How to Verify Marketiva Account

After finished registering, you can proceed with the account verification stage. If you have not had a Marketiva account, you can open it first at : Register Marketiva.

To Verify Marketiva account, you need 2 files scan of your identity card, a photo identification and one address verification. For photo identification you can use ID Card, Driver’s License, or Passport. And for address verification you can use Billing Documents such as Phone Bill or Electricity Bill. But if on your ID card or driver’s license already contain your photos and address, you can use it directly in the two fields that exist (verification photograph and address).

Account Verification Stages:

1. Scan your ID card / driving license / passport and your billing documents. Make sure the size is not more than 100 KB and in JPG file type.
2. Click the following link: Verification Link
3. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to enter your username and password first.
4. Enter your scanned documents on both columns / field which is available by pressing the browse button, then click upload to succeed.
5. You can ask you to verify the status to support staff via Live Support from the front page of Marketiva website or from Streamster.
6. If you have successfully verified, you can login and trading freely.

How to Deposit at Marketiva

Deposit at Marketiva using several methods, namely digital currency (instant deposit) like Liberty Reserve, Webmoney, and Wire Transfer method (international bank transfer), usually need 2-7 business days to process. The most commonly used for fast deposit is Liberty Reserve Digital Currency method, you can open an account from the link above.

If you used Digital Currency method, after opening the account, you first need to buy the funds to the exchanger. There are a few recommended exchanger, for Liberty Reserve, you can see the list of exchanger at :

After you buy Digital Currency fund, you can continue to deposit in Marketiva. Deposit using digital currency is automatic, so you see the funds in your Marketiva account immediately. Make sure you follow the deposit procedures.

If you want to use Wire Transfer, you can skip the above procedure of digital currency.

Minimum deposit is $ 1. Maximum deposit funds are not restricted to, you can deposit as many times as you like.

Steps for deposit:

Choose the type of deposit that you will use.
If using digital currency (Liberty Reserve, Webmoney, and e-dinar), after you fill out the form usually will proceed to the transfer process, fill the memo with your marketiva username or account number (without any other word), then proceed to completion, usually the funds will go directly to your Marketiva account. If not, you can contact support and provide the batchnumber to process it directly.
If using a Wire Transfer, you will need to fill in the form of wire transfer, print the form, then go to the bank to do the transfer. In Swift Code column you need to enter the bank code you use, for Swift Code you can ask your bank that you will use, and in amount column you must enter at least 250, but actually you can deposit less than that in the bank.

For digital currency will go straight and you can use it right away, and for the Wire Transfer takes 2-7 business days for processing. After the funds were received in your Marketiva account, you can immediately use it to Trading.

How to Make Withdraw at Marketiva

Withdrawal on Marketiva must use the same method as you used to deposit. In the Marketiva there was a rule that you must withdraw into account and the method you use to deposit. (see: how to deposit at marketiva)

Step of Withdrawal:
1. To make a withdrawal request, you will need to verify your account (only once) by uploading a document identification.
2. If the account have been verified (the system will inform on the upload identification page), you need to transfer funds to Default Desk via https://www.marketiva.com/index.ncre?page=transfer-funds&gid=18945.
3. You then need to visit the page https://www.marketiva.com/index.ncre?page=withdraw-funds&gid=18945 and request withdrawal.

Minimum Withdrawal:
The only requirement for a minimum withdrawal amount is the funds need to sufficient to cover the withdrawal fees. Please see http://www.marketiva.com/index.ncre?page=price-list&gid=18945 for more information on withdrawal fees.

How Long:
For security purposes the process of withdrawal is never automatic. Withdrawal with a digital currency require 6-24 hours to process. Withdrawal by wire transfer requires 2-7 business days.

Trading in Marketiva is easy, once you open an account and download and install streamster, then log into Streamster with your Marketiva account.
The easiest way to start trading is to click on market instruments in the window price. When the dialog [Send Order] appears, you can set column [Quantity] to 1 or more (depending on the amount you have on the trading desk.) When you click the OK button, the order will go to the market.
