Infatti se non lo sai, Instagram è disponibile sotto forma di  applicazione (gratuita) per&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;dispositivi iOS (iPhone, iPod touch e iPad)  e dal 3 aprile 2012 e Android (versione 2.2). Esistono anche dei  visualizzatori, ma di questo parleremo nei prossimi post.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Instagram inoltre viene considerata una applicazione fotografica&lt;/strong&gt;.  Questo è vero ma fino ad un certo punto! Infatti il plus di Instagram  sta nel fatto che rende possibile apprezzare, commentare, menzionare e  “taggare” le foto. Anche per questo Instagram viene considerato il &lt;em&gt;twitter delle immagini&lt;/em&gt;.  Inoltre le opportunità di condivisione su altri social network sono  molte: Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Posterous, Foursquare e Tumblr ma in  realtà la vera forza sta proprio &lt;strong&gt;nei suoi utenti&amp;nbsp;che non sempre apprezzano condividere la propria attività su altri social network&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt; E’ importantisissimo considerare Instagram come un social network fatto di &lt;strong&gt;appassionati che apprezzano le immagini e amano modificare, ritoccare e comporre i propri scatti&lt;/strong&gt; e soprattutto amano &lt;strong&gt;condividerli&lt;/strong&gt; spendendo tempo nel commentare le foto altrui a &lt;strong&gt;interagendo&lt;/strong&gt; con gli altri membri della community.&lt;br /&gt; Da queste prime righe dunque è evidente che Instagram è un &lt;strong&gt;medium con peculiarità precise&lt;/strong&gt; che devono essere attentamente ponderate da parte di quelle agenzie o aziende che decidono di utilizzarlo per il business.&lt;br /&gt; Ho volutamente lasciato per ultima, una grande caratteristica esclusiva di Instagram,&lt;strong&gt; una community molto forte e coesa che si chiama Instagramers&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt; Nel prossimo post ci concentreremo sul ruolo della community e della sua attività di &lt;strong&gt;moderatrice fra i brand e gli utenti, seguendo un preciso codice etico.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Da lì il passaggio al Gruppo Finelco dove prima ho curato la nascita e la crescita della Community di Virgin Radio Italy e, successivamente, mi sono occupato del “popolo” di Radio 105.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Quali sono le gioie ed i dolori della tua esperienza professionale che ti senti di condividere?&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ci sono momenti di forte stress che bisogna gestire e c’è da lavorare molto, spesso negli orari più impensati.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Non stacchi mai la spina&lt;/b&gt; perché tutti gli input che ricevi dal web e dalla vita vera vengono utilizzati per creare contenuti e attività per la tua community e ogni momento è buono per fare un “controllo” su quel che sta succedendo.&lt;br /&gt;Le gioie arrivano dai risultati ottenuti, ovviamente, ma anche dalle storie degli utenti nelle quali vieni coinvolto (involontariamente).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Quali qualità/capacità sono oggi indispensabili per essere un efficace community manager?&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Non ci sono qualità o capacità standard, &lt;b&gt;ogni CM ha le sua particolarità&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Un buon manager deve, comunque, avere occhi e orecchie sempre ben aperti per intervenire con efficacia in ogni situazione.&lt;br /&gt;Recentemente ho scritto un post sulle caratteristiche che un CM non deve avere (&lt;a href="http://www.ambito5.com/blog/social-media-mkt/2011/07/le-5-caratteristiche-che-non-deve-avere-un-community-manager/" target="_blank"&gt;leggi qui&lt;/a&gt;) non  può non sapere, non deve essere frenetico, non deve essere permaloso, non può non essere autonomo e non può non saper codificare i linguaggi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Qual è a tuo parere l'errore assolutamente da evitare nella gestione di una community?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nei momenti di crisi o nella discussione con un utente ricordarsi che &lt;b&gt;non è permesso essere permalosi&lt;/b&gt;.&amp;nbsp;  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Che suggerimenti daresti a chi volesse diventare community manager?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Guarda le Community che ci sono online, osserva i comportamenti, le risposte, il &lt;i&gt;tone of voice&lt;/i&gt; di utenti e moderatori.&lt;br /&gt;Prendi appunti e spunti. Nel raggruppare settimanalmentre venti "artigiani tecnologici" nella stessa aula e parlare di consigli, ottimizzazioni e tecnologie notavo che aiutandoli a superare lo scoglio iniziale iniziavano non vedersi come concorrenti, ma iniziavano a condividere le esperienze.&lt;br /&gt;Era un peccato lasciare questa magia chiusa in un aula ed ho aperto uno spazio di condivisione su Yahoo gruppi col nome "&lt;i&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.rolandforum.com/" target="_blank"&gt;Forum degli Artigiani tecnologici&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/i&gt;", oggi su piattaforma vbulletin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Quali sono le gioie ed i dolori della tua esperienza professionale che ti senti di condividere?&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Moltissime le gioie. Quando ti si avvicina una persona, ti abbraccia e ti ringrazia perchè &lt;b&gt;tramite la community ha avuto la spinta necessaria per uscire dalla crisi&lt;/b&gt;, riprendere l'attività e vincere sul mercato, questo non ha prezzo.&lt;br /&gt;Alcune incomprensioni con alcuni membri ti portano a scissioni molto dolorose. Di solito vedendosi in faccia, incontrandosi dal vivo, riusciamo a chiarire le problematiche ed arrivare a dei compromessi per il bene di tutta la community.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Quali qualità/capacità sono oggi indispensabili per essere un efficace community manager?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;L'ascolto, la coerenza, il mettersi in gioco in prima persona&lt;/b&gt;, cercare idee per condividerle, essere fonte di ispirazione, rispettare l'intelligenza di chi inizia, sapere cosa c'è oltre, e cosa molto importante: seguire una causa.&lt;br /&gt;Nel nostro caso parliamo e diffondiamo la diversificazione come elemento unico per offrire valore al mercato.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Qual è a tuo parere l'errore assolutamente da evitare nella gestione di una community?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Non incontrarsi dal vivo con i partecipanti della community. Relazione.&lt;br /&gt;Ogni partecipante devi accettarlo come tuo amico per creare qualcosa di costruttivo, altrimenti rimarrà un numero e personalmente non mi è mai piaciuto parlare con numeri, preferisco le persone!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Che suggerimenti daresti a chi volesse diventare community manager?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;La community deve nascere dal cuore&lt;/b&gt;. Non si può pretendere di prendere una persona e dire: "da oggi fai il community manager". Lo devi essere dentro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Devi credere in quello che fai in ogni tua fibra&lt;/b&gt;, in ogni momento della giornata. Non è un lavoro da cartellino.&lt;br /&gt;Se credi veramente in quello che fai e se hai a cuore le persone che possono migliorare con il tuo aiuto allora sei pronto per diventare un community manager.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both;
