied. Sometimes it would take several minutes of Reiki till the food and water felt vibrationally higher. This food would draw energy from my hands like a thirsty desert dweller, and then finally subside and even out. Other times it would feel even and balanced; only requiring a few seconds of energy. On rare occasions the food would be such a high vibration, it would be giving energy back and flow out so strong it seemed to be healing me!

Changing frequency of thought through Intention

Then one day about a year ago, right before I ate I caught a frequent thought pattern-"This food is probably really bad for me". I spend a lot of time researching natural healing and healthy foods and of course pesticide-free, organic, living and whole food ranks high on my list of "shoulds"-though unfortunately this is not always how I eat. I realized my thoughts are too powerful to be so negative about my food and perhaps, more potent even than pesticides-my thoughts are literally poisoning me! While I may not have control over how pure all my food is, I do have control over my thinking.

That very day we began to install a new intention: "All my food/water nourishes me at the highest level". While it did not shift over night, we both noticed a significant change in the vibration of all of our food. Now whenever we Reiki our food, no matter where or what we eat, (yes this includes the rare but occasional fast food while traveling) it has a steady and vibrant pulsing giving-back energy!

We are all energetic beings, living in an energetic world, and we all have the power, through our thoughts, feelings, and healing energy, to purify and uplift our food, our water, our planet, our selves! We are all Alchemists!

5 Tips To Gaining Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) Through Practicing Yoga

2010-10-12T05:22:00.000-07:00

Yoga has been practiced for 100's of years. Today it seems like yoga is taught more for the physical benefits than the mental growth that can be gained. However, your yoga practice is a great place to develop a positive mental attitude (PMA). I want to share with you some ways to achieve PMA through practicing yoga:

1. always say thank you for the opportunity to practice yoga

2. breathe positive thoughts into every cell of your body

3. bring your mind's eye into every pose to see your body perfectly aligned

4. let every pose unfold to you so that every practice is healing

5. allow every practice to be brand new; always with compassion

6. practice with a registered yoga teacher

Thank You

Gratitude and love are the highest emotions that when simply thought can create positive change not only in your own cells but in those of people around you.

Masaru Emoto has photographed frozen water crystals which were sent thoughts of love and gratitude. Those photographed crystals are the most beautiful.

Just Breathe

We work and play all day long and are mostly unaware of our breath. To breathe is to live. Breathe life into every cell of your body with thoughts of love and gratitude.

The Mind's Eye

The mind's eye is about bringing awareness from your body to your mind. It's the feedback your body is giving your mind in the most subtle way. We walk around all day and forget about how our body really feels. Practicing yoga is a time to listen and send information between the mind and body. This is a perfect opportunity send positive affirmations from your mind to your body and back again.

Unfold

Allow each pose to unfold to you without struggle; only with a gentle invitation. This will keep you free from injury - both physically and mentally. When poses contain ego your body and mind will suffer. When a pose is allowed to unfold to you the benefits are ten fold. Each yoga pose will bring thoughts of joy and accomplishment to increase your PMA.

Compassion

Be the observer in every yoga pose. Watch and listen to the balance of every pose as your body attracts what it needs. Feel compassion with every pose so that your body will be attracted to the benefits rather than to the competition. Having compassion will bring an abundance of PMA without injury to your body or mind.

Yoga Teacher

Your yoga teacher will offer a path of healing to your practice. She will demonstrate encouragement, compassion and insight to every pose. Practice with a teacher that invites your confidence and brings a constant feeling of PMA.

Thousands of candles can be lighted from a single candle and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared. Buddha

Change exceeds all expectations.

Water Blessings - An Exercise in World Peace

2010-10-11T06:36:00.000-07:00

An increasing number of people around the world, have come to the realisation that each of us is all powerful. Each of us has the profound ability to create the life experience we choose. This is not about having control over others, it is about the power to choose and experience peace, love, joy and prosperity in our own personal lives. As with any experience, as an increasing number of people realise and practice this in their lives, the joyous awareness spreads to others. In such an atmosphere, the concept of World Peace is an idea whose time has come.

The World Peace exercise offered in this article, was created by the author in a sudden rush of inspiration on the 7th of November, 2005. As soon as it was publicised, it began gathering supporters around the globe. This is something that each one of us can do. For us to have world peace, there needs to be enough of us that resonate world peace. This is a wonderful start! It is with much joy, that I present to you The World Peace Exercise.

Fill a glass jug or carafe with water - preferably rainwater or bottled water,
On a piece of paper the size of a large coaster, write 'World Peace' - you can design it as you like with sacred geometry (I use the star of David - two triangles one on top of the other - one turned upside down),
Place the coaster on your altar - then the carafe on top of that,
Also place on your altar a glass goblet,
Every day - meditate for a few minutes, then put your hands around the carafe of water and focus lovingly on world peace,
Once you've done that, pour a goblet of the water and drink it.
Please note that you can put your own phrases into the water instead, personal peace is the start of world peace.

The programming of water has been around for a long time. Water, like glass and quartz is wonderful at taking on the vibrations around it. In more recent times, Dr Masaru Emoto has worked extensively with studying and even photographing the effects of focusing different intentions into water. He has shown that all is needed is to 'show' the water a picture or words overnight, and the water literally changes form. Dr Emoto travels the world lecturing about his findings.

It is well worth trying this exercise for two weeks, to see for yourself the effect it has on your life.

Bless Your Water

We are made of 85% of water, our cells are bathed in water, and we would not last very long if we did not have enough water in our bodies. Water is one of the most precious liquids on earth. I have discovered a way to turn it into a priceless healing tool.

After I read the book 'The Hidden Messages in Water', who experimented with frozen water molecules, to see if water was affected by thoughts and emotions, I decided to try it out.

I had been drinking filtered water for years, because it tastes much nicer than tap or bottled water. I wanted to find out what would happen by also blessing it. I filled up a jug with filtered water, rubbed my hands together and placed it on the jug thinking these thoughts: 'I love and appreciate you. I give you my gratitude for the life and nourishment you bring to my body. Thank you, I bless you with all my love'. I did this every time I filled up the jug. There was a definite improvement in the taste, much lighter, smoother, and fresher. I even received comments from friends who I gave a glass of that water to.

From then on I blessed the water each time I filled up the jug with fresh water. Then I noticed that when I would forget to do it, the water would not taste 'right' or as nice and then I would remember that I had forgotten the laying of hands on it.

As I did not want to forget, I thought that maybe I could find a shortcut. The idea came from a friend who was experimenting with me at the same time. He suggested I write a few loving words on a piece of paper and place it on the jug or bottle. So I did. I took a small piece of paper, large enough to accommodate a few words, but not too big, and wrote: 'Love, Appreciation, Gratitude,' and I wrapped it around the jug with adhesive tape, with the words facing the water. It worked a treat! Using this method, the water is always being blessed and it always tastes wonderful.

Of course it is much more powerful if there are real feelings of love and gratitude in the words before writing it. If you do it thinking it is a joke and it is all a pile of manure, then it might not be as powerful. Nevertheless it still works. Words have power, thoughts have power and they influence the molecular structure of water and all living things. (Please refer to the book: 'The Hidden Messages in Water' by the famous Japanese author).

Why bless the water you drink, you might ask? Because if you are made of 85% of the precious substance, by ingesting blessed water, you are recharging your cells on a molecular structure; and so the cells which regenerate themselves completely in a year, have the material to reproduce healthy cells instead of sickly ones.

If you are on the healing path, (or even if you are not), blessing water and food, is a must to integrate in your life. Blessing and giving gratitude to the food you eat, and the water you drink, changes the vibration of the food and water. And you will feel much more nourished on all levels. It creates a much healthier you, and it is a step closer to be more connected to your own spirit and to who you really are.

She has developed this particular system, and uses her psychic abilities to access the information that needs healing from the client.

Her book 'Healing is a Daily Business' describes the emotional entanglement that the human race has been subjected to and how to free oneself from it. Her healing system is described at the end of the book.

The information throughout the book is the key to understanding and releasing blockages and programs. http://www.lucianellahealing.co.uk/
